The job went very well. Neill was here about an hour and a half. He was very conscientious, neat and methodical. He was very professional and alerted me to issues regarding the garage door and how to maintain both the door and the opener.

My garage door had come off its tracks and I couldn't get it to come down. Being 7 1/2 months pregnant, I was hesitant to try to pull it down myself, so in an effort to fix it before a snow storm late on a Sunday evening, a friend came and helped to just get the garage door down (which took cutting the cables). So while the garage door was closed, as I wanted, it was completely unfunctional. Note: I have since learned not to ever cut the cables! I found Elite on Angie's List and saw they had 24 hours service so called Sunday night to see if they could make it out on Monday (not knowing if it would be possible as the storm was coming in on Monday). Neil made it out in the snow first thing Monday morning and immediately understood the situation and got right to work on fixing it. I wasn't sure if it would be a huge undertaking, so was glad to hear it was relatively minor to fix. He replaced the cables, got the door back on track, straightened my bent tracks, hooked the garage door back up to the opener (which had been unhooked the night before), reset the tension in the springs and tested the garage door opener for usage and safety. Neil was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. In additional to all that, he went above and beyond by brushing my snow covered car off before I moved it back into the garage. That was very much appreciated and certainly not part of his responsibilites. I will call them in a second if I need anything else done to my garage door. They are on my permanant contact list for house fixings.

One of my garage door springs broke on a Friday night, leaving the door useless. I called Elite Garage Door Service and talked with Frank on Saturday morning at 9am. He stated he could have someone get to me that day between 2-5pm! His technician, Neil, contacted me as told. By 5pm, my garage door was as good as new, probably even better that new. Neil was great! After installing two new springs, he gave me some helpful maintenance tips. The next time I need any garage door assistance, I will call Elite Garage Door Service. The service person was extremely professional, knowlegable and friendly. He not only replaced the damaged part, but adjusted the springs, oiled the springs, hinges, etc. Adjusted the open and close force. He then spent a good deal of time explaining what caused the problem and how to provide maintenance to prevent future problems. The service was excellant.

Very impressed! Discussed problem and solutions a day prior via telephone. Scheduled appointment for the next day. Arrived on time and quickly addressed the problem. Worked quickly but thoroughly. The price seemed fair and accepted Angies List discount as advertised. I will definitely use Elite again. I wish other service providers delivered in the manner that Elite does.

The service person called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. He explained all the steps he did to maintain our doors and even assisted me in programing some additional remotes. He provided exceptional service for a great price and I would definitely call them again for service!

Frank called me back within an hour of my voicemail and spent time discussing the options for repair and/or replacement. He didn't try to upsell in any fashion and offered expertise advice throughout the talk. Upon selecting Elite, they came promptly on the scheduled day. The installer was professional yet friendly, and took his time to do a detailed installation in as non-disruptive fashion as possible. He cleaned the area up following installation, and went over the new system in detail. There was no "rush" sense about the work, everything was completed in full careful detail. The remaining paperwork with the owner's manual even proactively included a filled-out and readied manufacturer's rebate form for my use. Overall, a great experience and I'll use Elite for when I replace my garage doors too.

I discovered my garage door spring had broken when I tried to open it on a Saturday morning. After doing some research on angieslist.com, I called Elite and got Frank's voice mail and left a message. Neil returned my call less than 25 minutes later, and scheduled a visit for that same afternoon. He called back a couple of hours before the beginning of the time frame we had set and told me that another job had run late; he asked if I could be home at a later time, and if so, assured me that he would still be coming to do my repair. Then an hour later, he called again to say that he was back on schedule and asked if we could keep the original appointment time, in case I had made other plans as a result of his previous call. Neil did arrive within five minutes of the time he estimated, and not only replaced my broken spring, but also lubricated the hinges on my garage door, tested the opener for performance and safety, and gave me detailed instructions on how to properly do all of the same. Elite provided a superb level of professionalism and satisfaction, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I called up Elite Garage Door Service and talked with the Frank after my garage door wouldn't open and appeared broken. Frank gave me a qoute right over the phone and had Neil out to fix my garage door within an 1 1/2 hours. I was very impressed by the fact that the service was so prompt and Neil was able to fix and service the door so quickly. The service was fast, quality work and very close to what was qouted over the phone. I would definetily recommend and use these guys again to fix my garage door.

