George called me on Tuesday afternoon to set up a time to appraise our house. I was headed out of town the next morning around 9. He agreed to be at my house at 8 AM the next morning (and we live a pretty good ways outside of Charlotte in Rowan county). Not only did he come out on short notice, he turned in the appraisal to the bank in 1 day. We had to close by Friday of that same week. If it hadn't been for George's responsiveness and quick turnaround, we would not have been able to close and lost our rate lock. We really appreciated him accommodating our schedule.
Description of Work: Appraisal for refinance.
