Operator explained process before beginning and used drop clothes in all areas.

They were timely (and patient with me when I wasn't on time to let them in) and professional. They showed me the dust that was being sucked up from the upstairs return and showed me the debris on the inside of the return. In the end they charged me a bit less than estimated based upon the air ducts being cleaner than anticipated downstairs. They were tidy in their work and took care to cover my carpets where they were working. Great experience.

Craig and Paul did a super job. Were already at my house waiting for me 10 minutes before the appointment. Were friendly and professional, explained all the details of their work, and explained things they noticed about my system and how to hints to keep it operating well (e.g., add filters in the returns). Were able to clean very heavy buildup (equal to about one garbage bag full). Whole job took only 1 1/2 hours. From the time I made the appointment until the time they left the house, all the company employees were courteous and professional. It's so rare these days to find a company that shows up when they say they will, does good quality work, charges what they estimate, and treats customers well. I just couldn't be happier!

From the first call for an estimate to the finished job I was extremely happy with Frye's. Craig and Paul arrived on time and were professional the whole time they were at my home. They explained everything they were doing and suggested a type of filter we could use for the inoperable filter. I will recommend them to all my friends!

Excellent service. The workers arrived on hand. They interviewed me first on my expectations and why I called them, then inspected the system. Their conclusion was that my air ducts did not need cleaning. They described what work was required to solve my problem by another type of company.

Very positive overall experience. Beginning with the initial call, each of the representatives wanted to provide a detailed explanation of the work, the related process and the results. The on-site rep was courteous, timely and efficient. Frye's standard procedure apparently is designed to minimize dust in the house as their hoses vacuum from the furnace end of the system. I vouch for the fact that it does not leave any residue or dust in your house. Took time to show before/after effect of cleaning process to my wife.

The company is made up of retired fire fighters. The two gentlemen that came to do the work were just that. They were extremely polite, excellent with my kids and dog, efficient, and easy to work with. They also said my upstairs didn't need the cleaning, which saved alot of money. The demonstrated and explained everything they would be doing. They also alerted me to a problem with my air conditioning unit. I would definately recommend them and use them again.

Experience was positive. They cleaned out all the ductwork in our 35 yr old house. Everything smells much better and is clean.

Provided a quote over the phone. Was able to do the work within a few days. Arrived on time and explained in detail the process. Apparently the ducts and vents had never been cleaned in the house (46 years old) and the system was actually matted with dust materials. I was pleased with the overall work and Mr Frye's detailed efforts.

Extremely thorough! Craig and Paul were right on time and explained everything that they were doing. They cleaned the dryer vent from the top and the bottom. Agitated all the ducts and dryer vent before vacuuming out debris. Had quoted $420 on phone and free dryer vent cleaning for Angie's List customers. Gave an additional $50 discount when they completed the work as our system was easily accessible and had been pretty well maintained. I wouldn't call anyone else.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Frye Air Duct Cleaning. From booking them on the phone, to making an appointment for only a few days hence, on through their courteousness and thoroughness in the actual cleaning of our air system, they were just excellent to deal with.

Company was very forthcoming - explained everything they did. They even showed me where some insulation was falling down under the house and would need to be repaired. They found some stuff the previous owners left in the air duct's (like drywall waste) and really did a great job. They were professional - put down drop cloths so they didn't track up the carpet. They found some mold and treated the house for it (at no additional charge). I am pleased in every way possible. Their price was competitive and the work was through. They showed up on time and were completely professional.

Everything was top-notch from the person who answered my initial call, to making the appt when the renovation work was completed, to the actual day of cleaning. They even showed me that my flex-duct runs were in aged condition and the outer shell was breaking down--all costing me money if ignored. They were great!

Wow! I was so impressed. The representative who took my call explained the entire process and couldn't have been sweeter. When Frye's arrived at my house, it was on time. Don Frye greeted me at the door and was so warm and friendly with such good energy, I knew right away that I would be happy with their work. They did a great job and were very easy to work with. I've had my duct work cleaned before twice, once by a reputable company, the second time by a not so reputable company. I can tell the difference. My air is cleaner and less dusty, and already my asthma has improved.

ON TIME, THOROUGH, SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS. WE WERE WONDERING IF WE HAD MOLD IN THE VENTS--WE'D HAD A TERRIBLE SMELL. THEY DIDN'T FIND ANY, AND, SINCE I AM NATURALLY GULLIBLE, AM THANKFUL THEY DIDN'T TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE. I MEAN, THEY COULD'VE TOLD ME THEY FOUND WHATEVER and CHARGED ME MORE.... A GREAT TEAM OF NICE FELLAS. A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN I'D LIKE, SINCE THEY WERE HERE ONLY ABOUT 1.5 HRS...BUT HEY, GOOD QUALITY WORK.
