When we first engaged Jamie for her help it was amazing. She would visit our house once a month or every 6 weeks. We would get home and things would be like going to a top resort. Jamie's business continued to grow. We began asking her to come twice a week. As her business grew, Jamie began hiring on help. She also began getting busier. The folks she employed did a significantly different quality of work than Jamie. We felt they were egregiously careless. We had numerous conversations and ultimately required that she be present during our cleanings and check in on the work her employees had done. She than began to get too busy. She had to get in and out of our home as quickly as possible. We felt like (right or wrong) she began making us feel like we weren't valued clients. She was typically very responsive and accommodating to us. She tried to meet our needs, but ultimately her efforts fell short. Our relationship recently came to an end when she reached out to us to schedule a cleaning while we were on a cruise. Jamie communicates by text message so we did not have cell service to respond. Once we got back to land I told her we were out of the country and would like to skip a week. She never again contacted us to schedule something. Several weeks later I texted her asking if we were still on her schedule. She texted me an open appt. Rather than just scheduling her I thanked her for her help in the past and thought I would jsut ask if we still fit into her business and if she wanted to continue. Jamie opted to not even dignify us with a response so we terminated a three year relationship with her. There was a time, when Jamie was first starting, where we referred two friends to Jamie with glowing reviews. That time has changed. She turned down one of our referrals because it didn't fit into her business and our first referral terminated their relationship because of the downturn in quality of services. Present day - I wouldn't refer Jamie to anyone and would not hire her or elemental cleaning going forward. It was a very unfortunate experience of great service turning bad over time. I likely wouldn't have reviewed her, but, because of the way things ended, I felt it necessary.
