hands down, CALL THESE FOLKS! it was a great experience from the get go---from the office folks, to Joe coming to do an estimate then the guys (ian and chris) to do the work. extremely professional---oddly happy for such as job! Joe came out, able to work with my schedule and deadlines for selling the house. Ian and Chris came out and were terrific. Kept me up to date on progress---cleaned up after they left to the point it didn't look like anyone had been there! Super nice, knowledgeable guys.; would totally recommend them to anyone needing work done in their crawl space.

Excellent service. Professional. My husband crawled under the house with the worker after it was done and he pointed out all the changes that were made. My husband is an engineer and he felt confident that the work was done perfectly.

Ronnie Watkins called ahead to see if he could come early for our consultation. Sure! He assessed the crawl space and gave me a thorough quote for the ATMOX system and complete vapor barrier. We have yet to address this issue. We are still considering our options. This is a big expense approx $5000. As it is winter now, humidity is not a pressing issue.

Ronnie Watkins was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come over sooner. Sure! His opinion was that a reinforcement of the small area around the toilet was appropriate. I DID NOT require structural repairs, requiring my subfloor to be replaced followed by a full bathroom renovation. That was good news. However, Falcone could not do the repair. Ok, no problem. I appreciated his time and advice. Ronnie was a bit casual/slang that's why I gave him a B rating for Professionalism. I guess that's his style. However, because of this I wasn't sure how credible his opinion was until it was validated by other professionals.

They were great and did an outstanding job!

The crew was on time and started work immediately. Kept me abreast of the progress and any problems they encountered. A portion of the estimated job was unnecessary due to the wood being solid, just covered with mold. They advised me of this and adjusted the amount due for the job. I give them a B for professionalism due to the smoking and cigarette butts left by the crew. I have more work to due and plan on calling on Falcone to do the work.

Great experience. Work was completed on time and we had excellent communication from Mike throughout the process. He made sure we were satisfied and assured us he would make anything right if needed. We're very happy with the decision to go with Falcone and highly recommended them.

I would highly recommend Falcone to anyone needing the services they provide. The people who work there are friendly, professional, on time and do great work. From the start of setting up an appointment to the explanation of work being estimated through completion, the experience was one that I wish I had with any business I deal with. Ronnie W. our contact person was fantastic on how he explained and recommended things. He had the crews there when they needed to be and the people doing the work were friendly and pleasant. Ronnie did a great job with follow-up to make sure work was done as he outlined and that we were satisfied. We feel like we found a great company in Falcone and will recommend to anyone we know who needs their services. Thanks Falcone for a job well done!!

We had begun noticing cracking in the tile floor of our sun room with cracks running perpendicular to each other, and some of the trim work was pulling away. Additionally, rather than running off the deck away from the house, rain water that hit the deck had begun running toward the house and under it. Falcone came out at our request to investigate and to give us an estimate on needed repairs. We live approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours from Charlotte up in the mountains. Falcone gave us a date and time for the visit and emailed a confirmation with a short video about the person they were sending out to give us the estimate. He came right on time, was exactly what we expected and was very engaging. He gave us a thorough explanation of what the original builder had failed to do during the construction process and of what was needed to repair the problem. He employed terminology to which we could relate and gave us an exact estimate for the work. We were quickly sent via e-mail a copy of the contract with the exact estimate we were given. Once we decided to proceed with the repairs, they were prompt in scheduling the work and, again, arrived to begin work exactly when they said they would. The work took 7 business days and the crew was very faithful and prompt each day. The team leader of the project let us know each day what had been done that day and when the crew would return the next day, as well as what was going to happen next. He also gave us a cell phone # at which he could be reached after hours in case we had any questions. All of the guys on the crew and the team leader were highly professional and very courteous. Any questions or concerns that we had along the way were answered immediately and patiently and to our satisfaction, although we had very few questions or concerns because they had already given us thorough explanations of everything before beginning the work. Given that this is early December and that we live in the mountains, the weather was somewhat chilly and damp at times and the work was sometimes muddy. We heard no complaints and their attitudes were great! In fact, they seemed to really enjoy their work. When the work was completed, the crew cleaned up the area thoroughly, leaving no mess behind, and then showed us pictures of the actual work done under the house. Having to have such extensive and expensive work done, because another individual had not done what he was supposed to do several years ago, was a hard pill to swallow; however, Falcone gave us discounts because of the amount of work being done. Additionally, while it was originally thought that we were going to need 14 piers put in, we ended up needing 15. Falcone honored the original contract mentioning nothing about an extra charge for the extra pier. It was also discovered that a drain pipe needed to be extended several extra feet beyond where it was originally thought needed, and, again, Falcone charged nothing extra. Dealing with Falcone has been a vey positive experience and we will not hesitate to call on them again in the future!!!

They're an excellent company and do great work!

A week before the work started, Joe, the head man, came to assess our problem. He was prompt, courteous, and seemed to know what we needed. The work began on time. The crew worked very hard for eight days, being pleasant, respectful, and very easy to communicate with. Mike and Bob kept us up with what was going on under the house including pictures of the progress.I was very pleased with the finished product. Falcone knows their business.

