Description of Work: We did't choose to build with Evans Coghill because they are not a true custom builder. Their service, knowledge and professionalism was superb. If they had been able to build a house to our design requirements they might have been our builder. They were excellent partners and if their build quality is half as good as their sales team anyone using their services will end up with a fantastic new home.
