Roger and his team were prompt and completed the job to specification. I was very pleased with the level of service.

The service was okay. The gentleman who came was polite and he was punctual. The biggest negative was that when he hung up one of the shelves, it wasn't steady and it wasn't hung properly, so it wouldn't allow me to put anything on the other shelf that he hung up, and so I ended up having to have somebody else come out to fix that shelf.

Matt was very professional and knowledgeable and was eager to do a good job on all the projects at hand. I felt it a very good value to have someone so kind and enthusiastic at the house, and was so relieved to have these projects accomplished in such a short time.

It was okay. Two crew members completed the work and they completed the job in about an hour and a half. He sent his crew out and he didn’t come behind them. Compared to other crews, the clean-up was not too great. I actually had to have someone come and do some finishing work. I felt that he should have followed up with me and he did not. I was disappointed with that.

It was fine. I think he is bit overwhelmed. I think he sold more than he could chew. He was very nice. He showed up when he said he was going to show up I believe it is three weeks before he came for the job.

This was a small job. We purchased a big deal coupon for 4 hours of handyman service. After multiple messages through Angie's List with no response, I finally called and was able to get squeezed in sooner. They showed up on time with 2 workers and Roger, the owner, who supervised the workers. Instead of 4 hours total, it was 2 hours per worker, which I didn't realize beforehand but was fine. After they left we realized that several of the switches were installed upside down (not the 3-way switches), so we have to go back and fix ourselves. I'm disappointed that Roger didn't catch this since he was supervising. I wish I would have checked before they left. I really dislike having to redo things that I've paid to have done.

Roger is very professional and respectful of one's home, as were his helpers. Did a very nice job, He replaced two windows and had to do a bit of painting and touch up. Looked great! I would recommend him highly.

The job went very well. The crew arrived at approximately 8:30 am. The job was done in 2 days. Throughout the job, the guys were always respectful and polite. After removing the siding that covered the affected area, it was determined that there was more damage than originally thought. Roger took care of all the damage without charging us an additional fee. The men repaired a section of the wood flooring in the dining room. We were so impressed that it matched perfectly. The entire job was done quickly and efficiently. We would be very comfortable recommending Finishing Touches to our friends and neighbors.

At first we were going to replace the shower floor with another just like it. However, because our shower is an odd size there was a little trouble finding another. Roger was flexible and offered to tile the shower floor for the same price that he originally estimated for installing a new pan. We agreed and they got right to work. We were very happy with the outcome. It looks great and is very professionally done. We did find a problem after the work was completed with the shower draining properly. However, Roger was very responsive and offered to come out that same day to take a look ( on a Sunday). We didn't find that necessary so he came out on Monday and the problem was resolved that same day. No problems since.

I contacted Roger to re-do our laundry room. I had a hard time finding a reliable source for cabinets and Roger offered a great recommendation. He measured for new doors, floor tiles, etc. before he quoted and gave us great ideas. His crew started once the cabinets were in and they were so great to work with. They arrived promptly every morning and put in a full day, while being polite and respectful of my family and my home. They even tackled unexpected things, like moving one air vent and closing off another one, with ease.The laundry room has undergone an amazing transformation due to Roger and his crew. Roger also gave me the name of with a marble fabricator that we used to complete the job. Roger and his crew are amazing!

Roger Garcia was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual and professional. He was timely with his estimates and very thorough. He was also extremely accommodating when we changed some ideas about the work several times. We are very happy with his work and his fair and honest rates that we are scheduling him to come back for more home improvement tasks later in September. I would highly recommend him to anyone, even my grandmother and mother or any widows who need honest prices and good, professional labor. The quality of his work and crew was also very good. The only area for improvement is having him ask his crews to be a little more diligent in cleaning up nails and staples removed from the job site. We have a small dog and also it is dangerous when mowing when you go over nails. That is the only thing I would suggest. Overall very pleased.

Rodger was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to working with him again in the future.

This is the third major job Roger has done for us. (Since the first review, he completely redid the sunroom.) Once again, the space is transformed! Roger is SO reliable, responsible, responsive, and professional that I actually let them work on the project while we were away for a couple of weeks in Europe - that's how much I trust this man! They do a very good job, taking pride in details. I feel that Roger's estimates are very reasonable, given the quality of the work.

Roger answered my inquiry email promptly and set up a time to come out to the house. He arrived literally at the very minute he said he would. He told me I'd have an estimate within three days and I had it in two! He kept in occasional contact with me over the couple of weeks while I ordered everything and waited for it to arrive, and was able to start as soon as everything arrived. He said that he and his crew would arrive at 8:30 a.m., and once again, they arrived at exactly 8:30 on the dot. He said the project would take no more than three days and he and his crew finished it in two long days ... and did a very nice job. In fact, I was impressed enough by his fair price, exceptionally pleasant personality, and unbelievable punctuality that I asked him right away for an estimate on another house project!

They did an excellent job. Roger Garcia was always very prompt and helpful with suggestions and great advice. All of the workers were very professional. It was a great experience and I will definitely use them again and would recommend them highly.

Roger and his crew had done painting for us in August of 2012, and it was then I learned that his company did all types of work. He came highly reviewed by someone with particular taste, so I knew he would be who I wanted to renovate our outdated master bathroom. Roger promptly provided me with a quote and answered my questions regarding materials needed, etc. Although I ordered most of my own supplies, Roger guided me toward specific products I needed and picked up materials that I could not get on my own (bathtub, heating element for the floor, tile I had ordered, etc.). Roger and his crew could not have been more professional or pleasant to work with. His crew was ALWAYS timely and was entirely respectful of me and my family, and maintaining the cleanliness of our house as best they could during the renovation. Roger followed a plan that had been drawn by a local architect and he made the design from paper to reality seamlessly. When the owner of a local glass company came to measure the for shower door, he noted to us that the shower floor was the most level he had ever seen in his 35+ years of installation. All of Roger's crew must be experts because their attention to detail was impeccable. If Roger thought something could be done better, he and his crew always did it, even if it meant re-doing something they had just finished. We thought Roger and his crew were so fantastic that we decided to renovate another bathroom when they were finishing up the first one. His crew moved a wall, laid tile, updated plumbing, added lighting, moved interior wall studs in addition to demolition and other handyman services. They were ready for anything, even within a moment’s notice. As many nice things that I can say about Roger's crew (and they were all excellent), Roger is one of the best examples of a professional that you will ever meet. He wants to make things perfect so that his client is happy, but he does it in a very easy-going manner. Everybody needs a Roger Garcia! Since our family met Roger and his crew last year, we would want no one else to do work in our home and we are so fortunate that he was recommended to us.

From start to finish, Roger Garcia with Finishing Touches is top notch! This was our first experience with a home improvement project and Roger made the entire process simple and less daunting than we thought it would be. He takes care of EVERYTHING (pulls the permits, takes measurements, orders/provides supplies, arranges worker schedules, etc.) and takes the time to answer any questions you have for him (which in our case was a lot). Roger surpassed our expectations on communication, as he was courteous, responsive, and thorough. We also never had any trouble getting hold of him if we needed to. The crew Roger has working with him are outstanding! They were all very nice, professional, and respectful of our property. They worked quickly, carefully, and cleanly, always taking care to pick up at the end of the day. You could tell that any member of his crew was well-experienced and took pride in their work. my hot water heater started leaking and i didnt know what to do. i called these guys before and they helped me out. i researched what it might have been and everything seemed so expensive so i called FTC and they came out and fixed it for a quarter of the price it would have taken to buy a new water heater.
