During the initial inspection there was an area that was unable to completely be reached due to the height (or lack of height) of the floor. However, they were the ONLY FIRM that tried to access the area and were able to partially crawl back there and make recommendations. Wes and Ryan spent about an hour under the house making certain they checked every area.. During our initial meeting they made certain to explain (and show me the working drawings they made) exactly what needed to be done and how the work would be completed. The work started when they promised. However, they ran into conditions that they were not able to see on initial inspection (after they dug out the soil in order to access the area) so the work took longer to complete, but the original quote did not change. Everyone who worked on the site was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The crew leader, Paul, reported in each morning and explained what they would be doing that day and before they left explained what they had done. If something arose that was unexpected he touched base and explained what changed and what they would have to do to repair it and make certain I understood what was happening. Everyone in the office was attentive from the initial contact to the final request. Pictures 'before and after' were sent to me. I am so glad I found this firm. They treated me and my home with care and respect. I am convinced now that my house will stand for another 95 years! And, their work is guaranteed, and will transfer to the new owners if and when the house is sold. I do not hesitate to refer Falcone Crawl Space and Structural Repair to anyone who requires their services.

From the first telephone contact with Falcone Crawlspace and Structural Repair to the last day of work, this project experience was excellent. First of all, Stephanie and Bettie Ann at the office were professional, warm and friendly, giving us all the information we needed for a large project we had been dreading. Water damage had caused extensive rotting of the subflooring and floor joists under our master bathroom. The gentleman who first gave us an estimate had crawled under the house, took pictures and did a great job explaining the situation and gave us a very fair estimate. But, the best part of a dirty, noisy, difficult project were the two young men, Jomario and Demarian who came to do the work. These two men did in 2 1/2 days, what it normally takes a 3 man crew to do in the same amount of time. These very professional, incredibly hard working men arrived at exactly 11:00 am, the time pre-arranged with the office, on the first day of work. They had to drive from Charlotte, NC to our home in Penrose, NC. They began work immediately and worked hard all day, returning the two following days before 8:00 am. The last day, they worked from 8:00 am until 7:00 pm taking only 20 minutes for lunch. We were impressed with their expertise, incredible skills, teamwork, friendliness and professionalism. If we ever have a project such as this, we would want Jomario and Demarian back to do the work. We highly recommend Falcone Crawlspace and Structural Repair. We were dreading this project, knowing finances were tight and how disruptive a demolition job could be. Earlier in the week, we had been overcharged by a local company for a small job so we were a bit stressed out. Falcone not only came through for us in doing excellent work, but the final cost was $500 under the original estimate. We were happy to have a found a company we could trust and that's saying a lot.

My parents home was to a point that it was not livable. Due to years of moisture damage, and some past termite issues, the floor was caving in, and there were major cracks in most of the walls and ceiling. The main girders that ran the length of the house had deteriorated and the floor was several inches lower in the center of the home, and sinking. Demolishing the house was considered. Selling it "as is" was considered. However, as this was my parents home for 30+ years, they Insisted on getting it repaired. We received a few quotes from contractors to fix the moisture issue, and replace the floor completely. Falcone was ultimately chosen, because after speaking with Fred and receiving a quote, it was clear that this is was their specialty. The entire project was very professional, from quote, to start, to punch list, to completion, to follow up. The floors are level, and my parents are excited to have their home back. I would definitely use Falcone Crawlspace and Structural Repair again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of work.

This company sent an estimator to evaluate my problem with water in my crawl space seeping in through the ground. The rep was on time and very professional and honest. He told me that my issue was due to poor grading on my property and gutter/downspout issues. He said that he could offer me his services, but my real problem was that water was not being moved or kept way from my foundation properly. He recommended that I get my gutters, downspouts, and underground plumbing from my downspouts inspected and repaired first. Anything he could offer to sell me would just be a band-aid to the real problem in my case. It was good to hear this honesty from a company. Fast forward a month, a few days ago, I went out with an umbrella during a downpour and noticed that all but one of my gutters was overflowing, and all but one of my downspouts were spilling water all over my foundation due to blocked or crushed underground drain plumbing. There was standing water on three sides of my house.....not good. It made me realize the guy from Falcone was 100% right and it prompted me to write this review. I now have companies that specialize in grading, and gutters/downspout drainage coming to fix the real problem. Thank you Falcone for being honest and not trying to sell me something I didn't need.....the mark of a great company. The rep did quote me a de-humidification system for my crawl space just in case I still have an issue in the future. I will definitely use them if I need it.

I had a structural engineer come look at and analyze what was going on with my house. I sent his analysis to three different companies, Falconer Crawl Space and Structural Repair was the first to respond . An appointment was made at my convenience for their assessment and bid. Of the pother two companies, one never showed and the other outfit was rude and way expensive! The crew that did the work were GENTLEMEN and couldn't be nicer. Pictures were taken so I could see what they were doing in the crawl space (like I understood?). The area in the backyard was spotless each evening and NO trash was left behind. I couldn't have had a nicer experience with such a delightful group of men.

