Description of Work: Gentleman came on time as promised. He first checked to see if my existing garage door opener could be repaired. Took the old apart to show me what the problem was as it had been grinding for about a month. Gave me options to choose from. I asked for additional services besides the opener that I had been planning for some time. My trim had become brittle from sun exposure and was breaking off. The bottom seal needed to be replaced. Had a keypad installed. Took time to show me how the keypad and opener could be programmed. Would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Call Elite on Sunday. Frank ans. phone and said he would be there between 1 and 3pm Mondday. He called and said he would be there in30 min at around 2pm.... Fixed my problem in 45 min. Frank is prompt and professional. A credit for his profession. I would definetly use him again...I like it when the owner of the business does the work.

Description of Work: ELITE GARAGE DOORS DID A FANTASTIC JOB GETTING MY DOOR UN-STUCK AND FUNCTIONAL UNTIL A NEW MOTOR WAS INSTALLED. THE NEW MOTOR WORKS GREAT. THE TECH WAS EASY TO TALK TO VERY COURTEOUS AND DID A GREAT JOB EXPLAINING EVERYTHING. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN.

Great job.
Description of Work: We hasd a broken spring on Friday evening. Called Frank who said he could come ou immediately if it was an emergency ( for extra charge) or a technician could be there 1st thing in the morning. Our cars were alrewady outside the garage so we opted for 1st thing Saturday, no extra charge. Neil showed up on time, very cheerful and helpful. We have a very heavy door so he did not have a spring suitable...he suggested either fixing it with three smaller springs immediately (didn't recommend that option) or he could patch it for use over the weekend and return Monday with the proper springs if we paid up front. We opted to do the job right, and sure enough Neil was back by 9:30 am Monday mornig to complete the job. Altogether very helpful, very professional service. We will definitely use them again when out 22 year old motor goes out!
