Garage Door Doctor

So sad how this company installed my garage door in my new house and the garage door never worked. They asked me to pay them even before they come do it and I did because of a small discount that they were giving me . Now I have to go get another company that I have to pay to re do it .

They charged us a lot of money to a work that was easy to fix they were really unfair.

Setting up the appointment was easy. Phone call and service was scheduled for first thing the next morning. I could see the spring was broken and garage door wasn't opening. Very nice tech called before arriving and took a few minutes to inspect the garage door workings before starting the repair. My bad, he only asked me if I wanted the 10k or 20k springs. I opted for the 20k open/close springs. He told me it would be $773. I wasn't happy with the price, but I needed the repair badly in as little time as possible so I agreed. Only after the work was nearly completed did I find out I had unknowingly agreed to have him swap out MANY other parts and charge me handsomely for them as well. Upon inspection with my untrained eye, only about half of the "worn out" parts looked like they needed replacing to me. Word to the wise, ask questions! I looked back at my old records with this same company and was only charged like $350 the last 2 times my springs broke for springs only, not all those extra parts.

Called Thursdsy and was thrilled to have a Friday appointment. PJ gave a fair price and got straight to work no sales call then scheduling out. Had the new motor, sensors rollers, rails installed next day, very quickly, friendly and helpfull. Strongly recommend this company after no shows with other companies.

Robert with Garage Door Doctor was on-time, courteous and knew exactly what the issue was with the torison bar and spring. He explained a couple options and got right to work fixing the issue. Once complete, Robert tested everything out and thourghly cleaned of after himself. Robert and Garage Door Doctor were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use them in the future if needed and highly recommend them.
