We could not have been more pleased with our Foundation Doctor experience. We had foundation issues stemming from poor drainage, and met with three foundation / crawl space providers. From the start, Foundation Doctor put our minds at ease. They educated us on all the potential options, and helped us to make the decision that was right for us. While on site, Hitz and Fox kept us in the loop throughout the repairs, sending us updates throughout the week. They have even followed up to make sure that we know how to use our new smart sump pump. I also love the fact that these folks are local and not a huge national company. They stand by their work! We are confident that Foundation Doctor will help our family's home stay safe for many years to come.

I had about 20 feet of rotted band sill replaced, a girder installed under my kitchen, along with well vents and vapor barrier installed throughout the crawl space. EVERYONE I dealt with in this company was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, skilled, personable, and professional! The inspector, office personnel, and project managers were a pleasure to speak with. The crew was always prompt, extremely hardworking and polite! They kept me informed daily on what they were doing. I was very impressed with their work and work ethic. The project manager came several times to check on things and assist. They charged an extremely fair price for all the work that was done! Other big name companies I got estimates from were $3,000+ higher. I feel confident I will not have any more issues with my foundation or crawl space. Iâ d give this company 10 â­ ï¸ if I could and highly recommend them!

Our crawl space was sealed and dehumidified during the Covid-19 lockdown. That said, our initial appointment was rescheduled because one of the crew was not feeling well. We so appreciate their efforts to adhere to health and safety guidelines! The crew promptly turned up at the next assigned date, wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing. They even managed to complete quality work in less time than expected. Foundation Doctor is professional, honest, courteous and reliable. These are genuinely good people,who you would want to invite over for dinner.

My crawlspace needed structural repairs to my wood framing and piers, an internal french drainage system to stop water intrusion, as well as installation of a 10mil floor liner to help keep moisture levels down. FD was EXTREMELY professional from my initial call and on-site appointment, to the guys doing the installation. I was kept informed throughout the entire process so there were no surprises. I HIGHLY recommend Foundation Doctor for any crawlspace work!

They came when they said they would, which is unusual for most contractors, did the job as promised for a reasonable fee. I would use them again.
