Communication is fantastic on our rental property, and they work to keep quality tenants in place. + -1 moreIt was Elite who helped get the work done and when I asked for an update, I was so happy to hear that the repairs were done and completed and that I did not need to go there personally to do the physical inspection of the completed work. The company is great! I have been with them for almost a decade now and they have always come to my rescue. I am truly grateful that I have found a company like them who looks after my property and who responds quickly to any concerns that I have about said property. Description of Work: My house at Raspberry Knoll Drive needed some repairs and Elite helped facilitate the job by comparing services and rates of qualified companies offering to do the service. Since I'm in NY, I was so grateful for the recommendations they gave me and in seeing to it that everything was done expeditiously and according to expectations.

Description of Work: I hired the Elite team when my former PM retired. The transition has been so smooth thanks to the expertise of the Elite team. The team met with the former PM, then met with my tenant ensuring that all communication was properly established. They have even fixed an on-going issue that had not been corrected by the old PM. I have found this group to be very professional; responsive to any needs from owner or tenant; reasonable in costs; and proficient in the accounting. I would highly recommend this project management team to others.

Description of Work: We have a unique perspective of Elite Team Realty in that we are renters of one of their managed properties as well as having them manage our own property as a rental to another. They are responsive on both sides as tenant and owner. And they always communicate any problems or news to us as well. So I am completely happy with the management services they have provided me at reasonable rates for our managed property. As a renter, they have sent their personnel out to fix a/c or garage issues very promptly. Very professional and reliable and most importantly, honest.
