Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair

The work team was determined to do this right. They located the proper place for girders and piers through three cross-checking methods in some cases. They cleaned up afterwards and left they house and yard the way they found it. It took seven work-days to complete the job. I was impressed with Fred Falcone's expertise and with the capability and dedication of all three team members. I would trust Erich's judgement almost as much as Fred's. I am confident that the house has proper support now. I went under the house to look at their work, and it looked very solid. I think we were lucky the find Falcone Crawlspace and Structural Repair because they specialized in concrete solutions to structural problems and not in various forms of screw jacks like some of the other crawlspace structural companies.

Fred Falcone II came and checked out what was required to stabilize and support the underneath of my 115 year old home. He left a quote which seemed reasonable and in depth. His crew showed up within 5 minutes of there scheduled time and worked long and hard. They finished on time (6 days) and with excellent craftsmanship. I cold not be happier with the final product. To say I would HIGHLY recommend is an understatement.

Scrubbed mold from wooden support members under concrete porch. More than willing to retouch areas that I felt needed fine tuning. Allowed to dry & double coated with antimicrobial sealer. Hand dug in different area down to French Drain in attempt to cap off & re-route. Owner of Falcone drilled several weep holes in concrete blocks that were allowing slight seepage into crawl. Water tested area of concrete patio & bricks that I had installed recently above seepage area in series to correct. Even though he brought his trenching equip for substantial dig that was quoted, Fred felt that I had solved the seepage problem & did not need the modification to french drain. Saved me a bunch of money by not doing this & by not fabricating additional expenses related to trailering equip to the site. Note: Most contractors would have proceeded with the dig needed or not, out of greed. I felt that Fred was very knowledgeable, competent, honest and that he & his crew were quite focused on making sure that I was a satisfied customer. The office scheduled for next week but Chris called the next day and came by 2 hours later. I already had two other proposals so I understood what was needed and what could be done. Chris scheduled the work for one week later. Exactly on time Erich showed up and began work, placing 5 footings under the house. They then built piers on those footings. The next day they jacked the problem areas a shimmed the piers into support. They cleaned up and were gone by the end of the day. Good workers, clean jobsite, stayed busy the whole time they were here.

The product the used was of professional quality. They were very quick to turnaround pricing and work with my crews to get project scheduled and completed. Their crew lead on this project looked out for our best interest when an unexpected issue occurred, allowing us to address in a very short amount of time. The Falcone crew was great from beginning to end. Bobby showed up on time to meet me to hear my concerns and give me an estimate. He explained what would be done and answered all my questions. He did not try to oversell me. After initially scheduling the work, an unexpected issue came up that meant I had to reschedule. The office staff at Falcone was polite and helpful and got my job rescheduled for my convenience. The work crew showed up on time and called me each day (the job took 3 days) to let me know how the work was progressing. Before the job was done, they met me at the house, explained everything they did and allowed me to inspect the work before I paid them the final installment. Unfortunately, not a week passed before we had another big rain and it became obvious that the drains originally installed were not sufficient to handle the amount of water. I emailed pictures of the situation to Falcone and they responded immediately. Within days someone was at the house (on Christmas Eve in fact) to put in some stop gap measures to get rid of the water. The next week, the crew leader from the original job came back with his crew and completed the work. The underside of my house is now completely dry and I do not have to worry about taking a swim when I step off my back deck. Some might say that Falcone does not deserve an A because they "did not get the job right the first time" but I disagree. I would be willing to bet that this crew never saw a situation quite like mine before and so it does not surprise me that they underestimated the amount of water that would accumulate. What is important to me is that they very quickly conceded the error and promptly corrected the mistake without further charge to me. Everyone at Falcone was at all times polite and professional. I will admit to some sticker shock about the price. But when all is said and done it was totally worth it and the problem is corrected. I would highly recommend Falcone and would definitely use them again.

