I was very impressed with Exclusive Moving and Delivery. They were extremely responsive and professional. Day 1 of my move included Johnny and his partner (Hugo??). Unfortunately temperatures were close to 100 degrees but it did not slow these guys down. They ran (literally) the entire time they were there. They asked if they could keep going, past the 4 hours, as they were on a roll. They worked from 1PM until 10:30PM!! Having a solid third person may have improved the time of this portion of the move, but the guys were awesome. I had the same guys for the second part of my move and was equally impressed (6.25 hours). Again, another terribly hot day but these guys were literally running the entire time. They went above and beyond every step of the way, offering to help as we were trying to move things around, etc. The only downside of day 2 was their third guy -- he didn't seem to add much value, although I paid a higher rate as there were 3 people (still lower than other estimates I obtained!). He moved at a slow pace, was on his phone several times of the day, carried one thing at a time, etc. Watching Johnny and his partner keep the pace they did and then seeing how the third guy operated -- there was certainly a mismatch in skill, experience and enthusiasm for the job! All of that said, I was thoroughly impressed with the company and would use them again in a minute! I would recommend them (and I have already!).

This was the worst experience possible. We schedule a move for 9AM Saturday 8/05/2016 and they never showed. We called several times and talked to Brian, yet he never initiated calling us. He never gave us information that was correct when we called him and after waiting 3.5 hours we cancelled the job. In 46 years I have never experienced worse professionalism, communication, or just human nature to be honest with someone. I don't see how they are still in business.

Brian and Davis were amazing! They wrapped all of our furniture and moved it safely to our new home. They worked tirelessly carrying up our belongings and furniture up and down stairs. I'm amazed they moved us in 7 hours!

Brian and his crew showed up early, were ready to work, were courteous and professional. I've never had a move go so smoothly and these men worked quickly and tirelessly. My furniture was wrapped in individual blankets and taped for extra measure. My antiques were handled carefully and were in absolutely perfect condition when Brian and his crew situated them in my new home. I can't say enough about this experience! I wish I'd known about Exclusives Moving for my prior moves. I would highly recommend Exclusives!

Excellent, Brian and his team worked quickly and efficiently and were very careful when moving furniture.

I read the offer and contacted Brian Aguilar with Exclusives Moving and Delivery in Charlotte in order to describe what I needed and see if they would be willing to help. He was pleasant and friendly on the phone and agreed to take the job. I did tell Brian that I would help them and that I would be in the attic and would pass boxes to one worker at the top of the attic stairs who would then pass them to a man below to be stacked and ultimately taken downstairs to the garage. I also said that we must start early before the attic became unbearably hot in the summer temperatures. We set our start time for 8:00AM. Brian and his helper called at 7:45AM to advise they were enroute and they arrived 10 minutes later. We started at 8:00AM on the dot. When done, we had over 150 boxes, as well as the other items, stacked neatly in the garage. What I thought would take a few hours took 1 hour and 15 minutes. These guys were tireless and did not stop until finished. I did not help carry boxes downstairs...they did all of that. Brian even came up into the attic when I moved far away from the attic stairs so we could still use a "chain" to expedite the process and make it easier on me. I cannot rate them high enough. Bottom Line: It could not have gone better. They did such a good job and were so easy to work with, that we will use them when the time comes to move all of our household goods into our new home. Two nice young men, professional, courteous, punctual and hard working...this is the best 200 bucks I've ever spent.

Exclusive moving and Delivery did an outstanding job with our move. Very professional and courteous crew. As soon as they came in they got to work and didn't stop till they completely finished. They worked quickly but very carefully. They made sure all my furniture was wrapped properly and handled all our belonging like it was their own. As stressful as moving can be they made our move completely stress free!

They truly made our move stress-free.They treated our household goods with the utmost care, they made sure everything was wrapped properly to prevent any damages. I was extremely satisfied with the service that I recieved from Exclusive Moving and Delivery. As a single mother, it is tought getting the job done by yourself. The company showed up right on time and started working right away. I was shocked with their work ethic and would recommend them to a friend.

Exclusive movers moved my mother from Florida to South Carolina, my elderly aunt was in charge of packing and was not completely packed or ready for this move. Brian the supervisor on the move was very kind to both my mother and aunt and his crew helped with the packing and answered all their questions and concerns. They were very compassionate and understanding with my elderly family. This was a very emotional move for all of us and they seem to understand that. They wrapped all furniture and took very good care while moving, all the while reassuring my family with any concerns. They did a fantastic job unloading and setting everything up quickly when they arrived in SC. They were very reasonably priced, even with the unexpected packing.
