Description of Work: Our garage door torsion spring broke on a Thursday night. Called Elite the next day (Friday) and spoke to Frank. He was very professional, gave me quote and time the following day (Saturday). He was very mannered, prompt, clean and provided great service. Our garage door works even better and much quieter. Description of Work: Replaced torsion springs and garage door opener. The original torsion springs were undersized resulting in the inability to manually raise the door. The excess weight on the opener burned it out. Service person calculated and installed the proper spring size. New opener is much quieter.

Description of Work: My garage door was making a terrible noise. He moved part of the track and the drum. Much of the hardware was original although the garage door was fairly new. He said it reminded him of Frankenstein. It sounds much better now and not like it might fall apart at any moment.
