Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair

Joe was at my house to do an assessment of my foundation and arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. After looking at the foundation he determined that it didn't need any work. I appreciated his honesty. He pointed out one problem with a brick wall that runs along sidewalk by my house that is cracking and shifting. Joe told me it was the result of water from the downspout collecting under the wall and suggested that I attached an 8 foot the tube to run the water away from the wall. After it has had a couple of months to dry out the repair is something Falcone can repair for me. I am attaching the tube to the downspout and will call them in the fall to make the repair.

They did a nice job. Everything went as planned. They were prompt and courteous.

Joe Sherrill came at our request to give us a 3rd opinion on fixing a drainage issue in our crawl space. Our 1st estimate was from a contractor/home repair company and 2nd estimate was from a pest control company. Both had very different approaches so we decided to call in Falcone to give us their opinion since it is their field of expertise. They were able to send someone very promptly to give us an estimate. We were VERY impressed. Mr. Sherrill was quick let us know his professional opinion, which wasn't something that his company provided. Very impressive of a company! Would definitely recommend them and REALLY appreciate their help in solving our problem.

.Marvin, Eric, and Jose were very professional, efficient, and hard-working. They took pictures of the crawl space and showed me exactly the plan of what they were installing - and finished the project several hours earlier than I anticipated. The floor feels more solid now and we feel much more confident in stepping on it! This is the second time we have used Falcone for crawl space repairs, and we continue to be pleased with their work quality and pricing.

These guys were great. From the first day they were on time and did a professional job. Ben, Bob, John and Jose knew what was to be done and stayed under the house all day, don't know how they done it. The first day they had trash bags that filled up their truck even I did not know all that trash was under the house. They clean up under the house removed all the old insulation installed new insulation, installed new piers and installed new beam on the piers. They done some repair work on my ductwork, they tacked up all wiring that was hanging down and installed a vapor barrier. All of these men knew what to do and done it. I could not have asked for a better job. the price was reasonable. I WILL call FALCONE CRAWL SPACE & STRUCTURAL REPAIR,again if I need some work done under my house. Also I talked with Megan on the phone and she answered all my questions and Joe was the one that came out and crawled under the house and gave me a quote for the job. Falcone was punctual and stayed at our house until they got the job done, even though it was past working hours. The men were friendly and explained everything they were doing in detail. After finishing the job and before leaving, they showed pictures of the crawl space and so we could see exactly what they did before and after and how it looked. After they left, we noticed some minor damage to the floor above the space they were working. We contacted them and they came out right away to repair it, no hesitations. Floor looks as good as new and all damage was fixed. We appreciated their willingness to get the job done to top quality and would use them again in the future.

Excellent service from first contact to finish. Great communication throughout. Team of workers arrived promptly every day between 8:00-8:30 am, crew leader Jason explained what they were doing, all the workers were pleasant, helpful, and took care with helping preserve the landscape. When several azaleas were damaged by the dirt removal, they were replaced without my having to ask. The job was a big one, and I think they all did excellent work. I would recommend Falcone without hesitation.

There were some issues in the beginning due to the technician who performed the service. Specifically, he called me very early in the morning because he arrived much earlier than the appointment, but this was taken care of when I spoke to the head office. Aside from this, the work was done without any problems or issues.

Very well. Workers were on time and very professional. Time table was met. Workers cleaned up after job was performed.

The crew had not arrived by 1 1/4 hour past specified start time so I called the office to find out what was up. I shortly thereafter received a call from Josh, the Team Lead, who said they were finishing up another project on the other side of town and were headed my way. They arrived 1 hour later so got off to a 2.5 hour delayed start. They got to work quickly and efficiently after coming inside to discuss the work to be done and re-measure everything. I was warned the job would take 2 full days plus a re-check on the 3rd day. They arrived on time the 2nd day and kept me apprised of their progress. The job was finished early and I was shown pictures of the work done in the crawl space. Not wanting to go in their myself, I took them at their word that the pictures I was shown was the work done at my house. I was asked to write a review and provide a stellar rating so that the boss would pay out a bonus. Pressure to provide a good review seems to be something that all companies are starting to do now. The Team were polite, professional and considerate at all times.

He came out last fall for the new vents. I knew I needed more vents. He advised that I get a structural engineer to assess. I just got that report. I will get back to them for further recommendations.

Joe arrived right on time, and he was professional courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He inspected all the areas, and he told me that it was old water staining and that no damage to the crawl existed. He suggested other reasons the floor could be warping and recommended calling a gutter professional to address the amount of water coming into that area of the house over the gutters. Joe could have recommended removing the stained support beam and joist, but he was scrupulously honest and told me they did not need replacing and that it was old staining. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with a great deal of information about water seepage and causes. He even suggested a remedy that did not involve Falcone. In a day when contractors off sell work homeowners do not need, this is exceptional. I would definitely use them for ANY other project.

I found out a year later that they had boxed the job, and had put the new paper over the old paper, which we weren't too happy with. I called them, and they agreed that they messed up, and came and corrected it with no charge. I wasn't too happy at first, but I was happy with the end result. They did good work, but they didn't double check their lives, but he acknowledged the problem and took care of it, and that is all that I can ask. They stood behind their work and took care of it.