A two man team , headed by Hayden Gibson, arrived at the appointed time and after reviewing the issue began immediately to take corrective action. They made the necessary adjustments by placing a shim at the appropriate location and verified that everything was ok. Since this was not the cold climate where the situation occurs, I was asked to contact them again in December to ensure that the repair was permanent. If the situation recurred, they would come back for more adjustments. Very impressed with the professionalism of the firm. The repair team know exactly what to do and quickly made the repair. .

Everyone I worked with at Falcone was customer oriented and did everything possible meet my schedule. Fred Falcone worked on pricing ,timelines and getting the city permits. Ronnie Watkins helped get the final approvals. The Crew, Leader Paul and his team, Haydon, Levi, Bobby and Nick were always on time , cleaned the job site everyday and did an outstanding job,

My husband and I had noticed that the floor in our kitchen/pantry area seemed uneven. We have an older home and expected some "settling' to happen, but this seemed extreme. The flooring was lower in some places than others. We had several companies give us an estimate and decided to go with Falcone. They had noticed that per inspection codes, we did not have the correct number of piers under our home. We also were missing a double joist under one of the walls. We scheduled a date for having the repairs made. It did take a little longer to complete than originally quoted, but that was due to the inspector not arriving in time for them to continue any repairs on the first day. There is a definite improvement in how the floor looks and "feels" when you walk on it. While there is still some unevenness in a few select spots, this in fact does seem to be due to the age of the house and normal settling. There is no comparison in how the floor looks and feels now, from the way it was before.

Fred Falcone came over to do the initial inspection of our home. He was through and professional. he explained everything in a manner that I could understand. He gave me an estimate that was competitive and fair. I received a call from his office and a date was set. I got a call from his office to confirm the day and time. His crew arrived on time and promptly started. Dustin walked through the house and went over everything that was going to be done. He was kind enough to explain everything so that I could understand what he was doing. They did everything that we had discussed and more. The few things they ran into as they worked they repaired as well. They whole crew, Nate, Dustin, Levy, Jose, Chris T., Demarion, John and Phil were professional and polite and completed the work on schedule. I would highly recommend this company for your repairs.

This company has been the best I have dealt with in a long time. Everyone we spoke with was professional and courteous. The work took 1 day longer than original bid however was very impressed that they were willing to come a 4th day rather than rush the job. The team was courteous of the fact that I worked nights and kept the noisy work to one time of day. Dustin was very easy to work with and addressed an issue that caused them more work gracefully. Very happy and would recommend to anyone even though I had to wait a month to have work started.

I was thoroughly impressed with the work that was done, the flexibility to work around my schedule, the ability to get the work done in a timely manor, and the company's ability to make sure the entire project was a success. When there were minor issues along the way the team worked hard (without extra cost) to make sure everything was done right. The cost seemed steep at first, but I went out and received estimates from individuals (instead of a company) and Falcone was actually less expensive. The crew was personable and if I ever need work done in my crawlspace I am definitely calling Falcone again.

I emailed this contractor 1 time and called 3 times over a span of 2 1/2 days. They finally called me back but did not seem to have an interest to fit me into a appointment indicating they only have 2 estimators that were either not work on a certain day or could not work our address in because their estimator would not be in our area. Very disappointing.

Arrived right on time and replaced several basement vents that had holes in the screens. The work was done professionally and he cleaned up afterwords. The new vents look great.

It went great. They did a great job of re-insulation and making a number of new piers to ad support to my sagging floor. They then jacked up my house and the sag was fixed. Total PROFESSIONAL job.

Phil, Bobby, and Nick were great - they were 30 minutes early each day, unobtrusive, and finished a day ahead of schedule! The price quoted beat other quotes and we got a great result. Would highly recommend them for their service, availability, and quality of work.

The project went perfect from initial contact to completion Mike and his crew were a pleasure to deal with and worked under difficult low overhead conditions. The crew even placed plastic cover on the driveway under the company truck in the event there was any engine leaks. They worked non stop until the job was completed. Bettieann and Milissa at the office made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction before accepting payment.

Initially, I was concerned about the process and the expense. I was not familiar with crawl spaces much less what was needed to maintain them. But the whole process went very smoothly and professionally. It took two days for the work to be completed. The crew members were courteous, professional and friendly. I have called a couple of times since the installation work was done to make small adjustments to the system. They have been polite and responsive, determined to do not just a good job, but a great job. Fred Falcone has been terrific to work with. Recently crew members Jomario, Jose, and Jose did some additional work and were also timely, friendly and professional. I want to note that Falcone's had the opportunity to recommend much more expensive and extra work to be done which had been suggested to me by a housing inspector. They determined it was not necessary. I am very happy to recommend this company.

Everything was okay as far as the work went but we had a break down in communications for about 10 days. This was due to a change in there office staff and phone service. The owner came to me in person and all matters were resolved. In fact I have hired them again for more work which they will do in Mat.

I am really happy with them so fair, very nice and professional. They have not performed any work yet but the experience with them so far has been wonderful!

I had a quote months ago. Called and talked to Karl yesterday. He was very professional and set up service quickly. So far am very impressed by this company. Will come back and complete this review when the work is done! We are having ten piers added to crawlspace to correct sagging floors and some wall cracks in our home.

They did a very good job. Were they thorough. Was a little pricey but they did a great job

My Husband was satisfied with the installation with the vapor barrier. There were no subsequent issues as I recall.
