Their Agent Elizabeth Kalinlowski allowed her Buyer to go to and enter our property without her being present. No realtor was on site for the "walkthrough". She also shared our tenants contact information with the Buyer. We have filed a complaint with the NC Real Estate Commission on her. The only reason we allow realtors we do not know to enter our property without our realtor being present is because they have a code of ethics they must follow. She has caused a lot of monetary damages on our part.