They did a very good job and scheduling was fine.

I had them fill in the cracks in my basement and around my house. It went well – no complaints!

Solid-filled masonry pier with 24x24x10" footing. Automatic Vents. Services were scheduled over 2 weeks, the first week the preparation was done for the footing and some vents were installed. The second visit was to finish the footing and install the last of the crawl space vents.

The office called and we were able to set the work up two weeks early. It was suppose to take 3 days. The guys were finished in 2 days. Our crawlspace was in terrible condition. It has been soaking wet for 5 years due to builders error. Jason and crew showed up on time both days. They are very good at what they do and explained to me how everything was going to work once they were finished. They dug and filled the trench the first day and also put the water catch tank in the ground. They came back the second day and there was 2 inches of water in the tank from just one night. They installed the sump pump, installed the drain and put down the new vapor barrier. They tested the system and everything worked fine. I have used these guys twice now and they do what they promise and really do stand behind their work. I would highly recommend Falcone if you have issues with floors that are not level, cracks in your walls or any crawlspace/foundation work you need to have done. They are very professional and will impress you with their work and their knowledge. They will be the first people I call if I need anymore work done.

From agreeing to the estimate and the start of work was 2 months. They arrived on the day and at the time they said. The team was 5 guys. They worked solidly under that house doing the work as detailed for 4 days, they started at 8 and finished at 5. Before the work, the crawl space would flood with about an inch of water pooling at one end. The insulation due to the dampness was coming down. Since having the work done the crawl space in much better, it has rained since and I have been under that house to check the effectiveness of the drainage system and it was dry. They were not the cheapest quote but I felt they had the most effective plan for dealing with my problem.

I called Falcone Craw Space and asked for an inspection of my homes foundation due to a crack appearing in the wall. When I called and set up the appointment I asked if anyone needed to be home for the inspection. I was told NO that I would receive a letter of their findings a week or so after the inspection. I received a call the day of the inspection saying that someone HAD TO BE HOME for the technician to do the inspection. I asked why wasn't this told to me when I set up the appointment. All that Falcone rep said was "I don't know" I will not use this company or recamend it to anyone.

Michael the installer and his helper were fast. However, it was discovered that the entire repair did not need to be made because the entire water problem was a hole in the sub wall. They did not do an adequate assessment when making the proposal which ended up costing $3000 more than what was actually needed. Unfortunately, we didn't know what or how to investigate the water seepage problem. The work was performed in about 8 hours time, it was a complete rip off. My 78 year old mother had to tell them to look for the hole since it hadn't seeped through the outside wall as they had said. They cut off the 2x4 studs where they had rotted and were not going to do anything to support them until I insisted that they fix it. If we hadn't interceeded, the studs would still be dangling and the hole would not be patched. Michael had personal phone calls and the ring tone was some bizarre sexual song, disgusting. They left trash in the yard and didn't do a very good job cleaning up, but I let the sloppy clean up slide. I was too p***** off about the whole situation to stop and tell them what to do, I just wanted them off my property.

From the time that I first got an estimate to the time that they finished the work, working with the staff of Falcone was a very good experience. Everyone that I encountered with this company was very professional. The estimator came out and looked at what I wanted to have done and we discussed areas of concern that I had. He went into the crawl space, did his assessment and when he came out we sat down and discussed what needed to be done and the price. There was no high pressure sales pitch. The installers were punctual and before they started work, we talked about everything that they would to do. They completed the work in two days and it looked great. The installation crew was outstanding. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

They were great at communicating with me regularly prior to coming out for the job--it was just unfortunate to find out that once they arrived here, that their vents weren't going to work on my house--so the job had to be cancelled.

My daughter decided to get married at home on the front pouch. We have an 1800 year old farm house that she grew up in. Just as the preacher is about to go outside the floor drops. Weeks later my husband crawl under the house and said we have big problems. The crawl space under our house is about 18-24 in. We looked for a company that has experience in old houses. When we called they were reassuring that everything would be ok. Joe came out on time and gave a quote and explained everything very well. The crew was professional and clean up and seeded the yard. I would highly recommend them!

I contracted Falcone back in mid November because I'd noticed a gradual sagging in the flooring in the section of my home where the bedrooms and bathrooms sat. Needless to say I was a little freaked out about this. When their rep came over he was on time and very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and eased my mind that the house wasn't actually falling down, despite my fears. He gave me a quote for the work, but told me it might be a little while as they were booked out a way and had me contact their office to schedule a time to have the work performed. I contacted their office the next day and scheduled to have them come out on Dec 23 & 24 (that was the soonest they could fit me in) to do the work. The workers arrived early on the 23rd and began working. The rain and weather were terrible (it was really cold out) but the guys worked through it and made sure that they had gotten the items they needed to get done for the day taken care of prior to leaving to set up for the next days leveling of the floors. They cleaned up the area they had been working in and came back the next day, again bright and early. They worked through a good deal of the day (this was Christmas Eve), but I had to leave and drive out of town for the holidays, so they finished work and closed up my house for me. Then they called me to let me know they were done and everything looked good. They were wonderful! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
