Great experience from start to finish. I called early afternoon and got an accurate price estimate over the phone. He was out within a few hours and fixed everything very quickly and efficiently. He recommended replacing ball bearings because of the age of the door which we ok'd; glad we did because when he opened it up he found one had failed and found early stages of metal cutting metal. He not only did the requested work but oiled up our other garage door to keep it running well, too. He gave me a couple quick tips on maintanance after a job well done. I would definately recommend this company to others in need of garage door repair.

The person that came out did not have to do much because my husband fixed the garage door already. He was very accommodating and tried to fix some other things that needed some adjustments. He was prompt, helpful and offered to do other things related to the other garage door.

I contacted the company after finding them listed on Angie's List. The former homeowner had incorrectly installed a garage door and it had come off the hinges. I called the company and received a return call within an hour. Appointment was set up for next day. Company was a little late but they called to inform me and arrived when expected. It took them a little more than an hour and the garage door is working like a dream. They tightened all the screws, correctly reinstalled the door, replaced a roller and added a locking mechanism which the previous homeowner had neglected to install. I will call them again should I need future repairs.

Everything went very well. They responded very promptly and were very honest and forthcoming. The repair went well and they went out of their way to fix the door. I was very happy with them.

Everything accomplished quickly and professionally. Great experience.

Frank came out same day to look at my inoperable garage door and confirmed the spring was broken. The door was nonstandard and he didn't have the spring on the truck. He went to a home improvement store to see if they had one so he could fix it same day but they didn't. He came back at my next convienient time with the springs and replaced both sides of the garage door as well as lubricated all the moving parts.

Jamie was excellent. Did a great job. I have told several people already. The company was very responsive.

Came over same day and installed broken spring. Even called to see if still under warranty. Was on time, polite, and reasonble price. Even further suipported the door at no additional cost.

Came out the day after I called, looked at the job, quoted a price and performed the work.

It went extremely well-initial contact was immediate and a full disclosure of what I needed and what the total costs would be was provided. They were ready to come to do the needed work in a matter of hours, but that was not convenient for me so I scheduled it for a couple days later. Jamie came on time and completed the needed work promptly, even putting up with my hovering to watch and learn. He lubricated my door appropriately so now I don't get the squeaks I've been living with. Installation was top-notch and I highly recommend this company.

It went great. It was very good. I called him and he said he'd be there as soon as possible. He came exactly when he said he would. I was very pleased with his timeliness.

We moved into our house a year ago, and the garage door openers never really worked well. When one of them finally stopped working altogether, I called Frank. He came out the same day to take a look, presented me with all of my options, which included fixing the one that stopped working or replacing it altogether. I decided to replace both of them, and be done with the problems. He couldn't do it that day, but was willing to schedule for the next day. Because of my schedule, he came within 2 days. He always called before he arrived. He was very knowledgeable about garage doors. Even gave me a reasonable quote for new doors. I would not hesitate to call him again.

I called Frank to have him come out and replace the doors. When I told him what had happened, he named the brand of door I had (over the phone) and understood why I wanted them replaced. He came out the next day and measured for the doors. I had already scoped out the style of new door I wanted based on the information from his website. They were special-order and would take three weeks, so we would wait, which was understandable. Long story short: when the three weeks were up, Frank called to say that his supplier had told him the doors were in, and would it be OK to install them tomorrow? Sure! Tomorrow came and Frank called again to say that when he went to pick up the doors, they only had one, and we'd have to wait for the other. He offered to come out & install the one he had, but I said we'd wait. This happened again the next week, but at that time Frank came out and patched up our broken door so it would work until we had the new ones. When the new ones finally arrived, Frank came right out and installed them, and they are terrific. He even called afterwards to say that the distributor had given him a modest refund on the price of the doors in return for all the trouble, and that he was passing that along to us and that we should watch for a check in the mail. This project took much longer than we had anticipated, but I felt that Frank communicated well and did a nice job.

Perfect, perfect, perfect. Frank did an awesome job. He was very friendly from the first phone call to showing us how everything worked. We told him what we were looking for and his price was dead on. He came out to measure and look at the garage a week prior to make sure everything was OK to proceed with the installation. He even agreed to do the job on Saturday because that was the only day we could do it. He arrived on time, cleaned up and hauled away everything and showed us how to operate and reprogram all of our new stuff before he left. He never once tried to oversell us on stuff we didn't need (it was a very basic job) and even told us that he would probably install the exact same items after seeing the garage. Can't say enough about how easy to work with and simple Frank and his assistant (who's name I did not unfortunately get!) made this project.

As stated above, Frank did an EXCELLENT job replacing my garage door. My garage door "died" a couple days before New Years day this past year (2007). I was a bit desperate as it completely folded in the middle and I had a hard time even shutting it manually. I called ELITE (Frank Arrigoni) and he insisted on coming on New Years day to assess the problem. WHAT SERVICE! Frank came out and I was so impressed with him that I told him to perform the work The best thing about Frank is his HONESTY. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I previously worked for a large builder in town (the largest) and have my real estate license. I did not call the company that installs all of our garage doors as an associate of mine did, and the experience was average and pricey. So why did I buy from Frank? Because he was honest and trustworthy. He did a FANTASTIC job installing my new garage door and lowering my opener. The quality of his work is amazing. You are crazy not to use him!

This was one of the best experiences I have had with anyone doing contract work in our home. Frank was extremely good. He knew his product and went out of his way to make our experience great. We had called a number of folks to do this job which ended up needing a little custom work and all who came would not attempt it. They said they did not have the equipment to do the job and we kept looking. Elite came in and gave us a complete analysis on the equipment we needed and were prompt getting the job done. They did it right, they cleaned up well after the job and were personable to deal with. Very professional is the best description. Frank's knowledge of the job he needed to perform was exceptional. This guy was good and I wish I could hire him to do more jobs for us. If you need someone who will perform for you this is the company. I would not even bother looking elsewhere. The price was great, service and trustworthiness are important to us and we got it all and more.

Frank gave a price range of openers over the phone from base to best. We decided to go with the top of the line unit after suffering with a 20 year old garage opener that had finally quit. He came out within 2 days as promised, did neat and clean work, explained how to use all the features, and his price and invoice was exactly as stated over the phone. The garage door (an old, heavy press-board door) is so quiet now you can barely hear it going up and down. The light is so bright in the garage - the motion sensor is fantastic, and the unit is working great.

Frank was on time and very informative in his estimate. He was the lowest price of all three estimates and was by far the most professional. The installation was not for another three weeks and when I called Frank a few days before installation he knew exactly who I was and had me scheduled for the exact time I requested at the time of estimate. Frank was on time for installation and had the job done in under an hour. He was very informative and the garage was spotless after he left.
