We purchased the $99 deal. What a pleasant experience. We got a confirmation email right away which thanked us for our purchase and explained the next steps. I called to set up the appointment and they came out exactly when we needed them. Our technician Lincoln called ahead, then when he arrived he explained what he would be doing. When finished he went over the work he'd done, answered all questions and even helped with an issue I hadn't asked about. He was very polite and professional. At some point we plan to replace the basic door we have, with a new one that is insulated. These will be the folks we call. Thanks for the great service !

Everything was explained well, and all of my questions were answered.
Description of Work: Our garage door had stopped working. Elite sent a tech out the next day, found the broken spring, replaced both tortion springs and end bearings, did a check on the system as I requested. I asked about the metal rollers as research I had done suggested that worn rollers could contribute to spring failure. The tech inspected the easiest 2 to access, and they both showed wear to the point where there was a flattening of some of the roundness, and the shank holding the roller wheel had a lot of play in it. The tech said that he's seen worse, and while worn, it didn't look like a safety issue at the moment. But he did point out that because of having to replace the springs, he could replace the 10 rollers for just their cost, without adding any more labor to the bill. So I had him do that also. So the bill was pretty large, but I don't have any idea if I could have gotten the work done from someone else any cheaper. But when someone shows up on time, knows what to do, doesn't seem pushy, and can fix it right away, it didn't seem like the time to start getting other estimates. I would call them again.

Went well. I did have some issues with the door so I figured a service might help. Overall it didn't he did re-adjust the door. Had some issues with the belt. I was told need a replacement unit as it will keep on skipping and would have to re-adjust the door. When he was done, garage had a little gap at the bottom. I re-adjusted the door and it still was not the way it was before. I adjusted tension again on the belt and after that its the way it was.
Description of Work: replaced rollers and overall inspeciton of the garage door.

Great! Everything happened as planned.
Description of Work: This was mainly a tuneup, but we had a problem with the door reversing for no apparent reason. Two settings were off and they were adjusted. No problems since. And as advertised, the new rollers are much quieter. Other adjustments were made as required.

I called Friday morning, they knew exactly what problem was as the manufacturer of our current system was well known for being of poor quality. They came out within two hours of my call. Excellent job and technicians were very courteous Price was great as neighbor had same job for about 100 dollars more. Overall great job

One of my 25+ year old openers blew up and I decided to have both replaced with top-of-the-line Liftmaster units. After discussing what I wanted over the phone with Frank, the crew came out the next day and did both installations in about two hours, They were punctual and professional, and I was happy to have the whole problem resolved in 24 hours.

The new opener is an excellent, very quiet machine. We had a couple of small issues with the opener, but Elite Garage Door Service corrected them quickly after reporting. These folks really stand by their work and I would be happy to use their service again for other repairs!

Great! My garage door failed to open this morning and I had used this company a couple of times before. First time was a few years ago when the light socket needed replacement and most recently last July when the door lifter spring broke. This morning I needed to take my dog to the vet and when I attempted to open the garage door, it only would open a quarter of the way. I called Elite Garage Door Service and Eric Marsh was able to come out a couple of hours later. That was awesome! He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to work replacing the gear and testing to make sure everything was ok. He recommended replacement of the door rollers and I'm glad that he did. Once that was done and everything was lubricated and tested, the door opener work efficiently and quietly. I was so pleased with their service and will definitely use again.

By 9:30 am Eric from Elite was at our house to fix it. He was very professional and gave details about their company and what he was going todo to repair it. Also told me the cost to repair it. He had it repaired in about 20 minutes. He also told my husband when and where the garage door needed to be oiled. We were very impressed with Eric and Elite Garage Door. We will definitely use them again and refer them to other people.

Eric came out at the scheduled time and promptly took care of the problem and also addressed another issue with the position of the garage door opener. Very friendly and professional. He answered every question we had and gave us tips to help maintain the door opener and spring. We called Frank late on Friday and he had someone out early Saturday morning. The tech examined the door and explained in detail everything he was going to do prior to performing the work. He took the time to answer questions I had and inspected the overall performance of the door making some minor adjustments that would help prolong the life of our springs and motor. He noted some issues that a prior company failed to notice but did so in a professional manner and did not talk down the other company. The service call was quick and everything now works and sounds much better than before. The tech was polite, courteous and professional. Pricing was extremely reasonable. We'll use this company again without hesitation if the need arises.
