If this review allowed a grade above an A, I'd give Quy and Excel that plus a gold star. Quy (business owner and operator) is by far the best there is in the business. He is right there when you need him in a pinch, he's the most skilled in his profession, and to top it all off, he's HONEST and RELIABLE. Imagine that these days? With all the 'good' big name companies out there, Quy is proof that the great "smaller" businesses are the real and rare gems if you can find them. Don't even bother looking elsewhere, and if its not an emergency visit you need and Quy is busy, he's well worth the wait. Trust me. And tell your friends about Excel. They'll thank you for it too.

Quy came out late on a Friday evening to trouble shoot our A/C leak. He was unable to find the source, and came back Tuesday. When he came back Tuesday, he still could not find the leak, but recommended replacing the evaporator coil or the whole inside unit. He only charged us for one service call, nothing for Friday night, and nothing extra for the leak search.

Quy was awesome! My brother has been using them for years and he referred Quy to us for an extension we put on for my mom. We were extremely happy with the whole project from beginning to end. Price, A+ quality, reliable, on time and had some ideas and recommendations that we used. I'll be using them for the commercial real estate company I work for.. You will not be disappointed!

OUTSTANDING! Quy is awesome! We used him for a residential job and he found the problem and fixed it right away. The other company we were using wanted us to do a bunch of unnecessary work and he found out the real problem and took care of it. He was punctual and professional and his rates were way below his worth! I'm going to use him for an addition on our house.
