K.C. , the technician was efficient, skillful, calm and professional. He never attempted to rush me into a quick decision but provided options to best correct the problem. He provided a "free estimate", not a "service fee" and appeared not to be disgruntled if I rejected the estimate or service. I hired him and so far the problem is resolved.

My decision to use the services of this contractor began with Cory who was pleasant on the phone and answered my questions very well. Cory sent 2 technicians, Reem and Bar, who responded promptly with all the parts needed to do the job in their van. The technicians were very friendly, professional and meticulous and did not spend much time to finish the job. Besides, I liked the ease of paying for the work done with my Credit Card on the spot. I will use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone who might need their professional services.

This was less of a repair an more of a service. Cory installed hard foam insulation on my garage doors in a short period of time and with a professional finish. Despite the temps being below 30�� most of the time he was here, he dove into the project, completed it expertly and quickly and then gave me some hints on garage door maintenance. I will definitely use Garage Door and More - NC again.

I called Garage Door and More when I heard a weird clicking sound coming from my garage door this morning when I opened it. The technician was able to troubleshoot and tell me right away what the problem was. I scheduled an appointment that evening and the technician was on time and extremely friendly and warm. He got straight to work and told me what he was doing every step of the way. The price was exactly what he quoted me - super affordable! Would definitely recommend to anyone with garage door needs!

I strongly recommend Garage Door and More - NC. Natalya was friendly and accommodating from the beginning. She was ready, willing and able to send a technician within hours of my inquiry. KC was prompt, friendly, professional and genuinely concerned about doing a good job. And, to top it off, the price was very reasonable too!

The only negative I have to say about this company/Cory is that we made an appointment for 10:30 one morning and he called at 10:20 to say he'd be there in about 30 minutes. Other than that, he knew what he was doing and very personable. Was ready to fix the problem(s) on the spot. Thought the cost was very reasonable. Have already recommended him to a neighbor. I'd definitely call this company again.
