+ -1 moreFrom the first meeting I had with Fabricia, I was impressed with her punctuality and politeness. She made it very clear she was interested in doing only the best work for her clients, being very serious about the business she had created and the reputation of her name. She does have a couple of other people that work with her, but she accepts nothing less than people who perform up to her very high standards. As a result, I was equally satisfied with any of the people working with her. I was home during the initial deep cleaning and was amazed at how little disruption it caused. She and/or her team are quick, neat, and thorough. Fabricia has always been quick to return phone calls and does her best to arrange schedules to fit the needs of her clients. I have had no worries about things being taken, broken, or misplaced. I just could not recommend Fabricia more highly. Her work ethic and desire to do the right thing are rare.
Description of Work: Fabricia came to my house to give me an initial quote on twice-monthly cleaning services. She gave me a quote, left several references, and set up a time and date to do a deep cleaning to get me started. Regardless of whether or not I chose to hire her on an ongoing basis, the house was in need of a thorough cleaning. I checked references, all of which were glowing, saw the result of the deep cleaning, and hired her to start the next month. We made arrangements about the day of the week that would work best for her schedule and mine, as well as how to get into the house on the days she was to be there. The cleaning proceeded exactly as I would have hoped, with minimal disruption and a very thorough job. I am a very picky person and was always extremely happy with the results of her work.
