Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair

Great! The work was done last November and I chose to wait a couple months to see if the fix would last over time. It did! They also had another drainage issue that I was unaware of. Fixed that too at no extra charge. I had 3 estimates. I picked Falcone because their solution made the most sense to me...and they had the lowest cost estimate. Great people to work with. They installed a french drain,a sump pump, and reran gutter downspouts.

Brandon, Arturo and Called went over and above what we expected. We we're living in the house when the repairs were going on. We have 3 dogs and the guys were always making sure the could get outside. I was notified with a time they would be here so we could take care of the animals. They were always professional and willing to explain what was going on that day. They also answered any questions that we had and explained everything they were doing. We we're luckey to get the guys that did the work during a very stressful time.

Once the emergency cleaning and vapor barrier liner were installed, we were encouraged to wait for a few months to let the space really dry out. It was a good thing because the entire southeastern part of North Carolina needed multiple services to get back to normal. Falcone was available for an assessment visit within a month, and was ready to work on our contract within a helpful time frame. They repaired the water damaged joists and replaced the insulation in one very busy day.The called occasionally just to check in,, arrived early for our work day, finished and cleaned. The workers called several times with updates as t hey worked. They took photos of this space that homeowners rarely ever enter. I know what work was done and how it looked on a specific date. Valuable information when your house is in a storm zone. They accepted a mailed check for payment since I was spending insurance money and needed to keep track of its dispersal.

Swapped messages via this site. Sent photos as requested. More than 48 hours since last response which said we would "hear" later that day. Silence. Crossed off my list. Didn't provide estimate or engage for job so cannot speak to quality of work. Only the preliminary customer service. Poor

They indicated they would need to replace since they give lifetime guarantee and that I would be able to save some money by having existing rehung. They would refer to an installer or handyman. To date I have not been contacted

I haven't had nicer people come out. Tommy couldn't' be more helpful. The work they did was wonderful and they were very pleasant. They were courteous. They couldn't been nicer.

The technicians performing the work were throrough and professional. Went above and beyond.

They did a fabulous job and for much less than I had been quoted by other companies. The inspector who came out after completion said it was some of the best work he had seen done. JD and his crew did a great job!!!

The discussion with Phillip after the "evaluation and tune-up" went well and I decided to have Falcone do the work he recommended; however, the eval was done in July, it is now September, and despite repeated requests to the office, I have not yet received the written report and photos. I have paid them a 20% deposit toward approximately $9K worth of work. The work is scheduled for next week. It is important for me to have this report prior to the work being done. I have been told repeatedly that I will get the report and am not pleased with the fact that I have not.

John and his associate arrived promptly and completed all the work in a day. When it was completed, he showed me before and after photos of both the crawl space and the gutters. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend this company, especially since we received inflated estimates from several other companies that suggested we needed all kinds of additional services that were not necessary.

Tommy and Dan did a fine job in installing two helical piers on our home to prevent any additional setting. They were extremely professional and courteous. My only issue is with how the cracked mortar repairs look. When Carl came to house during the initial inspection, he assured me that we would never be able to see where the cracked bricks or mortar was repaired. Despite Tommy and his crew making the effort a couple of time to make it the mortar color match with the rest of the side of the house, you can definitely still see a clear difference in the color of the mortar. Since there is nothing more they could do, our only hope is that through time and weathering, the new mortar will eventually match.

Great. Staff serviced my crawl space, replaced moisture barrier and sealed all cracks around the vents.

I needed fast turnaround on this job and Falcone worked me in their busy schedule. Which I really appreciated. They came out next day after I called and gave me estimate.The day after that they begin the work . The crew leader Austin Upright was a very hard worker, very professional and polite. The city inspector even commented how great the work they done looked. I have used Falcone before on a second home I have. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great job! This was not an easy job, and in very cramped space. Tommy and Chris were fantastic. I was very impressed with Tommy’s professionalism, politeness, and completion of the job to my satisfaction. The entire process was very well done – from finding you on Angie’s List, to the follow up by the appointment makers, to the inspection and pricing from Phillip, and the timeliness of the work and job. Again – great job by Tommy and Chris. I’ve been up under the house to see the conditions they had to work in, and by no means was this an easy job. At first, I had sticker shock, but seeing the amount of work and labor that went into the job, it was worth every penny. Not to mention, it was very necessary to mitigate further damage, mold, and other things that could go wrong.

The service from start to finish was amazing. Mary, Troy, Brandon and Kevin at Falcone worked diligently to solve my water issues and was on the job site immediately. They explained everything that needed to be done and why. There was a lot of digging and my backyard was torn up, but about the time the job was done you did not even know they were there. No more water sitting water in my back yard and no water intruding my home. I would highly recommend to my friends and clients!

From the initial contact with Carl in sales to the final job being completed by Troy and Kevin, I was extremely happy. I had hired a structural engineer to do the initial assessment of the issue with my foundation movement. Some doors would not shut properly, some cracks in the drywall, etc. I sent the engineering report to Falcone, they came and did an assessment, gave me a quotation right on the spot. I decided to go with them and within a few days was on thier schedule. When they came to start the job, they were right on schedule. Three days later, the job is complete, the doors are all shutting properly and the job was done right. Since this was the first time I have used a company such as this, I was understandably anxious. But they worked through the entire process, keeping me informed of what was being done and made the who experience as painless as possible. Would use them in a minute if needed in the future. Troy and Kevin were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. And Mary in the office was quick to update quotes and get me my invoice. Great experience!

They quickly diagnosed the problem and within a week began work installing several piers and a girder for additional support. The installers, Troy, Kevin, and Chris, were all very professional.

I was really happy with Mitch and Alex. Punctual and professional. They showed pictures of the work after they were done. Great job and happy to use them again.
