I love Experigreen! I have used them for my lawn care for 2 years. Customer service is very accommodating. I have had to postpone treatments due to money, or other issues, and they have worked with me. Patricia provided excellent customer service today by calling me a day ahead of a treatment, and worked with me on getting a more appropriate date for my first treatment. If you have rental property (which I do), you get some really good savings, since with each new property, at least last year, the promotion was that you could get a free treatment.

I had my lawn fertilized & weed control around July 3. It never greened up and weeds did not die. I called for a respray on weeds on July 17. I asked the man if it would kill broadleaf and crabgrass and he said Yes mam. Here it is a week later and no sign of any weeds dying. All are still green. Can I have my money back $56. Trish called out the blue, not only to collect on a balance due...because I stopped service in 2018 I wasn't satisfied it was working. Out front yard is a mess, but she gave me a deal to pay it off and start back and tips for in between care and maintenance to see the results I wanted. With Covid-19 I was unsure whether to spend the extra money but with the time and just 2 treatment my back yard was great (bluegrass) and my front was turning greennwith fewer weeds. I actually got out and made a garden it was so luscious in the back. With proper watering and care the treatment are now working! I love it ð

I would like to have had advanced notice prior to the lawn application. My grass needed to be mowed at the time of service, following all the rain we had previously. My back lawn was way to wet to at the time of service. A riding applicator was used, making tracks in the back lawn. Had I known in advance that my service provider was coming, I would have asked them to come another day.

I’ve used them for 2 yrs now, my yard isn’t perfect but they do a pretty good job.

Their guarantee was with nothing. They just want your money.

This is a reputable business who stands by their word. My grass is already looking better.

The team At Experigreen could not have been more professional from customer service to sales to the technician performing the service. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Excellent customer service from ExperiGreen employee Devin - who is knowledgable and detailed in his work. He did fall seeding and aeration for my lawn, and even neighbors noticed how detailed he worked (not missing a spot). When I called the 800 line to report weed issue, Devin came at the notified time, and provided solution and wrote up proper notes to my HOA. I will continue with ExperiGreen as long as Devin is there.

Terrible service, weeds did not die and more have appeared. Customer service is terrible and unable to get a call back to speak to a service guy yet on the invoice they state if you have any problems to call the technician but no number to speak to a technician only the call centre which are clueless. They do not do what you ask and communication is non existent. They talk a good talk to get your business but once they have they have no interest in carrying out any requests or communicating with the customer.
