Description of Work: We were doing a lot of prep of our house to make it ready for sale. George and Ernesto are a good team; George puts together the estimate and Ernesto and crew do it quickly and well. They painted kitchen cabinets, walls, pressure washed the house, and painted the trim. All on schedule and excellent work! That's great given my experience with others! My only ding of them - they lost out on some other work here due to their price. I find AngiesList people hi piced in general. Hey, this is a real estate and job depression we're in, people, $75 an hour to hang blinds? However; they honored the AngiesList discount ...

 + -1 moreI DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH GEORGE. WHEN I CALLED HIM TO ASK ABOUT PUTTING BASEBOARDS IN TWO BATHROOMS, HE SAID HE COULD DO IT, GAVE ME A PRICE (BASED ON THE LINEAR FT. OF BASEBOARD I NEEDED), BUT DID NOT TELL ME HE WAS SENDING OUT ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE WORK! THEY DID A SHODDY JOB, AND I CALLED GEORGE BACK, AND TOLD HIM I WASN'T PAYING THEM UNTIL THEY CAME BACK TO FIX IT. HE SENT THEM BACK, AND THEY DID AT LEAST AN ''AVERAGE'' JOB THE SECOND TIME. WOULD NOT USE HIM AGAIN. A JOB THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FAIRLY SIMPLE TURNED INTO AN ORDEAL. SHOP AROUND; THERE ARE BETTER HANDYMEN OUT THERE THAT TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.
