Economy Exterminators did an excellent job ridding us of a termite infestation. Jacob, William and the office were very professional, and I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

I actually did not get the service but the person who came out was very straight up and said look you don't have a bad infestation so try these flea traps. He told me what to buy and they are so honest and willing to help in whatever way they can. If my efforts do not work I will definitely call them

The estimator was quite negative but the employee who did the work was outstanding.

I've used Economy in the past and their level of customer service is still EXCELLENT. Would highly recommend them! The Tech was on time and did a great job on the designated areas and answered my questions. Office personnel were also extremely helpful and patient whenever I called with questions (several times!!) I love that the products they use are eco-friendly and safe for pets as I have multiple pets and was worried about their safety. I'm also on a tight budget and their cost was very reasonable compared to other companies I called.

Our experience w this company for pest control went great

Went well, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable of the job.

I've tried to handle the problem myself, and hired 4 other reputable companies in Charlotte to attack the problem. I needed a solution that was more than spray the baseboards, spray the outside. I even told one company i have found them in the attic and they said "why do you care if they are in the attic?" Economy exterminators came out and created a plan to handle the problem. They had unique treatments for the chimney, crawlspace, attic space, roof soffits, exterior and interior. I have about 70 sticky traps around my house and they are finally clear. I can't say enough good things about this company. They also actually answer the phone when you call them. They have been to the house 3x so far and have been prompt, courteous and professional.

It was fine, it was good. It was a special that Angie’s List was running. They came out within a couple of days. They did not charge us to come back, it was part of the original service. They were very nice, courteous, they took their time. They explained what they were going to do, it wasn’t like they were just there to do additional services. They were just there to do the service that I had purchased. Actually, the other thing that they did that was really nice was they cleaned all the cobwebs off the exterior of the house, which was something I didn’t pay them for and I didn’t ask them to do. They asked me if it would be okay if they could do that, because they noticed that we have woods in our backyard and we get a lot of spider webs on the exterior of the house. They did that free of charge and I thought that was awesome. I wish that we would have found a mouse for the $99 that we paid. They were very responsive especially when the trap snapped that initial evening. They got somebody out there as soon as they could.

Found Economy Exterminators on The List. Once I realized early in the presentation that I would be paying a bit more annually, I kidded that they change their name to Expensive Exterminators, but realized in a short time why paying a bit more than I thought, was better than paying a bit less than I should (Zig Ziglar quote). Economy Exterminators (EE) comes out every TWO months, rather than every THREE months, which I bought into. Covering more pests than the others, yet seemed to have an Old School and reasonable approach to fixing problems. Here's what got me today. After committing to EE, they came out for a full termite inspection and found no termites, BUT found two unrelated problems in my crawlspace that they took care of. Wow! Very professional from start to finish.

We had mice exclusion work performed. They were supposed to screen each crawlspace vent for us with hardware cloth. However, the service received was sub par. We contacted the salesman to note our disappoint. The company could not have handled the situation better! The salesman responded right away to my email and was apologetic. We were immediately contacted by a manager who completely understood our disappointment and frustration. He was extremely professional and empathic. They had a service manager come out within a couple of days. He didn't just correct the problems; he upgraded our service to install new vents! I will use this company again. I highly recommend them.

Treated attic, inside, outside, and chimney. So far, so good. Treatment is bi- monthly instead of quarterly with other companies so more expensive but will definitely be worth it if problem solved.
