Would I use them again? Yes. The initial consultation by Brent was exceptional. Other companies suggested more drastic solutions (and one tried to hard-sell us) but Brent was thoughtful and trustworthy. The job took a little longer than expected due to two initial workers who were less experienced but when Kevin stepped in with a new crew it was excellent. Kevin was prompt, courteous, professional and clearly experienced. The work quality is high. Phil, Kevin's supervisor, was also excellent. My compliments especially to the three mentioned here plus Mary and Meryl in the office.

Great work. On-time. The guys was really knowledgeable and made good suggestions. Very affordable compared to other people I had come in. He did find a raccoon and apparently had steered it away since it hasn't come back.

I wrote a bad review on falcone, since that time Sherry and Mary both called me they were very apologetic. I decided to go for another appointment and scheduled another one. Carl came out, he was on time very neat , and extremely professional. He saw what the problem was, wrote an estimate, which by the way was lower than I thought it would be. It was a very positive experience. I'm actually looking forward to them coming out to perform the repair. John caudell

The Falcone inspector was very knowledgeable and right on for structural repairs and costs when he came to look at our job. The office managers were very responsive and professional throughout and communicated with us well, even though the job was delayed by the threat of hurricane Irma. The crawlspace team members were courteous, neat, punctual and hard working, and communicated with us well on the progress of the job. The Falcone inspector reviewed their work after they finished to make sure everything was done properly. The worksite was left clean.

They came in did a great job. They told me what they were going to do and how it would take to fix the problem.

They did a great job. I had them to come and make a sight djustment to one of the pillars. The work was done in three days. Also they clean up after the completion on the job.

Perfect! They showed when they said they would show up. The FALCONE Representive named Saviores introduced himself, ask me to show what vents needed to replaced and repaired then went straight to work. Saviores was Very Professional and handled our small project as if we were a Big Customer. Saviores and his Teamate were in out in very short period of time completed our project to total satisfaction. Based on this Team's performance and professionalism there is no doubt FALCONE is service company who takes care of their Customers. In today's World there are not many true service Company's left. I would Highly recommend FALCONE no matter the size of your project.

They came and check the crawlspace, & they suggested that i needed an extensive crawlspace project that will cost me addtional $5000.00. the price for the tune up was basically not for tune up but a sales opportunity for the company to get sales because i could have gotten same information & service for free from other crawlspace companies. The company did not do anything basically, they just look at the crawlspace & gave me a suggestion.

I can't really think of anything positive to say about the job they did. The guys were really nice, but they left a total mess on my property and I had to call them back multiple times to get things right. Did a little concrete work too that took multiple tries to get it right. Wouldn't hire them again in a million years! To their credit though, they worked hard to resolve my complaints.

It was ok. It was fine. They came out the first time and had to come back another time. I don't have a need for their services. If they are coming out to work and not inspect, their prices are really expensive.

Everything that they said that they would do, they did. They were very professional and did a great job. I was very impressed with how they did the whole job. The leader was Phil, but I also saw Tommy Wade, Saviores, Kevin. They did a great job.

A team member came out and did an assessment, and answered all my questions. It was determined that the eight piers needed new shims, and they would also be able to remove/clean out the entire crawl space and lay down new vapor barrier. The two man crew that came out on the day of the work were running late, but they called well ahead of time to let me know. They were polite, informative, and got the work done in one day. They cleaned out the old vapor barrier, secured insulation/electrical wiring that had fallen down, and got rid of all the debris. The new vapor barrier looks great, and now the house is on sturdier footing. Overall, very pleased.

Their salesperson, Brent, met me on time. After receiving a few proposals from others to encapsulate the crawlspace, he surprised me by recommending the above approach as a better, much less expensive and longer-lasting solution for our situation even though they also do encapsulation work. Mary and Melissa in the office were helpful with questions and prompt scheduling and efficient billing. Fred and Savarie arrived on schedule and completed the work within the expected timeframe with no problems. The process was very smooth. Fred and Brent were both helpful in answering questions about the work and ways in which to minimize water entry into the crawlspace to begin with. The only disappointment was that part of the original plan was to install a small fan in one of the crawlspace vents to better move air through the space. However, it was not discovered until they arrived to do the work that the fan could not be properly installed because the vents were partially blocked when a porch was installed. The crawlspace will be inspected in one year and a determination made if the drain is sufficient or a fan is worth trying inside the crawlspace to further improve the humidity. If this french drain approach proves successful over time, they saved us a substantial amount of money.

They were excellent. They did exactly what I wanted. It took them awhile to get here because they were in Charlotte and I'm in Greensboro. It took about two months, but it was a scheduling issue and I wasn't in a particular hurry. It was worth the $74 to me. I had some issues, and I can't get under the house. I needed somebody to check the issues. I told them the areas I wanted checked. He showed me pictures and emailed them to me, which was fantastic. Aside from the scheduling issue, I would've hoped to have it sooner. It really didn't bother me that it took that long. If anything, it was better because we had a lot of rain and it had begun drying out by the time they got out here, which was better for them. They were right on time. I would tell people to use them. I was very happy with their service. They were very polite. They told me exactly what I wanted to know. They told me all of the information that I needed to know. This was the first time I used them because of the Big Deal on Angie's List.

Rom, Perry, and the rest of the crew did an excellent job and conducted themselves in a professional manner the entire time. They built re-bar reinforced cement-filled block piers to replace the old damaged hollow cinder block and brick piers. The sewer pipe penetration was sealed with hydraulic cement. They protected the vapor barrier with additional plastic to prevent damage, replaced excavated soil around the piers when complete, and returned the vapor barrier to it's original placement around the piers. They cleaned up after themselves, and the whole team was courteous and responsive to my questions. Rom even came back the next day after it rained heavily to verify there was no water leakage around the sealed pipe. We had Falcone do similar work for us 3 years ago (4 obviously bad/damaged piers at that time) and the cost has gone up a fair amount since then. I would definitely recommend Falcone for crawl space work.

Romulus was excellent. He came within a 1/2 hour of our call. He is extremely hardworking, polite, neat & friendly. He did a great job despite the temperature being so high. I would definitely recommend Falcone!

They scheduled the free estimate promptly and Carl (sales) was very professional and open about what should be done and what the options were. When we agreed upon the details, Mary and the office team set up a work schedule and followed up with me twice to confirm that all was well. JD, Chris, and Jose Paz knocked it out of the park! They were tireless, polite, professional, QUIET! (I work from home), and fastidious in their work and clean-up. All told, a very positive experience with the Falcone Team, and one that validates the outstanding reputation they have. I marked the price as a "B", not because they were anything less than outstanding or I don't recognize the value of their work and delivery. As a homeowner, I just don't like spending money! Brandon and his crew wer awesome! These guys worked their butts off. They read the engineer's expert report, contacted the engineer on several occasions to assure that the work was being done as per their recommendation, spoke to us in detail, explained their work, etc. I would highly recommend Brandon and his hard-working crew!
