I called Elite door company and spoke with Frank... He came out the same day and quoted a price for new door. He was courteous and very professional. He was recommended by a neighbor who used this company...he was very pleased with his work and I'm so glad I went with Elite. Frank goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy and he is very meticulous . I recommend elite Door Company highly

It went really well. I called, left a message and the owner called back within an hour. I described the problem and he said he'd have someone out in 6 hrs. The gentleman showed up on time, fixed the problem and left with the garage door functioning perfectly. I really appreciated his professionalism and ability to fix the garage door quickly.

On Feb. 6 my garage door broke and I couldn't open it. I called "Elite Garage Door Service Inc." at 3:10 p.m. and left a voicemail. The owner, Frank, returned my call promptly. He scheduled Dennis to come out the next day. Dennis fixed the door and also installed a keypad to replace my old one that broke. I was grateful to both Frank and Dennis for the prompt service. No surprises! Very pleased! Not the cheapest - not the most expensive. Felt i got more than I paid for In product and workmanship. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived on time and did a great job. Garage is now light and warm!
Description of Work: We had a problem with garage doors getting stuck. They fixed it but warned us the whole system was old (18 yrs) and could fail any time. We decided the following summer to replace the doors and, being satisfied with Elite we called them. They gave us a quote, scheduled the installation of excellent, insulated doors with windows.

Frank arrived in time and immediately started working on the door. It took him about three hours to finish the job. He did a very good job and and demonstrated professionalism. When the job was finished, he and his helper cleaned up the garage and disposed of the old door for me. The garage door was only replaced yesterday and I hope that it will last 20+ years, as Frank promised. It definitely looks much sturdier than the old one. I am happy with my new garage door and I will definitely use Elite again if the need arises.

Dennis was very knowledgeable and professional. The entire job took ~30-40 minutes, which was much less than I expected. I will probably need to replace the motorized garage door opener in the next year or two, so I asked about options. Dennis gave me some practical advice and shared information regarding different types of openers, but did not try to pressure me into buying one. Overall, the entire experience met or exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely call them again.
Description of Work: I called about the routine maintenance checkup service because the door was becoming noisy and was not operating smoothly. Dennis performed the maintenance plus replaced rollers, adjusted the alignment of the safety interlock photocell, motor inspection, complete lubrication and more.

Overall experience was excellent. I called and spoke with Frank, he scheduled Dennis to come out to the house to evaluate the problem and offer a solution. I spoke with Dennis, he was knowledgeable and evaluated the problem, the next day the problem was solved. Dennis was a pro and handled the install perfectly. He took the time to describe all features of the new opener and answered all questions.

Frank answered my phone call and was very friendly and professional, I told him my problem and he gave me an approximate cost. He gave an estimated time of service same day of between 3-5 pm and he arrived at 3:30! The repairs took a little over an hour and it was very apparent he knew what to do and he wanted the job done right! He explained everything he was doing from weighing the door, so he would install the right spring, to replacing the bearings to maintain proper operation! I was very happy with the service and the quote was right on.

That worked out OK. I was with him the whole time during the service. he was a nice guy and he replaced the rollers on the garage door and everything was fine. He adjusted the opener but I think he may have over adjusted it because it was working fine after he left but it started acting differently. The only thing was that he left his ladder behind and he called me an said he would pick it up but that was no big deal. but he did a good job and I was well pleased with it. He was a veteran and he told me a little bit about being in Afghanistan and he was very interesting.

Frank was a little late, but more than made up for it with his exceptional service. He ended up giving me the bracket for free because he was late, which I really appreciated. He completed his repairs and made sure the door was working and was up to code before he left. He took the time to discuss a few pointers with me regarding how the door operation should be tested when I have inspections done for the sale of the property. Overall a fantastic experience.

We would definitely recommend Frank at Elite Garage Door for anyone looking to get a quality garage door, opener and great service. Not only was Frank very prompt in coming out to give us an initial estimate, but his attention to detail was much appreciated. When our garage door came in he noticed a few of the new panels were slightly damaged so rather then just try to touch them up and install them he called the manufacturer and had new ones ordered for us. And again when he came out for the install he made sure to clean up the few fingerprints they made on the door during the install and walked us through step by step of programming our new opener with each remote and our HomeLink system.

He called us to set the appointment up which was nice. He was here as scheduled, he got right to work and was finished up in record time. We are very glad to have had the opportunity to work with him and would use his services in the future.

They were awesome. The guy was fantastic. I would absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: I used Elite Garage Door Service Inc Big Deal purchase in May. I was having problem with the garage door not going all the way down so it would stop and then it would go back up and what he did was he showed me where the electric guy had slipped. He could have charged me much because I don't know anything about that. I mean he could have told me I needed all on the door and I would have been fine with it because I needed to close my house. He went, he looked and he showed me that electric guy had swiveled out of place so he readjusted that and he tightened them and then he did the full cleaning and everything else and I haven't had a problem since and he didn't charge me separately for the repair.
