Jeremy of Gantt Appliance is professional, reliable, honest and highly competent. Jeremy is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet and very helpful. Gantt is Sub-Zero factory-authorized and family owned. The individuals who answer the phone at Gantt are a pleasure.

I believe the technician was named Jeremy the second time. The first time I believe his name was Frank but he was a little older than Jeremy. They came out the next day. They fixed problems that I lived with for years thinking nothing could be done. The first time water was leaking on the floor at random times. I thought it had something to do with the heat but it turned out there was a clog in the water line. The first time he repaired things I didn't even ask to be repaired. I wish I remembered his name so I can send him a thank you letter. It was an incredibly nice gentleman. The second time Jeremy repaired the icemaker and light. He was very nice.

Ignitor problem on stove top. Deep cleaned all ignitors w/o replacing any!

They work on high level appliances. Not every appliance repairer is certified to work on them. They were a little hard to get a hold of. It took three calls before I finally got a call back. Once they came out, they did the work. Their prices are fair, because some of these appliances are a little bit more expensive. We had used them another time to fix the microwave. I was pleased with their services. They were very quick and knew exactly what was happening each time. It was the same gentleman that came out. He was professional and had a business card.

While I hope to not need their services again, if appliance issues do occur, I'll definitely be calling them.

This is a wonderful family business. I have had them out to the house 3 times for different issues. Each time they are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. On the most recent call Albert did an excellent job of making the ice maker work correctly. He took the time to explain what he did and also chatted with me about my freezer in general. (I'm a new homeowner and the fridge and freezer came with the house.) I would recommend them for any appliance repair.

Ace. Pure ace! It is not easy to find people who can repair Fisher and Paykel washers. He came within a day, was very pleasant and explained a lot about my washer and the company history that I didn't know. The spin cycle was noisy. In a few minutes he had re-balanced the appliance -- when he could have sold me a bunch of baloney like its needing new bearings or something -- and all was well. I learned a lot too! He was as big a help when the washer was first installed a few years ago and I didn't understand how part of it worked. Terrific and a great find!

He had to order part and reschedule.He did not charge first time, but called to return with part . Wiped feet and was very polite.

We have used this company at least twice. Working with them has been great from the time we called until the service was completed. Not only did they fix the problems, but provided work and advice to prevent future problems. We also appreciate their honesty and more-than-fair prices.

On Thursday morning, we noticed that the juice in the refrigerator was warm. Further checking showed that items in the freezer were soft. While the lights in the unit were working and the status panel was registering properly, it appeared that no cooling was occurring, either in the refrigerator or the freezer sections. We checked Angie's List and contacted Gantt Applicance Service about mid-day. Their first estimate was that it would be morning before they could send someone out, but when we told them it appeared it had not been working for at least a couple days, based on the thawing we saw in the freezer, they were kind enough to make arrangements to have someone come out between 2-5pm that day. Joel showed up promptly at 2:30, after calling ahead around 2pm. He was pleasant, efficient, and had the temporary fuse in place and the refrigerator/freezer cooling once again in less than an hour, then made arrangements to bring the needed replacement part in the following day. He called ahead Friday and when he arrived, quickly swapped out the fuse for the correct one and verified that the unit was still working before leaving. Joel was pleasant to work with, efficient, and knew what he was doing. We would definitely call Gantt for appliance repair work in the future.

Overall, the service call went very well. We were pleased with the company from start to finish. The woman who answered the phone was flexible and worked around our challenging schedule. Jeremy was polite and efficient.

My washing machine was not completing the wash cycle and would stop at "rinse". I have a Fisher Paykel washing machine which was out of warranty. Called Gantt Appliance and they told me the quickest they could see me was Monday with today being Friday. I told them that was fine and if they could fit me in sooner to please come by. A service technician was at my house within 1 1/2 hrs. Found out my drain pump was bad and replaced that. Technician's name is Joel and he was very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again for my other appliances that are out of warranty.

I've had a good experience every time I've used this company, and I'll always call them when I need an appliance repair.

This was a service call because our Sub-Zero refrigerator was not cooling correctly. Upon first visit, the unit began to work again for no obvious reason. Albert did not try to sell me any parts but watched carefully and then decided to wait and see if the problem went away for good. One week later the problem returned and I contacted Albert as he had requested to give him the update. He kindly came out after hours and with no additional service fee to take a look. This time, the problem became clear and he installed a new part for us. I felt like the scheduler was kind and professional and Albert was honest and knowledgeable, He definitely went the extra mile. I would certainly use them again.

Jeremy came out and inspected my washing machine to determine why I was experiencing intermittent power outages. He determined that the LCD panel in the washing machine needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and Jeremy came out to replace the part on the machine. Jeremy is knowledgeable and prompt and the office staff is very courteous. My only complaint is that when I went to use the washing machine the next day it would not even start (I received fault code 9). I tried calling the office and sent an email requesting that someone come out and fix again, but this was on a Saturday. Luckily, I was able to use Google to find the exact source of the problem and was able to fix the problem myself (something about resetting the capacity load??). However, no one from Gantt ever called me back or responded to my email so I was a bit disappointed that my called was not returned. My overall experience was positive and I was able to fix the problem in the end, but for future reference I'd recommend ensuring that the machine is functional before the technician leaves the work site.

They did what they were supposed to do and got the work done. We were pleased.

Washer would not drain, determined drain pump had failed and replaced, while here I also had Service rep replace the belt on electric dryer that was dried out and making some serious noise. Fixed both and happy with service , price and response.

He is the only person that I use for my appliance services. He is very honest and he tells me how to fix the issue and also how to maintain it, rather than replacing the system. He knows his stuff. I would use him again in future.

It was $90 + parts. They were very professional and prompt. They fixed the problem and weren't here long at all. They knew exactly what to do. They had to pull my refrigerator out. It was really dusty and dirtly, and he cleaned it.

Jeremy and Michael came by on a Wednesday to check out my leaking washer. Determined it to be a bad door seal on the front load unit. They ordered new seal and were back out on Tuesday to replace the bad seal. After removing old seal we found it had 3 holes. Put on new door seal and tested for any leakage. The new seal has been working well.