Everyone from the office staff to the guys who actually did the work were great to work with. This was a difficult job because the crawl space was very tight. They ended up having to go in thru the kitchen floor to be able to get the joists in and get the area stabilized. They always called to update me and explain any problems encountered. I am recently widowed and have never had to deal with this kind of stuff before and it was good to have people who could explain everything to me. They arrived on time and did a great job. Mike and Jose worked in very tight spaces and were able to get the work finished in a day. They also answered questions regarding the rest of the crawl space and I'll be hiring them for additional work that needs completed. Mike also went above and beyond and came back to nail down the subfloor so that the toilet could be functional. I highly recommend this company for their knowledge, expertise and quality of work completed. Mike and Jose are great to work with and I'll request them in the future.

Very Professional. Gave me an advice on how I should fix water problem I have in my basement. They went inside every hole to find the source of the problem. They explained that the repair solution they provide will only be a temporary fix; therefore, suggested that I consult other contractors to repair the source of the issue. I was so comfortable with them that I tried to use them on every project I have around the house. They only had my best interest in everything I was suggesting to have done around the house. Fred came out and immediately suggested we hire a structural engineer to outline what needed to be done to fix the problems. We did that and sent the report to him. His estimator came out within days and gave us a reasonable estimate right away. We then scheduled the work for 2 weeks out. The that came out was courteous, and very professional. They cleaned up at the end of every day which was important to us considering we had a puppy who would eat anything he could. The house is no longer sagging or bouncing. The work done was exactly to the engineer's specifications and they even replaced the vapor barrier when they were done. The work was done within the time frame we were told. From start to finish were every happy with the experience and would recommend Falcone to anyone. Should we ever need structural or foundation work again, Falcone is the only company we will call!

Very clean, very professional at arrival. We had 3 estimates done all in 1-2K range of what was needed to be done then Falcon came in with an intrusive, not necessary and way over the top estimate of over 300% from their competitors. Long story short we hired another contractor who gladly completed the job for $1350.

Bobby came and was able to repair (2) of the (3) crawlspace vents very quickly (less than 30 minutes). The 3rd vent required crawling under my deck which is an extremely tight space ( <2') to crawl under, and did so without even breaking a sweat. H***, I wouldn't even crawl under there. He was extremely polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. Since only (2) of the (3) crawlspace vents would be done due to an obstruction from the deck, Falcone offered either a partial refund or to send someone else out to re-attempt the repair. It was a pleasure to work with a professional company like this and I would recommend them to others without question.

After Ryan came on site to review and estimate, it was difficult to get anyone in the office to respond and schedule the work. It took several calls and a few e-mails to finally get someone from the office to respond and schedule the work with Ryan's help. I met Dustin when the crew first showed up and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We reviewed the work to be done and he set my expectations about working hours, duration of the job, material delivery, etc... which was very helpful. The work took a little over a week and Dustin was always super willing to give updates and let me know how things were progressing. The crew was very professional and cleaned up every day and made very little impact which allowed me to work at home uninterrupted. The finished work looks great and you can really notice a difference in the stability of the floors. Dustin did exceptional work and was a fantastic representative for Falcone!

I had originally contacted the company via email. I sent the email at 10:26, by 10:28 they were calling me back via phone scheduling an appointment. The job lasted 2 days. The 3 man team arrived 2 hours early on a cold and rainy day. They were polite and professional throughout. Did exactly what they said they would and cleaned up afterwards. Estimate and final invoice matched. Another company had quoted me $5400 just to put in 6 jacks to prop up the floor. Falcone did a more complete job for about $1600 less. I would highly recommend them to other people.

