Frank was the 1st of 3 providers I called to respond and come to repair a broken spring in my garage door. I called Saturday afternoon and followed up with calls on Sunday. Frank responded and showed up within 1/2 hour. He replaced a broken spring and bearings, lubricating hinges, rollers, and springs, and completely repaired the 16 year old garage door. It now operates much quieter than previously. I really appreciate their professionalism and work ethic. I would use their services again for repair or installation.

Very professional, arrived on time, completed the job in about an hour or less. He basicalled overhauled the garage door, replaced the rollers, lubricated, tightened the chain. The result is a much quieter garage door!

Frank showed up and fixed the door. He was very knowledgable and personable and the door was fixed within an hour of his arrival. He explained exactly what he did (replaced the broken spring) and let me know that the new spring should last about 20 years. He also did some other routine maintenance on the door. The door works smoother and sounds quieter than it did prior to the broken spring. Great job!

Frank Arrigoni came out to our home on a Sunday to evaluate broken garage door. We expected to have to replace the entire door and opener for $2k or more. We had another company come out the day before, who advised that the motor lacked the adequate horse power to lift the door, which was over 15 years old and heavy with years of moisture and type of construction of the door. Frank provided information on new doors but also evaluated the motor. He had equipment on his truck to measure the weight of the door, the needed horse power on the motor and the type of springs needed. For much less than it would cost to replace the whole thing, Frank was able to measure and install the correct springs all during this Sunday visit. He had the door working within two hours. About two weeks later, the motor started to make a loud, rattling noise. We stopped using the garage door opener and called Frank back. He returned, inspected the motor and found several screws to the frame loose. Since he had inspected the motor on his visit, Frank took responsibility that the loose screws were his work (though it was possible that the prior company had left them loose). He fixed them and did not charge me anything for the follow-up call. Great integrity and service.

He was a pro....this is actually the second time I've used a new garage door service, and the previous company who was a kid and basically didn't know much and stayed maybe 15 minutes. This guy was professional, prompt, and obviously knew what he was doing, and he had all the parts he needed on his truck! He will definitely be the guy i call in the future.

The cables to the garage had snapped early morning when we were getting ready to go to work. I had called Elite Garage and they responded very quickly. Once they saw the cable lines, it's was easily identified that it was the springs and not the cables that needed to be replaced. The service was very professional and prompt. As for the price, it may have been higher than others but the service was worth the additional cost.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. He actually called me shortly after to schedule. We were able to schedule it without any problem. He came over and he did a great job, no problems. It is running very smoothly now. He was great. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Frank was available the same day for initial service call. He did routine maintenance and made our garage door work until he could return with the replacement parts. Returned two business days later as planned and promptly completed work. He went above and beyond and made sure our door was up to code. He cleaned up and was in and out in the time he quoted.

Elite Garage Door Service Inc. did a great job. As a matter of fact, we used them again, because our tension spring broke over the weekend. We called them on Saturday and the guy came out on Sunday and fixed it for us. We were very impressed with the guy. I was so glad that we got the quieting package and he put his name next to the garage opener in the garage. My husband said to call him but I said they probably wouldn't call back until Monday. We were so surprised that he called back and said he would come on Sunday. We were very, very pleased. He was just so personable and he knew what he was talking about and just everything. We have been so happy that we've come to Angie's List because we've been using another company for 20 years and had not gotten good service just recently with them, so we switched and we are so happy.
