I purchased the Big Deal for $89 for 10 roller replacements and a tuneup. I called Frank to schedule an appt and left him a voicemail. He called me back within an hour and we scheduled him to come to my house 2 days later. He replaced all the rollers which were 16 years old as well as a faulty bolt and also took care of squeaky mechanisms. He was very professional and also explained how the whole system works. He also gave me some advice for purchasing a new garage door in the future. The one I have now is all wood and a little noisier than I care for. He was honest with me about the condition of my door and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Because he took the extra time to explain to me the different types of garage doors available and how they need to be balanced etc, I will definitely hire him in the future when I replace my garage door or for another service.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Elite. The guy was a little late to arrive, but called to let me know which was appreciated. The job took about 1 1/2-2 hours. I am VERY happy with my new, much quieter garage door opener. My only complaint is that the particular model that I ordered was not compatible with the Homelink system in one of my cars so I had to order a separate part directly from Homelink. This is not Elit's fault, but it would have been nice if they had warned me ahead of time about the possibility. I still highly recommend using them.

The very professional technician performed the standard roller replacement and alignment along with lubrication. He also performed some troubleshooting and discovered several spots in the original wiring that needed to be repaired. He then fixed the original wiring and my garage door is working as good as new now. I am very impressed with the scheduling and quality of work. Highly recommend to others.

The technician called when he was on his way. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced the rollers and made sure everything was working properly. Our garage door had been noisy. He fixed that and explained how to take care of that ourselves if it should happen again. He also went over the warranty on the rollers. We were very pleased with the quality of service and products we received and the honesty of the technician. We would definitely use Elite again and recommend them to our friends.

Technician was prompt and accomplished the job. He made a mistake, though, in placing the bracket on the bottom right side. He had already left when I noticed the daylight coming in through a gap on the lower right side of the second door; however, I called the owner and he had the tech come back first thing the next day. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. Both the tech and owner were conscientious, fair, and willing to do what was necessary.

I called Elite Garage door on Thursday to verify that they would drive to Gastonia from Charlotte. Frankie called me back a short time later and scheduled my appointment for Saturday. I purchased the BIG DEAL from Angies List after we hung up the phone. On Saturday, Frankie called as he said he would and confirmed that he was on his way to my house. At 9 AM Frankie showed up and completed the garage door inspection. Frankie replaced the builder grade rollers on my garage door with high quality rollers and lubricated the moving parts. The garage door doesn't make a sound now. I can't hear my husband when he comes home from work anymore!

While working at my computer Angies List deal popped up. It regarded a speical on garage door service. As my garage door has become very noisy when opening and closing, it seemed to be just what I needed. I purchased the deal and called Frank (Elite Garage Doors) immediately. When he got my address, he said he was near by completing a job and could stop by when finished. He arrived in the time frame he gave me. Had me show him the door. Immediately knew what was wrong. Because I had 2 extra rollers he quoted the price for them. He replaced all the rollers right then. In just a few minutes he explained what he had done and what was causing the former noise. I now have probably the quietest garage door in my neighborhood. Frank is very professional. In addition he is a qualified service installer, etc. for the particular motor I own. So I know who I can call if I need service in the future.

Our old garage door opener had stopped working. Elite very responsive when we first called. We feel that Frank's advice was honest as he did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. The service technician was professional and did an excellent job. We are thinking of replacing the two existing garage doors with better quality doors and will be returning to Elite when we are ready to do so. We highly recommend these folks.

Rather than blindly coming out for a service call, Frank asked that I check a few things first. Turns out the fix was a minor thing that I could do myself. I really appreciate how Frank is more interested in helping clients than just making money.

We are defintiely happy with the promptness of our service (we got a technician to the house the same day I called, and installed the very next day), the quality of the products and installation for the price we paid. We are happy with our new garage door and feel we paid a fair price. My only concern is promptness - it's totally understandable that people who service your house will sometimes run into problems with a previous job and be late. However a customer should be notified - I would much rather spend over an hour being busy in my house or running errands knowing the technician will be late. Instead I was never informed and left waiting and waiting. In short - to better the customer experience please call your customers and make them aware you are running late - before it happens - not 75 minutes after you were supposed to be here. That being said I would recommend these guys do to their good work

I called this morning at 8:30, service guy was here by about 9:15. Frank is friendly and knowledgeable and knows giving good service is key to his business. We have an old garage door opener that stopped working. Turned out it needed to be oiled and reset. Even though he couldn't find the manual after searching for awhile, we figured out how to reset it all working together (I like contractors who don't mind working with the customer because I am sort of handy myself). The service guy that came, Chris was really nice and polite. So happy the thing might have a few years more in it... then I will call Elite when it finally dies and I need a new one.
