A++++++++. Amazing job & the gentleman who came out was great. Not only did he do a thorough job, he pointed out that our secondary drip pan was filling up with water. That alone saved us from a potential huge issue. My wife & I are extremely impressed with Economy Exterminators Inc. We will always use them for our extermination needs. Called Economy after I learned that my previous exterminator would not treat the eaves of a second story. Economy scheduled an appointment at a convenient time, assessed the situation, provided a clear explanation and estimate on the spot. The representative clearly knew his business. After the date of treatment was scheduled, they called to confirm and then called for permission to come a few minutes early. They were courteous, treated the area and explained what to expect. Everything about this company seemed professional and very competent. I will likely use them again for any extermination needs.

It was okay. I didn't have to call them back. The quality of the work was good. I called them, and it didn't take very long. I was trying to get things done quickly as we were moving in.

Taylor came in October to inspect our house for termites and other pests. He was on time and very professional. We felt the quote for the treatment was reasonable so we scheduled to have the house treated and in addition we signed up for the yearly contract. Jason came to treat the house a few days later and was also on-time and very professional. He was did an excellent job. We then talked to him about wanting to have our old foundation vents and an old sump pump replaced - work that he was also able to do. We then scheduled to have that work done - as always he was on-time and did a great job. I am very pleased with everything Economy Exterminators has done for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them in the future. Great job guys!!!

Saw add on Angies list. Called for an appointment & Taylor Cook came out punctually & inspected my needs. He quoted a price ( which was lower than 2 competitors). Very professional presentation. He called & sent up an appointment for the following week. Jason rang my doorbell at 8:00 AM - specified appointment time. He reviewed what he was going to do & asked if I had any questions. I asked for before & after pictures - of which he reviewed with me afterwards. He was very polite & professional. It was a pleasure doing business with Economy!!

Residential Sales Manager Taylor W. Cook arrived on time and measured the square feet of the crawl space. He presented me with an estimate for 1,314 square feet. The Mecklenburg County Tax Office lists the base of the house as 1,314 square feet. I appreciate perfection and professionalism. Taylor Cook was a pleasure to do business with. Technician Jason Konifka actually did the cleaning out of the crawl space and installation of the 6 Mil Moisture Barrier. His work ethic and professionalism were admirable. The job he did was outstanding. I really appreciate the time and effort he took to make the installation perfect.

It went great. Scott who is the manager of the company arrived exactly on time was very courteous and professional and did a very neat job covering and stapling the plastic to the ground. The crawl space looks nice and clean. Scott also suggested that I re-screen all the vents which have holes and could let incepts and wild life inside, I will do that next. I highly recommend Economy Exterminators.

The experience and follow through was really good, despite the fact that they were having phone problems.

Nick treated and sealed the carpenter bees holes. He also treated the garage and the outside perimeter for ants, roaches, spiders and other insects. He was very professional and did a great job. I signed a one contract with Economy Exterminators to keep the pest situation under control.

Great experience. Jason, the technician, showed up on time. We talked for a little bit about what he was going to do. Unfortunately, I'd forgotten about having to move stuff away from the walls inside the garage so that he could drill the slab. Jason was very friendly and helped me with moving some of the larger items. I also had told Jason about having to repair some cracked brick on the exterior, but that the company had changed production plants and the replacements weren't exactly the same. Much to my surprise, Jason came out from the crawlspace with two full bricks that he'd found in there! He did a great job with the work and was very thorough in cleaning up after the work was completed, covering the trenches and filling the holes drilled into the slabs. Was a pleasure to work with Economy Exterminators, almost forgot to mention the great service I received from the salesman, Taylor. He did a great job explaining the process and how the cost was reached. They were about half the cost of the original quote I received from my current exterminator. Needless to say, we'll be switching to EE when we move into our new house. Thank you guys for the great work!

We weren’t able to get them to come out. When it was convenient for me, they weren’t able to come out. I plan on getting a refund from Angie's List. I had hoped that they would work around my schedule better.

I discovered creepy crawlies eating away at my windowsill when I got home one day. I called Economy Exterminator's 24 hour number and talked to someone. They took my information and I got a call back the following morning and had the area sales manager (Taylor) out here that afternoon. He confirmed my fear that it was termites. He walked around the house and garage inspecting for other termite colonies. He found a couple of empty ones. He was very patient with all my silly questions. He explained the procedure to me. I was concerned because it was so invasive. They drill holes in the concrete (every 12 inches) around the house and in the slab (if you have a slab). They spray the chemicals in all the holes they drilled. After the treatment is complete they fill in all the large holes. I got a 2nd opinion from another company. They said the same thing. Their procedure, time frame, and chemicals were the same as Economy Exterminators. They were a little cheaper but I decided to go with Economy because they do not use 3rd party laborers to help during the busy termite season. I wanted to make sure the person drilling all of those holes had experience doing it. I was told it would be about 4 weeks to get the treatment scheduled but it was actually a week and an half. Mo was the service technician that came out. He was early, very professional and very friendly. He worked non-stop from 7:30-4:00. He drilled all the holes, did the treatment, and repaired the holes all himself. The repaired holes still look a little "wet" but I think after they completely set you won't be able to tell holes were ever drilled. NOTE: Do yourself a favor... Have earplugs available for when they are drilling. It was extremely loud. But it was necessary.

Economy exterminators showed on time and did a thorough job of inspecting the house from inside and outside, explained why I am having ants problems. The provider suggested alternate treatment to keep the family and kids safe and explained how I can control insects from invading the house. The provider then went an extra mile to spray a wider area around the house, especially around the garbage containers. This is the second time I use Economy Exterminators and I recommend this company to all my friends and family.

The service went well. The person who answered the phone offered great advice that I should wait til we had a break in the rain before i scheduled the outside service so it would not wash away. They showed up on time and did a great job.