Prior to arriving, the Falcone team's vehicle had a problem on the road. I was notified that they would arrive later than expected, and that someone in the area would arrive soon to set up the workspace. I failed to get his name, but he removed the crown molding FLAWLESSLY. I had asked him to try to preserve some of the sections so that we could re-use them in the detail work after the wall was removed. He was effective, hard-working and completed his tasks just as Nate and Nic arrived to complete the work. Nate evaluated the job, and Nic began removing the wall. When I explained that we'd agreed to have a "flush" ceiling, and the LVL beams needed to be installed *ABOVE* the ceiling, Nate let me know that there must have been some miscommunication...they thought they would only have to HANG the beam.... he called a supervisor, and discussed the issue....and let me know that, even though there had been a mistake, they would certainly honor the agreement, and then they went to work.... Wow. Efficient, without letup. Their communication with each other was excellent, and their care with the remaining walls and ceiling was appreciated. It was no easy task to get that beam lifted to the attic, but they managed it and the result of their efforts have made the completion of the REST of the work on my part that much easier. All three of the workers were courteous, professional and extremely dedicated to getting the job done to my satisfaction. I was TOTALLY satisfied, and appreciated all their efforts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Falcone Crawlspace, Nate & Nic in particular, to my family, friends and neighbors. You would NOT be disappointed in their work.

We brought Falcone in to get everything "structural" done in the crawlspace to prepare for a complete remodel of the first floor of our home. Phil's crew did the job. They showed up on time daily and worked nonstop until the job was complete, finishing the job well within the slated time frame. The entire crew was extremely knowledgeable and made us aware of everything they came across. Phil even went the extra mile to add some extra support under the hearth of our fireplace and patch up an ugly crack that had formed over the years. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job, and we even got a "handcrafted" saw horse from Mike. A great experience to say the least. Falcon does a fantastic job.

I called Falcone about the problems I saw in my house. They immediately scheduled an appointment to come out to look at the problems. Their initial recommendation was that I hire a structural engineer to assess and design the needed work which I did. Based on those drawings, they promptly came to my house again after having studied the drawings and gave me a quote on the spot. We then scheduled an appointment for the work to begin and they gave me an approximate length of time it would take. True to their word, they arrived on the date we had agreed upon and went straight to work. Their work was very professionally done and exactly to the specifications of the engineer. The final inspection went without a hitch and passed on the first inspection. After they completed the work they then put down a new vapor barrier and cleaned up after themselves. Working with Falcone was a dream. The entire crew was curious, professional, and very friendly. They also kept me up to date on the progress of the work They did what they were supposed to do, when they said they would and in the time frame they said they would do it. What else could a person ask for! I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

A great company to work with and they specialize in crawlspace issues. Owner Fred Falcone did the initial inspection and understood our need to complete the work quickly. After explaining in detail the work that needed to be done, he sent two crews to complete all the work in one day. This is a very customer focused company from the owner, office staff and crews. Bettie Ann in the office kept me updated on schedule and pricing. The guys doing the work Jamario, Jon, Mike, Nick and Jose all were friendly and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up before leaving. They also photographed their work for my records. I am completely happy with the work and with meeting a great company to work with.

We began with an engineering report which was then passed along to Falcone. A sales rep came and went over all the suggestions in the report and gave us a price for each item which we found very fair. Work was started on 9/15/15. Workers were running about 20 minutes late and they called to inform us. 3 men arrived and went right to work, checking inside the house as well as in the crawl space. Paul was the team leader and did an excellent job of communication, and even made a couple of other suggestions since he was also a contractor. The group ate lunch on the property and worked diligently each day they were here, keeping us informed of progress. We would use this group again without hesitation and their fees were considerably less than others we received.

Very well ! What a company. Both office personnel and workers on site were excellent to work with. Fred Falcon II, owner of Falcone is the most hands on owner I have experience for the number of crews he has in the field. Because this house was going up for sale, and the seriousness of the problem Falcone corrected I needed Fred to go the extra mile to convey his confidence and future support of his company to any prospective buyers. I contacted Fred a number of times with questions on his cellphone and he answered every time, this is after the project was completed and Falcone was paid.

Phil and his crew did what was necessary to get the job done, including removing and replacing parts of the foundation wall. Along the way, they answered my questions and were very friendly.
