I started my day off searching for a new lawn service. Experigreen was my first contact, the person I talked to filled in for D.J who originally answered my online request. After that conversation I spent the next few hours calling other lawn services checking for prices and services. I ended up callin back and narrowing my choice from 6 to 2 companies. I called back and finally got D.J. He sealed the deal, he used all the right sales buzz words, was clear on his information and sounded confident in what he was saying. He was more than a text book sales person, he spoke from the customers stand point not one with a foundation of money. Because of his A-1 service I pulled the trigger on choosing Experigreen. He capped off all my internet research, my calls in comparison to other companies and my biggest sales pitch of all..... to my WIFE! Who can't trust a man with the knowledge of his company, services and answers all your questions!?!? Only the man with the first name that is two letters! Thats who! Not M.J but D.J! When I moved into my community there where Experigreen signs in most of the neighbor?s yards. They had beautiful yards and I wanted the same experience with my lawn. Ken Scott is my sale guy..very professional and knowledgeable of lawn..I signed up for service and referred friends...looking forward to a great lawn.

I have just gotten started with the company, and only had the initial treatment. But in the initial conversation, they said they would provide the annual service at a reduction of the normal cost. When everything got underway, they said they could not provide the reduction because I started? mid year?. That was a little strange (and very unprofessional). But I will see how things go, and if the remainder of the effort is not quality work, I will not use them again.

We have signed up with half mind as there is no contract. Initially we used to see more weeds than grass.. Now we see clean , green lawn...Thanks Kenne for your time and field visits...

The customer service has been great, I received Ken Scott's contact information from and I gave him a call. He was out the next day and offered me some options on what could be done for my yard. We discussed those options and we decided on a plan of action. He scheduled a service to be performed within the next two business days. ExperiGreen has a variety of services that they can do for my yard. What really sold me was how accessible Ken is to get ahold of and his willingness to be sure he is doing what I want. Brent was excellent! He answered my questions about fertilization and aeration. He also provided help with curbing our dog to keep our lawn nice and green. Hope to see him again.

After having a poor initial experience the company sent technician Brent out to address our concerns with our yard. He gave us the root cause for our concerns, treated the yard, and gave suggestions on things we can do to improve the yard after the builder contractor poorly sodded our yard. I am confident with Brent supporting us in the future things will improve.

Moved into a new home with sod. Asked several times for a consultation and no one followed up with me. The first potential treatment caused weeds to grow more aggressively. I was told that I should see weeds turn brown within the first couple of weeks but this did not happen. Weeds grew stronger and rapidly. 2nd service, I specifically requested a call to discuss further treatment and what could be done differently. Lance Washington never called or followed up once I tried to request through the primary customer service line. If I were your Company, I would not be so quick to put a sign up with your brand in a yard that you clearly did nothing to improve. Smaller business owners are the way to go. Larger companies do not value their customers and treat you more like a problem or an aggravation.

Kenny Scott came out on time to provide me a solution for my lawn and was very professional and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with them and having a great lawn
