Great. Had to replace my gas logs and firebox. Great selection and education.

The salesperson, Dyan, was very knowledgeable on the products they offer and researched my existing wood burning firebox to ensure what I was purchasing was compatible with my current firebox. My only issue was that everytime I called the store the call would go to voicemail. However, while working with Dyan, she gave me her extension, which made it much easier to reach her. Overall, it was a good experience. Much more knowledgeable and patient that their competition.

We visited in mid-October to learn about vented gas logs with the intent of purchasing and walked away very dissatisfied, as the salesman said logs should be in stock around the first of November. We would have liked it if he had taken our name and number (oh yes, didn't give his name the entire time we were with him and we decided not to ask to see how long he would go before he introduced himself) and called us the moment logs arrived. We were ready to buy, but instead have ordered the Peterson 24'' logs we saw at the store on-line and saved big $.

I needed to buy gas logs and didn't know much about them. Everyone I had talked to told me something different. This is a nice store and the salesperson was courteous enough, but I wound up buying my logs at a different store where the salesperson volunteered more info and patiently answered the myriad of questions I had.

BUYING A SET OF GAS LOGS IS A BIG DECISION, AND THE FOLKS AT THE FIREHOUSE STORE ON HARRIS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THEY HELPED US FIND THE LOGS THAT WERE RIGHT FOR US.