Erich Johnston and Phil showed up on time both days of the job and were very professional and kept me informed of how the job was going and what they were doing. I would definitely use them again!

I was very impressed with this crew that worked on my house. They were always on time and worked late nearly every day. I mainly dealt with Dustin Stocke but Eric Powell and Luciano Verde also worked on the house. Dustin was very courteous and made pictures every day of their progress. The pictures were before and after photos. I had no idea I had so much damaged wood to be replaced. I hope this takes care of my moisture problem under my house. I would recommend these guys for any crawl space repairs. Dustin was very professional from beginning to end and I appreciate his honesty!

Overall it went well. They showed up on time and worked 3 days. They clean the job site from debris and trash. Mike, the leader help leveling dishwasher even though it was Sam on Friday.

Falcone should teach other service providers on how to treat customers and be professional. This visit was just to check work that they had done a couple of months ago and they provided this check as part of their service for no extra charge. Hayden called to let us know that he would be 30 minutes later than he had told us (most other companies we've dealt with would not have bothered). He was very polite and worked hard to get everything to our liking. He kept asking if we were satisfied with the adjustments he had made and gave us his card to call if we had any problems or found anything else we didn't like. We have used Falcone twice to level floors on a 35+ year old house that had weak timbers and both experiences were outstanding.

Called to schedule an estimate and never received a return call with appointment. I called a second time and still received to return call.

From the first point of contact, everyone at the company was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and punctual. We had to reschedule the original appointment due to a death in the family, and Joe Sherrill was very understanding, as was the office staff. He was also very honest about the poor quality of work that had been done by earlier this spring by another company. He took photos under our house and went under there with me on a very hot August afternoon to explain the situation as he saw it. He gave a detailed explanation of his recommendations. Several weeks passed during which all members of the Falcone team were very cooperative, helping us decide the best course of action to solve our moisture issues. They promptly provided several estimates. Once the work was scheduled, the team was punctual - we got a phone reminder from the office staff to let us know the approximate time of day they would arrive. Erich Johnson led the work team and contacted my husband several times during the process to explain necessary changes in the nature of the work and the price. The team was neat and left our yard and the surrounding crawl space area in good condition. At the conclusion of the work we were unable to meet with Erich during the week, so he came out on a Sunday afternoon to explain the work and the newly - installed Atmox system.

After FINALLY getting in touch with the company (they don't do well responding to messages through Angie's list), they schedule and then rescheduled an appointment to give me an estimate for two foundation vent repairs. Unfortunately, they quoted me $1500 just because they would be coming from Charlotte (even though their service area includes Durham). The gentleman proceeded to tell me how to fix the vents myself. I then called the company about a "3 vent repair" deal they had and asked if that would be possible since it was $134 vs $1500. The lady on the phone very nicely told me that it would work if the vents were the rights size. If they got out here and the vents weren't the size they had then they couldn't do it. So all in all they did a great job of talking me out of using their company.

It went very well, when I called them they were a pleasure to talk too. Very prompt with every part of their operation; I am very pleased with everything they did for me, and I am confident that the repair was made properly. Also got a email with appreciation that they could work with me, and a post card from them as well.

They were thorough,efficient and polite. The got the job done in 2 days rather then the estimated 3 days. The finished product looks great. They were professional from start to finished. I want to say that Mike and John did a great job. Very pleased. Joe came out to give us an estimate and he was great too. Very friendly and he explained everything to us. He was on time and we felt confident that we chose Falcone after talking to him.

Did an excellent job. Raised our floor about 1-1/2" (it was sagging). 3-man crew spent good part of day, was very professional, cleaned up after & provided photos of work.

I had some issues with water entering my crawl space. I called Falcone and Joe came out. Joe was at my house five minutes early and made a very professional impression. I knew right away I was in good hands. His knowledge and kindness put me at ease right away. I informed Joe that I had just bought the home. I was planning on having new gutters put on and was in the process of grading some soil away from my house. Joe gave me several options, one of which is an interior drain/pump system. BUT he told me that before I go that route, lets see how the new gutters and grading works. Fortunately the gutters and grading worked. Joe could have given me the hard sale on a pump system but he was honest and told me not to spend the money unless needed. I did however need my vapor barrier replaced. Lots of companies to that work, but Joe told me he was going to go through it with a rake till it was spotless, and in his words, if it doesn't belong on the ground it will be taken off the ground. Every wire, and piece of insulation was re-hung. And the barrier was installed extremely well. No rocks and bricks to hold it in place; they pounded staples in to keep it exactly how they laid it. I am extremely happy I called Falcone. I may still go with the pump in the future if I have additional problems, but for now I am all set and happy. If I need any work at all done in my crawl space I am going to call Falcone. If you need work done, do yourself a favor and go with this highly reputable, professional company. From the moment the gal answers the phone you will know you are in the best hands possible.
