Focal Point Interiors Plus

A representative from Focal Point Interiors came to my house to discuss our upcoming master bathroom remodel. I was very explicit in our phone call prior to our appointment that this project wasn't something we were doing immediately, but probably in the next six months. I wondered if it was too soon for her to come, but she said it was not. She looked at our bathroom, we discussed some possibilities and she took measurements. She said she would email me her design and a ballpark figure within a week. I have not received her plan and have tried to contact her and her company via email twice. No response. I would understand if our project was too small for her company (roughly $17,000-$20,000), to take on, but she did not indicate that. I have no idea why she would waste her time, and mine, to come to my home to discuss this project, and take measurements, if she wasn't going to follow through. We're disappointed because the photos we saw of their work were very nice. On to other vendors now!
