Brian, the service rep, called me abpout 45 minutes before he arrived to let me know when he woud be here. Reviewed problema I was having and provided a written sheet with different options, costs and warranties for resolving the problema. After I chose the option I wanted, he replacced the torslon springs and bearings with new ones, Replaced the sprocket and gear in the opener that had been damaged because of the failoing springs. He then spent time setting the upere and lower limits on the door movement and did a full operational check of the door and opener. as a final step, he lubricated tightened the hinges and kubricated the hinges and the torsion springs. Altogether it took about 2 and 3/4 hrs. Brian was very professional and skilled and took the time to explain what and why he was doing things. He left the garage as clean as as it was when he arrived. Door is working perfectly and has a lifetime warran ty on the springs and bearings. The sprocket and gear have a 5 year warranty. The warranties are for labor and parts. Door and opener are working great.

I first had the "Garagedoctors" at my place, because the garage door sometimes closed, sometimes didn't. They wanted to replace the motor unit, but that didn't solve the problem. He deinstalled the motor and recommended calling an electrician. When I called "Elite Garage Service", they told me that I should first check the Safety Guards on each side and what to do. That solved my problem. Whenever I will have a problem with my garage, they are my first choice.

Overall, a very good experience. The technician was very professional. with the entire service call only taking about 30-45 minutes. When I first made the original appointment, the Saturday prior to scheduled service date, apparently there was an issue with the company's scheduling software since nobody arrived for our initial appointment timeframe of 10am-12pm. At about 11:30 I called the company back to ask about my confirmed appointment and was wondering if anyone was still going to arrive since I'd not seen anyone yet. The gentleman on the phone was very apologetic and stated that he remembered our conversation, but that something must not have been "Saved" when taking the appointment info over the phone. However, he mentioned that he could still have a technician arrive early afternoon of 1/12/15, so we settled on another time that same day (at my convenience). When the technician arrived, he was also very apologetic that the appointment was somehow missed during the scheduling process. He asked me to explain the issues being experienced with our garage doors and went right to work evaluating the situation. He was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. In compensation for my inconvenience at having to wait and call to confirm that someone would be arriving as promised, the technician offered a discounted rate for servicing the garage doors. I was assured again that scheduling issues were very rare and that if I chose to use their service again it wouldn't happen twice. I've been very pleased, so far, with how our garage doors are performing and wouldn't hesitate to contact Elite Garage Door Service in the future.

This job went quickly and efficiently. The installer was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He spent time afterwards explaining how to operate the new opener, with all it's bells and whistles. He even lubricated all the hinges on both of the garage doors. I would certainly recommend this company for anyone who may need garage door service of any kind.

They were very professional and responsive to our situation. Fixed issues caused by original installation (different company). Would definitely recommend and use again.

I called them twice to come out. The owner did the work and was very professional, efficient and did the work in a short amount of time. He even offered to erase the previous code that was there from the old home owners. The second time, they came over and gave a free estimate for a new garage door. They also informed me that they could also fix the spring on the existing door. They brought samples of garage doors with different price ranges so I was able to see the quality of each door. They were very well prepared, efficient, didn’t waste any time, and the price was great. They told me to contact them for immediate service if there were ever any problems with the garage door. I am pleased with the quality of the materials and the work.

We called today around 10 a.m., and our door was operating again at 1:45 p.m. We never expected same day service, and on a Saturday, too! The owner who answered our phone call gave us an idea of the problem based on our description. Sure, enough, the capacitor was the cause of our last 2 week's problem--the electronics died, and we were manually lifting the door to enter and exit. For several years, we also had an intermittent problem, usually in cold weather, where the door would not open completely without holding down the switch inside the garage. The sensors were the problem here, and they were replaced. Another garage door company had been unable to determine the cause of the problem, and we were doing our routine of opening the door, backing the car out, one of us would go back inside the garage, hold down the switch until the door closed, and then go through the house, and out the front door, locking it behind us. WHEW! The sound of the newly operating garage door today was MUSIC TO MY EARS!. We are back in operation and ready for a cold, rainy winter. Chris the service representative was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing throughout the repair and cleaned up behind himself. The response was fast, the experience easy and our satisfaction excellent.

Using Angie's list to find a garage door vendor, I chose the top 5 rated vendors and only Elite Garage Door showed the professionalism and follow up I expected. They listened to my request to have the door raise closer to the ceiling and move the brackets forward to which they suggested a side load opener that would eliminate the hardware in the center of the garage also. I received timely communications on the status of my order and when one panel was shown to have a small ding, they brought it to our attention first and stated it would be replaced. Install went very smoothly. After car rolled into garage door and destroyed it, needed to replace door as it was damaged beyond repair. Called three different companies but decided on Elite. Frank the owner came out quickly and educated me about different doors. My garage opener was 22 years old and did not meet code regulations so Elite installed new one. The accident happened on a Thursday and was lucky enough that the door I wanted was in stock so had new door installed four days later. Frank spent so much time educating me about doors and openers. My husband had just passed away 6weeks earlier so I was emotional and needed to be educated as my husband always took care of such matters. Frank was professional, punctual, kind and compassionate. I always look for professional, honest, and companies with the utmost integrity. Elite Garage Door Service is one of those companies. From the time Chris arrived at my home for the initial visit to diagnose the trouble with my door I was confident that I had chosen the right company to look at my door. Chris was very professional, explained the trouble with my door and suggested the best option. I decided to replace my door. The installation was done in a timely manner, Chris explained all the aspects of my new door including how to maintain it, change the inserts and who to call should something go wrong. Chris left my garage and driveway the same way he met it, clean. Whether in this house or a new home should I need garage door service I am calling Elite Garage Doors and I suggest you do too!

