Elaine and Glenn were our knights in shining armor. We experienced severe water damage with our home and they came to the rescue. They ensured things were done well and very quickly (a lot of three weeks during the holidays). They were superb to work with, and we strongly recommend engaging them for your home projects.

Glenn & Elaine are absolutely fabulous to work with. They remodeled two bathrooms in our home and a mudroom. They are communicative, care about quality, stand behind their work. They are 11/10, and I cannot recommend them enough!

We used Elaine’s to completely remodel a kitchen and half bath. Elaine and Glenn were easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We loved their crew…painters, carpenters, electricians, etc. All were extremely professional and responsible. Their work transformed our home into something we really love. I highly recommend this company.

We found Elaineâ s Construction & Design a year ago on Angieâ s List and we couldnâ t have made a better choice. We had been debating whether to move to a house with a master suite down or just stay where we were and put an addition on our current home. We looked at about 15 houses and just couldnâ t find any that were right, so we contacted Elaineâ s Construction. I had sketched out what we wanted for an addition along with some renovation ideas. They came over, listened to everything we said and reviewed what I had drawn out on graph paper. We then went outside and they roughly walked it off and staked it with sticks and string so that we all had a visual. We stood back and looked and Elaine said â I think you should make it bigger.â We did and itâ s Perfect! Elaineâ s Construction really listened to what we wanted and helped us define our ideas. They took my measurements and dimensions and made them into the house of our dreams. We not only added a master suite down but also an office and a storage closet for a total of 900 sq ft and we also renovated 3/4 of the first floor. Their Project Manager was awesome to work with and answered every text I sent. Their subs were all very conscientious and the quality of their work was exceptional. Our project was somewhat challenging since it was during the Covid lockdown. So while Covid may have extended our time line somewhat, we couldnâ t be happier with the results. We highly recommend Elaineâ s Construction & Design for any renovation, addition or complete build.

My overall experience was positive. They built a beautiful sunroom addition to my home. Unfortunately they haven't followed through on some details. One of the window screens is too small and has never been replaced notwithstanding many requests from me and promises from them to do so. Also I never received the replacement sod for my yard although I had been advised this was included in the project price. Bottom line don't make the final payment until everything is done because it's very hard to get them back later.

We hired Elaineâ s Construction and Design to renovate and update our new home. The home was built in the 80s and needed a major update. Elaineâ s helped us make our vision come to fruition. The bedrooms had 4 layers of wallpaper and there was popcorn ceiling in the whole house. The kitchen was completely closed off and had tile floors. Thanks to Glennâ s expertise and Elaineâ s helpful design tips we have a beautiful new home. All of the sub contractors they used were masters of their craft and even our smallest requests were met. If we were not happy with something they immediately made changes to accommodate us. This was a major project but they got it done in our time frame. We have a gorgeous new home that we will enjoy for years! Thanks To Elaineâ sâ Construction and Design for a great job!

I would give this company 10 stars if I could! For starters, the owners, Kirk and Elaine, have been to our house several times to check and make sure we have been happy with every detail of the project. Next, Glenn, the Project Manager is the best! We looked into several companies initially. Glenn was the first to respond and told us on Day #1 that the company will do "whatever it takes" to make the project right. He was true to his word when any minor hiccups occurred. Glenn and Alex worked tirelessly on the project through any weather conditions and left our house spotless each day after work. We are elated with our customized finished project of the sunroom with EZ Breeze windows! Thanks to all involved for their tremendous work-ethic and professional communication skills!

Glenn, our construction manager was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, not pushy in the least, listened to our goals, stayed within our budget, and made the whole experience of replacing an old deck with a beautiful new patio, thoroughly positive. Jose, did an outstanding job on our brick paver floor and concrete paver walls. Owner, Elaine stopped by twice to make sure the job was going well. We can't say enough about how great it was working with this company.

Elaine's Construction and Design Studio built our raised patio with excellent knowledge and hard work from start to finish. Glenn and Jose are the best. I drew a design, picked out the pattern/color of the pavers and Jose did exactly what I wanted. It was a huge project, and he started on Monday and finished on Thursday. 4 days completed. Perfection. Our patio is the talk of the neighborhood.

Elaine s Construction and Design Studio is top notch. My fiancé and I added on an extension to our patio and could not be more pleased. Glenn and his team were professional, prompt and did an excellent job for us. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making our home complete!