Neil arrived on time and got right to work. He was very polite and easygoing, and quite knowledgable about all things related to garage doors. Our door and fixtures are 23 years old, so we needed new springs and new rollers, which make the door run much more smoothly and quietly. He also gave me instructions on how to lubricate the springs and hinges--what types of products to use, and to do this once a year. Overall, I had an excellent experience with this company and would definitely recommend them to other Angie's List members.

One of the garage door panels and the arm were broken. Replaced the panel and arm of the garage door and added a reinforcing bar on top of the door panel. Replaced the wheels on the door. Responded promptly to my call for an estimate; arrived on time; provided an estimate for the repair and when the work could be performed. Upon awarding of the work, arrived on time; performed the repair per the estimate; and inspected both the repaired door and a second garage door that was not broken. Great experience and fair price. Would highly recommend.

Not only did they have the lowest bid of 4 companies I found on Angie's list, they did excellent work. Two of the companies I received estimates from were almost double the price for exactly the same work. I would highly recommend them.

I called in the morning reporting a broken spring and Neil came and had the garage door working the same day. Great technician. He tuned up the door and showed me the proper maintenance to keep it working well. Door is working much smoother than it was before. Price was as quoted on the phone. Neil stayed in touch during the ordering process (3 weeks). The doors arrived on time to their company, and he came and installed them as scheduled. The installation itself took longer than he anticipated, due to the condition and weight of our old doors. He took this in stride and stayed that day until the job was complete. He then thoroughly explained the operation and maintenance of the new doors. They work well and we are very satisfied. Would highly recommend this company.

Frank was quick to respond to my call, and had no problem coming out by the end of the day. He got here at 4:00, and by 4:35 he was finished. Work looks to be good, the door certainly works, and the parts are warranted for 5 years - the labor is until I move out. His estimate over the phone is what I was charged, and he was very professional. Would certainly use again.

Withing 24 hours of my calling, Neil came out and diagnosed the cause of our garage door not opening. He explained in detail what had failed along with showing me the damaged part. He replaced it and showed how to care for the spring to increase its longevity. When he was finished, he took care to remove all of the debris from the job. The cost was not only very reasonable but I received an Angie's List discount as well. I have already recommended Elite to another family for their garage door repair.

Working with Frank could not have gone better. He was prompt, professional, helpful, thorough and courteous throughout the process, from estimate to job completion. Frank came out to assess what we wanted done, and did a great job helping us with making our choices on door color, insulation, windows, etc., as well as answering all of our quesions. He gave us the estimate at that time, ordered the door, and said it would be received and installed in 2 - 3 weeks. It arrived as he said it would, called us promptly to schedule the installation, and was precisely on time for the installation appointment. He and his crew removed the old door, opener and everything else, installed all the new stuff, calibrated the opener (we bought the Jackshaft opener... and gotta say this thing is totally worth the extra money! It's so extremely quiet and smooth that we can't hear it in the bedroom, which is right next to the garage), took all the old stuff away and completely cleaned up the garage afterwards. He then explained all the functions and use of the opener thoroughly and even went the extra mile to program our homelink buttons in the cars. Frank Arrigoni, the owner provided an expert installation of the doors. He was thorough and stayed with the job extra time to make sure the doors and the overall operation fit perfectly. He cleaned up the site afterward and hauled off the old doors. We are thoroughly satisfied and would recommend this company.

Just expected the spring to be repaired based on the quote, but the tune up was much needed and now the door works more smoothly and quietly. I am sure it will make the system last longer.
