Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair

It was horrible. They had to come back out and do it again and I am still getting water in my crawl space. I made the mistake of making a final payment and then it rained and I had water in my crawl space. I have been trying to reach them since July 5th and they still have not responded. They had to dig 3 feet down and all the dirt was piled up everywhere. They told me they would have to charge me an additional $2000.. I told them they would have to charge me what they originally quoted or they could put everything back the way it was and I would go elsewhere. Later that day they called and said it would just be and additional $496.. They I got another call from the company saying they were sorry. They don't do business that way and they would do the job for the original quote.

Not well, I will make sure to get a true structural engineer next time. I think the Falcone salesman sold me a bill of goods, taking advantage of a concerned homeowner selling me things that I don't think were needed or solved anything. When the crew showed up to do the job, they couldn't even explain where they were supposed to install the pier or why because the salesman seemed to be making it up and the crew had no direction. They did one thing that seemed to help, sistering some joists that did get rid of a creak in my subfloor, but nothing related to the original questions I had. The salesman also did a bait & switch saying there was no moisture issue to assure me, than tried to sell me an expensive mold remediation right at the end. For that I went with someone else cheaper. I should have known better than to listen to them after that. To give them some credit, they did try to make up for some of their mistakes and gave me a discount on the work and were responsive to fix what they could. But by the end I realized most of the work couldn't really be undone. I would not use them again.

The crew was punctual, professional and left my property very clean and tidy. I asked for my gutters to be evaluated to determine if I needed any repairs performed. The crew was very informative and provided me with lots of tips in keeping limbs, and debris away from my house.

Excellent. Fred and Carl did a thorough inspection and determined the problem and recommended a solution...the solution is not something their company does so there kwas no work they could do but they were very straightforward about what they found and what would resolve it. There was one small task their company does do but they told me I could get it done more cheaply with a handyman and told me exactly what needs to be done. I was hugely impressed with their professionalism and honesty, saving me a lot of money and giving me a solution to the problem. I would recommend Falcone to anybody with enthusiasm.

Sloppy work. Poor quality. Work had to be redone by a different company

Great job! Everyone was professional from the person who did the estimate to the employees who did the work. They were on time, professional, and communicated throughout the process. The estimate was provided at the initial visit. The work took 5 days to complete. I am very satisfied with the end result. No more cracks on my interior walls and the kitchen cabinets are now flush with the ceiling.

Great service. Extremely responsive. They even sent an introductory video of our lead service guy before his visit. Even the county inspector was impressed. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Very pleased with the work in the subfloor space and the attic. Passed inspection. The more decorative brick work was not their strength. I think they got the job done but not as neat as it might have been if done by someone for whom brick is a life's work. That said my basement at home needs a little work and I will definitely call them for that. Good folks to work with.

Our experience with Falcone has been FANTASTIC!!!! The office team were great, Nicole, Esmeralda, Sherry and Melissa were the nicest and friendliest people always keeping me informed on all the comings and goings through the entire process and gave me the comfort that they would take care of everything even when things started going downhill because of other rotten wood issues we have (nothing to do with their work). Fred and Ed were wonderful with giving us estimates and explaining what would be going on from the beginning of the process. The first crews, Tommy and Romulus were great installing the piers that support the house to fix the sinking foundation and they save my plants to boot. The second team that came to repair the rotten wood were fantastic; Romulus (again, yea!), John, Josh and, Antonio have worked on the rotten wood at the front of the house and the back. During all this they found other issues we did not know about that was caused by the water leaks. They worked with the office and senior members (Phil and Mat) to access the damage, get it appraised and gave the best, safest and most affordable suggestions possible which gave me a great comfort level it would be taken care of. If not for the entire team a Falcone our issues would have been so overwhelming I’m not sure I could have handled it but they were there to help with recommendations and they have done GREAT work!!! They kept the place as clean as possible during all the renovations, inside and out. I highly, highly recommend anyone using this team/company to do anything they advertise they do. You will have the best work done, the nicest people doing the work and a comfort level in the end all the work is done safely and competently.

Great! I contacted them for a client and facilitated the interaction. They were on time, professional, and had a printed quote for me ON THE SPOT! They followed up and were so kind and absolutely a joy to work with. The client went a different route (family friend) BUT I will absolutely use them the next opportunity I have!

The crawlspace tune-up went fine. I ended up having the whole crawlspace re-worked, but I didn't have them do it; I had another company do it. Everything was fine. They did their job, they showed up on time, and everything was fine with them. As a result of their inspection, I needed additional work done and then I got a couple of bids, and their bid was too high so I went with another company.

Fred was very nice and professional. Explained that outside influences were causing the wetness in our crawlspace (we took care of them). However, included in our purchase was a custom report. We never received this report although it was requested at least 4 times.

It should be noted that this coupon was purchased in mid December and I provided some dates that would work for the appointment. After more than 2 weeks, I never received any call or email regarding acceptance of the dates. Reaching out again, I was told that they had attempted to call me - the day BEFORE I ordered the coupon. Regardless, I found no email or phone call in the call logs. After numerous attempts, I was finally able to schedule an appointment for almost 1 month after originally purchasing the Coupon. Brent showed up very promptly at the scheduled time and did a thorough analysis of the crawlspace and followed up the same day with a quote. The quote felt high and upon looking up Falcone again on Angieslist, I found a coupon which was for one part of the quoted services and the non-discounted price was still 15% lower than what I was quoted for the comparable service. I reached out again with questions but response was non-existent. A subsequent email with a counter-proposal gave a response of "That coupon is old and we've tried to have it removed but can't" but will honor it for that part of the work. Regardless, after all the horrible dealings with the office, I chose to find another provider on Angie's List and they were almost 25% cheaper. They were punctual and did an excellent job.

communication with the staff was pretty lousy. But once work began everything seemed good. My only issue was we were told that an inspector would come out and check work for and remove the building permit of the door, and they would send pictures of the work they did that never happened. We are still having the same problems. Plus the vapor barrier was destroyed and wanted us to pay to replace it. we thought it was new pretty much. Bottom line we never saw the inspector.

Crawlspace tune-up went well with contractor finding several issues that included inadequate sump pump size and locations along with multiple floor joists that had rot damage and needed repairs. So far, we've had the sump pumps installed as recommended, the crew did a great job installing the new pumps and ensuring drainage was adequate. We intend to have the joist sister work done at a later date when finances allow.

Incredibly professional. I am still evaluating their estimate for services and will likely hire them when I'm ready to have the work done.

The whole process from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Banda and Brandon were great. They went the extra mile and even went over and above on a few items. I plan to hire Falcone again and could not have been any more impressed.