I called Elite Garage Service when my usual garage company could not come out and fix my door for four days. They took my call and arranged for a visit the next day. They arrived on time, evaluated the broken door and quickly replaced the broken wheel. They also did a thorough diagnostic of both doors and explained the cause of the mild squeaking on the larger of the two doors I heard as the metal wheels rolling against the track. They did not try to sell me on replacing them all out when I asked about that. They told me they could replace them if the noise bothered me, but it would not affect their performance or longevity. Pulling out screws from wooden doors and replacing them when not absolutely necessary could potentially weakened the wood. "If it's not broken, I wouldn't fix it." I appreciated his honesty and his integrity. They price they quoted me over the phone was spot on. I am now switching my business over to Elite Garage Service. They are my garage door servicer.

We secured quotes from 4 companies before choosing Elite to install the Amarr 3000 series Legacy doors. The work was done on time, the quality of installation appears to be excellent as the new doors are beautiful, quiet and operate perfectly. Everything was as expected and there were no surprises. We feel confident should the doors need attention, Frank will we responsive and stand behind his work.

I called on a Saturday about 9:45 AM. They were at my house at 11:00 AM and the job was complete at 12 noon. The service representative was courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up when finished. An outstanding experience!

Contacted Frank based on previous reviews on this site for a quote for a new garage door. Frank was very prompt to reply and came out to give an estimate. After that initial consultation we ordered a special order door that Frank said would be in in 2 weeks. The door came in when he promised and Frank was out that day to install it (he worked by himself at that time) he was professional, finished in the time he said he would and cleaned up everything before he left. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I knew how to work everything before he left. (This installation took place in June 2014) Just this last week my son hit the garage with a ball and it would not close. I called Frank that morning and he had his associate come out that afternoon to fix it for me. Chris was prompt and professional as well. I would highly recommend Frank and his team for anyone needing a new door or garage door work.

We contacted provider via email. The response came within 24 hours. The following day the repairman called to inform us of expected arrival time as promised. Within 24 hours of the initial contact the repairs were complete. The door works beautifully.

My wife had a conversation with the provider and scheduled an Aug 15 service date. At that time she requested an email detailing the services to be provided. We waited three days for the email which was promised. At that point my wife cancelled.

Arrived as they said they would- on time. Inspected door and found the rollers needed to be replaced: Ball Bearing gone on most of rollers. Inspected springs for correct position and tightness. Only did not have material for bottom of door. i wished he had on truck because i would have paid additional for them to install. I have their number and will be calling them for future service.

Called Larry on the weekend. Was able to get in touch with him right away and schedule service call within a few days. He was on time and called prior to coming. Fixed door within an hour, completing job and thoroughly cleaning up the site. I did have to call him to adjust the door further but Larry came back promptly the same day and adjusted the door so that it worked perfectly.

My garage door came down on my car door causing the garage door to be misaligned and popping off the left cable. The door was rubbing loudly on the left track. Frank was able to quickly make all the necessary repairs on a Saturday afternoon. He also lubricated all the hinges and replaced two cracked hinges. He gave me some good advice in how to know when the door is starting to fail and when to replace. Fast, friendly, and efficient.

went very well, this was part of a bigger project of repairing rotten wood and exterior painting, so timing was critical. They arrived on time on the day scheduled, took down old doors and springs and installed new doors. Due to the unevenness of the concrete floor the doors didn't completely seal at the bottom, however they returned the next day with a thicker gasket for the bottom and that took care of issue. Doors are great, much quieter and better insulated.

Very effeicient , quick and low cost

Elite was one of three garage door companies we contacted re reconfiguring our existing garage door to accommodate a car lift. Elite was the most cost efficient, as well very responsive via both telephone and email. It's installers were right on time, efficient, and knowledgable. I would contact them again re any garage door jobs!

We couldn't have expected better service. Because she has small children, I called our next door neighbor and warned her about our garage door problem and also the neighbor across the street had similar problem. I told her I was concern about her children if that happened to her door and her small children were near the door. She said I am so glad you called, we recently hired a garage door company to do some repair work and they never did what she asked them to do. She ask for the company we used and I gave her Elite's name and number and she called them, made an appointment with them to do the work, and told me they were absolutely wonderful. Thank you Elite for being such a professional company and for being so customer focused. I would recommend Elite to anyone.

Frank was very thorough in his explanation of my options, very patient in answering all of my questions. In addition to replacing an old, worn out door, we were looking to improve the temperature in a bedroom over the garage. Our new door looks and operates great. Frank's operation is small and his responsiveness was a sometimes a few days, and he was 2 hours late to one of the appointments. In my experience, the quality of the product and the work, his attention to detail when on the job, outweighed the timing issues and I will call him again if need service in the future.

Chris called to confirm time and showed up very promptly and exactly what time I was told when I scheduled. Examined and went straight to work. Definitely knew what he was doing. Will absolutely use Elite again in the future for all garage door work!!!!
