The technician disagreed about the need for a drainage system, he thought the issue negligible. He refused to take a dime for his trouble. Straight shooter - honest. Would certainly deal with Falcone again.

It was good. There were no additional fees. He came. He did his job. He was friendly and on time. He was professional. It was a very good deal.

They did an excellent job. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Good job. They stand behind their work. They made sure the house was stable and sound.

Falcone called to confirm inspection time, then emailed confirmation with technicians name. Neil called before our inspection time and as he was running ahead of schedule, he came over early. Very courteous and professional. He showed me a couple of issues that I will discuss with the family and consider resolution. The estimates I recieved are fair. I'll update this review in the future

Great. He inspected my crawl space and found it in good shape and had no recommendations. I did have my reservations given that this was an Angie's List offer. I half expected them to find things to justify the deal. But I have them to be honest and he did a great job!

Phil and Chris and the rest of the crew were very professional and friendly. They were able to replace my sub-floor without tearing up my floor which saved me thousands of dollars. Once they started they realized my problems were not as bad as they originally thought and saved me $2600 more which is about 30% off of the original quote. If you have crawl space problems, hire these guys.

I paid $149.00 for nothing with no recourse; I could not even get the money credited to my account because the company waited so long to come to see me. Basically, I paid $149.00 for the workman to give me an estimate of over $15,000 for work that could be done in the future, if I wanted to pay for it. They only came out to look, give me an estimate for work that could be done and then left...never once mentioning the vents I wanted looked at...

They came out for the estiamte providing a realistic recommendation for all the repairs and outlined all the options. They were quite honest, outlining some work that could be done at a later time, since the problem wasn't getting worse. I was told it'd take 1-2 days. They showed up late the first day and it took them 4 days to complete all the work. Then (afternoon of day 4) they immediately called me insisting payment immediately, without any pictures of the completed work. My home is 100+ years old and the technicians told me to peak in, but i wasn't going crawling through all the space. I paid them to do that. They said i should have gone down to look at the work with the technicians, but i was also told pictures would be sent. Never came. That whole process left a sour taste in my mouth - particularity since I'd already paid half upfront & had every intent to pay.

These guys did a great job, were super friendly and professional and did the job for half the price of a competitor!

It was favorable. I thought I was going to get some kind of a report like a physical copy or something and I didn't get anything like that at all, so I had to ask for something like a business card. He said everything was good and that was good because I've had people tell me there's a lot of moisture. He is very nice, professional, explains things to me well, punctual and on time.

The OWNER of the company came to our house to look over the situation. Got right into the mud to see what was going on and what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Actually made 2 visits and figured out what was going on, gave us a reasonable price and we scheduled the job. The office staff was delightful to work with. Pleasant, does not come close to their attitude. The crew arrived to start the work, after undergoing a torrential rainstorm in Charlotte that morning, and Ricky the Foreman and his assistant foreman John got right at it. I cannot tell you the last time I had such an excellent experience with a contractor. I am a Real Estate Broker and deal with vendors like this regularly. Now I know who to call, end of discussion!! I will certainly ask that Ricky & John be assigned to any work for my clients as their personality and dedication were outstanding. Looking forward to a lasting relationship with this fine organization.

Went very well. Area checked out as satisfactory. Technician did a good job of checking the area and providing information as to conditions, observations, etc.

Fred arrived on time and spent a good amount of time checking the crawlspace. He gave me several recommendations regarding ventilation and heating duct insulation. The service was quite helpful and I recommend it.
