Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair

Kevin was a pleasure to work with, he kept me well informed throughout the process and performed well above my expectations. I had other companies come for estimates and they all said the space was too narrow to get into, but Falcone accepted the challenge and Kevin performed the work flawlessly. The customer support from start to finish was fantastic, something you seldom see these days in the contractor industry. Keep up the good work everyone!!

Review continued in order to add pictures, which show work was not completed. The ability to include pictures as part of the review was not available at the time of the initial review. As can be seen in the pictures, the insulation was used to cover up the rotten subflooring, which was supposed to have been replaced. Unfortunately, suing the company would cost more than what would be recovered. Not allowing the addition of pictures would be a disservice to any and all perspective clients of this company; also, to any and all who hire this company because they should be aware that they need to verify that the work has actually be done and done correctly. Further, any and all perspective clients need to be aware of what kind of company they are hiring.

I was nervous at first because my foundation needed some substantial repair. When Troy showed up with his crew (Mitch, Brandon and Chris) I was put at ease. Troy called ahead to let know what time he would be here and was on time. The whole crew was very professional and did a wonderful job. Troy explained everything to me along the way and finished the job on time. They even power washed my patio and driveway from some leftover mud! Above and beyond! Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

Nothing short of blown away by Mitch’s and Alex’s work ethic, professionalism, and quality workmanship. The final product was incredible. Our house thanks you. In addition to stabilizing our foundation over a period of two full workdays (they worked diligently and respectfully), they placed a new moisture barrier throughout our crawlspace. It looked so good afterward, I joked we were going to rent it out as an apartment! Thanks again guys! Exceptional!

This was a long and arduous process (2nd most difficult job that the team had encountered). However, Mitch, Alex, and Troy were able to solve the problem. They were the pinnacle of professionalism and customer service. I can not speak more highly about these guys, they were fantastic. Scheduling was a breeze and even the office team was great to work with. I would work with them again.

We have a partial crawl space under our home, the rest basement. We hired Falcone for insulation, and they noted an area of structural concern, and mold remediation that they identified during the free estimate, and made the recommendation to get these areas fixed prior to installing installation. The price was broken out per task, and we could break it out into separate jobs if needed. They also offered financing. We hired them for all of it. The estimator was professional, friendly, and willing to educate us and address any of our concerns. The two man team that came to do the work, arrived on time, called to give a heads up when they were close, and kept us up to date on the work, including pictures of the progress. They noted any issues they saw and noted what looked good. They finished in under the estimated time (took 2 days), were friendly, courteous, and professional. Very pleased with their service, and plan to hire again when needed.

Received pictures of the crawl space, images of the humidity readings at various points, pictures of the pipes & wrapping, plus ground coverings. Also checked for evidence of wasps/bees, etc...and provided a checklist. Very professional service.

We really like the personal and professional touch of Falcone Crawlspace. Everyone that came to our house was super nice and knowledgable about their task. Fred was very laid back and personable which is our style. He did a thorough job working with us initially on our project needs and itemizing an estimate of the costs so we knew up front what the scope of the project would look like. As extras were uncovered during the work (as often times 80 year old houses will do), solutions and costs to be incurred were given up front so that we could discuss and then decide how to proceed. Falcone was prompt on their start date and worked diligently on all aspects of our project until complete. Mitch and Troy did the majority of the work on our house (and a little from Tommy too) which entailed weekly travel from Charlotte & stay in Durham. We really appreciated their dedication to this job. They did an awesome job each day with their daily tasks, end-of-day cleanup, and efforts to accommodate my husband, dog, and I who lived at the house during repairs/renovation. We often returned home long before their work day ended and they were amazing at accommodating us while they worked. Mitch and Troy were knowledgable in their craft, polite, and made huge efforts to do all the little things that keep clients happy...having major repairs/renovations on a house you are also living/having to go to work in for an extended period of time isn't always easy. We would definitely use Falcone again for our Crawlspace and Structural needs. I highly recommend to anyone needing work in these areas to give them a call!

Went well, showed up on time, checked it out, gave me recommendations for things to watch for, maintenance tasks, and quotes on the bigger stuff that I needed to plan for.

The work done by JD and his crew was terrific. It was completed on time and was done very professionally. The Project went extremly well and I would certainly call Falcone if these services were required again.

The inspection was completed and we were give a detailed report with no issues.

Falcone came in and did an estimate and explained what was to be done and the steps in the process.. We made a date and planned the project which was completed much to our satisfaction. They shared photos of before and after. They explained what they did and what needed to be looked at in the future....The office staff was friendly and available to answers any question.

Service rep was early. He provided a clear and easy to understand report. He also quoted several options to fix the few problems he found.

We are extremely pleased with the work the Falcone employees did for us. Brent gave us a very detailed description of the work that was needed, how it would be done and answered all of our questions. The guys that did the work were awesome. Troy, Mitch and Billy did a fantastic job cleaning the debris out of the crawl space, removing the damaged subfloor and insulation, and installing the vapor barrier. The best part was they were able to remove the damaged subfloor without taking up my hardwood floors! We did have to pay an electrician to run the wiring for the fans but Falcone even arranged for the electrician and their cost was very reasonable. All of the debris, old subfloor and insulation was removed by Falcone. Great job everyone.

The scheduling staff was helpful in finding a time that worked for me. The inspector was punctual and professional. He listened to my concerns and provided advice for future care of the crawl space.

Perfect, everything that was needed was done and then some!!
