This if the second time using Falcone Crawl Space. Fred Falcone performed the inspection, took the necessary time to outline the scope of work to be performed and answered all associated. Tommy and Dan performed the work. 100% satisfied with their attention to detail, customer interaction, pride in work, their knowledge, but most importantly, their quality of their work . This type or work is not for the faint of heart. Hats off their positive attitude. Both Tommy and Dan were engaging at the end of each day, answering questions of how work was progressing, the work completed for the day and what was to be performed for the next day. It was evident that their working relationship flowed and each stated what the expectations and standards Fred Falcone required from the work performed. There were challenges Tommy and Dan faced while executing the scope of work, at the end of the day, both remained positive and engaging. Additionally, received a follow-up call from Mary asking how everything was going. Likewise, exhibited a courteous and friendly demeanor. Can't beat the price and warranty of the work performed and the service that Fred, Tommy, Dan and Mary provided. Would enthusiastically recommend.

I met with Ed from Falcone Crawl Space yesterday and what a blessing! After arriving, he came in and listened to my MANY concerns and worries. He followed me to inspect each "issue" and addressed my concerns. Afterwards, he completed a full inspection under the house. Returning, he assured me there was no rot, moisture, or damage; my "issues" were due to non structural causes. While he offered a service that would provide additional support, he let me know that it wasn't a necessity. I was so happy to work with an honest, decent person and not the "salesman". While I hope I have no future issues, if I do, I will be sure to contact Falcone!

Brent showed up exactly on time to evaluate. His recommendation was to monitor the crack and he explained some methods of doing so. He also explained what this might indicate, if it turned out to be a problem, and what that might cost. Basically, he said not to spend any money yet, don't cover it over and just monitor it. It's not often when contractors don't try to scare you into buying something, so if you want somebody you can trust, Falcone looks like a good option...I'll definitely call them first if my issue turns out to be more than cosmetic...hope that helps.

Fred did a great job talking to us about the condition of our crawlspace, but although I called at least 3 times, we never did receive the written report.

The man who came to do the inspection seemed unimportant Nformed as to why he was at my house. He didn't introduce himself or state what company he worked for. Very few questions were asked by him, and I felt I had to keep prodding him to get information. I'm not sure if it was because I ordered through one of the promotion's on Angie's list or what the issue was. However their office personnel making the appointments was a spectacular lady. She was extremely helpful and willing to schedule around all the stuff I had going on at the time.

It worked out fine. He didn't do anything but he informed me what I needed to do. If I needed them in the future, I would call them.

The person who came out was very professional and knowledgeable. They didn't sell me things I didn't want. They pointed out problems that I was unaware of. There is another installation job that I may have them do as well. I got my money's worth. They delivered on what they advertised and had a technician who represents the company well.
