Description of Work: Received Angie's list offer / Inspection and am awaiting last competitive bid to make a selection for services to be performed by whomever I select.

Description of Work: Crawl space repairs and upgrades. The issues began after the install. We found some significant issues with foam insulation pushing through the foundation vents. They would or could not fix them. There were issues with wiring from the ventilation system left exposed which was eventually corrected. There were issues with paint on our new stone walkway, house, and $7000 dollar fence. Trash was left everywhere after the service. They owners were very nice and corrected the issue once we brought it to their attention but it was a challenge getting through the customer service.

Description of Work: Came out promptly on the scheduled date and time and replaced old wood shims, replacing with block and steel shims. Also built two new piers. 31 in total. Finished on schedule. |Very polite and concerned not to cause any damage to the house.

Description of Work: They performed a thorough inspection on the structure and moisture issues of the crawl space for free

Description of Work: I had some crawlspace issues and feared some foundation damage, Falcone came to see and it turned out such damage was not found. I was very impressed with the technician's knowledge, experience, and the fact that he showed me several other areas of the basement that will be needing attention down the road, things I never thought of. Not pushy at all, he knew his stuff. Since I had no work, I can't speak to the actual repair experience, but I would certainly call them again.

Description of Work: Falcone was responsive to my request in a timely manner; they in fact, made a special effort to adjust their schedule to accommodate my estimation because of a very close closing date. The office ladies, Betty Ann, Stephanie, and Nicole were cordial, courteous , and timely with their responses to my emails and calls and made sure that my request was reported to the estimator. I will use them again. | The estimate of what was needed was a complete and thorough job. The cost for the home estimated was too much for a home that was being sold.

Description of Work: Office staff was polite and personable. Kept communication open and timely. Crew from estimator to field workers were knowledgeable, polite, punctual, professional.

Description of Work: They dug out a French drain on the interior of my crawlspace. They also hooked up the sump pump and confirmed it was working properly. As well as increase the height of my crawlspace entrance and added a new door.

Description of Work: we had severe mold under our crawlspace. They treated the mold and fully encapsulated the crawlspace. Looks great and hopefully will have no more moisture. They spent 10 days on the job and were extremely professional
