They have been wonderful to work with. We had to reschedule due to my husband had a stroke & had fallen. The first guy that came out to do the investigating, to see what they would do besides the package I bought. We had the most wonderful guy that came out. Tim was his first name; I don’t remember his last name. He spent a lot of time going around the outside of our house checking for any damages that he could see that could cause problems. He crawled underneath the house and checked everything, the vents, everything. He could have stuck us with a big bill saying we needed such and such, but he didn’t do that. They were so good when I had to talk to reschedule last week. I apologized for it. She said, “O, no don’t worry, it’s no problem, we would be glad to. He did tell us of some things to watch for and he was very, very nice. They have been on the ball; it was pretty quickly that they came out after I purchased. The Big Deal was to come out and spray for spiders and other crawling insects. We have an issue with spiders! They have been wonderful! I have had to reschedule twice for spraying, because of health issues. They have been very accommodating. They were willing to come out within a week after I purchased it this Friday. Very, very prompt. They put the customer first! I checked their reviews and they had all “A+’s”. That is why I went with that deal. It was free for the estimate. He said everything looked really good, we didn’t have any issues. They are coming out next Wednesday. He checked for standing water and wood rot. The guy was very kind, very accommodating. What I liked was, we got a free investigation of our house to see if there were issues. He sat down and talked with us, he was just a very friendly, nice guy! I would not ask for anything to be better! He was here on the dot! They always checked to see for termites. When they come out, they are going to clean the cobwebs outside the house, get rid of the spiders. When he was here, he saw that we had mounds from ants. That wasn't even mention in our purchase price. He asked us, if we ever see ants inside the house. I told him, "no!" He said, "great, we will make sure that it doesn't happen!" He said, "when they come out to do what you have purchaed, we will have them put something on those mounds to get rid of the ants!"

Techs were punctual and professional.

I am very satisfied with the service that was performed - some issues need a professional to take over!

I have paid for this on 9/19/16 and have yet to get an appointment lined up! No one has contacted me - it's now 10/17/16.

All went well and they did a thorough job. I inquired about an annual contract, but price is 35% higher for each visit and performed six times annually instead of four (quarterly), as most offer. Stated that $65 was a promotional offering only and that $88 is their firm service price and to be done every other month via annual contract This cost was outside of my budget for services rendered. However, if that cost is within your budget, then they are a good value and provide professional service. Mark

That went very smoothly. I had to wait a week. They were upfront, honest and they did a good job.

Came out to spray and I signed to have on going service. They all seemed to be very knowledgable and courteous and treated my home and myself with respect.

Extremely well. Excellent customer service and very helpful, informative inspector. I wish I could remember the inspector's name. He was very thorough and explained our situation very clearly. After spending at least an hour or more checking our house, he actually suggested that we not hire his company to do a treatment. He said that because of some construction issues ( our house is 60 years old ) he could not offer a guarantee on the service. He did say that we did not have any termite issues. He then left without charging us anything for all he had done. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them if you need an exterminator.

They came and sprayed when it was convenient for us and did the job in a timely manner. They called when it completed and let us know when the chemicals outside would take effect. they were very professional

Economy Exterminators Inc did an excellent job for us. A home inspection report triggered us to evaluate high moisture readings in the crawlspace of a house we were evaluating. Tim at EE went on site and provided us with a report and detailed solution. The level of detail in the report and conclusions drawn were so compelling the owner was forced to agree to pay for the repair work. They replaced insulation, replaced the vapor barrier, trenched the entire perimeter of the crawlspace and created a drainage system. Then they installed a de-humidifier. Two weeks later the moisture readings were in the lower teens. Crisis averted!, They were exceptional to work with and very communicative. Would highly recommend this company. You will pay much more for less with other remediation specialists. These are the people you want working on your home.

They went above and beyond what they needed to do to make sure that I was satisfied. They even refunded my first payment without me having to ask for it, to reconcile for a previous issue. I would highly recommend this company.

Kevin came to my house on time and laid the vapor barrier under my house but after he had finished I checked behind him to look at the job. While he did an excellent job of installing the barrier I noticed he did not deal the seams like l had asked the person who did the estimate after he called in they agreed to seal the seams even though thats not part of the service they perform.Kevin did an excellent job. It looks very professional. I would say they may want to add that service to the installation pkg. I am very pleased.

Received feedback from another professional that the job done was really high quality. I found a local, licensed company for a fraction of the cost but since I had purchased an 'angie's list' special, I was already committed. But other than the disappointment in finding a local company to do the same job for 68% of what I paid, Im happy with the job that was done.

They were really great to work with. They were responsive, professional and their work was stellar. I have a mold remediation project under way which required numerous people to inspect the crawlspace. Everyone who went into the crawlspace commented on what a great job was done on the install of the vapor barrier. That really says something on the quality of the work when accolades are given by others (and competitors) the same industry. The person who did the installation was Kevin. He is the one to request!!#

Can not say enough good things about this company. Prompt, personable, honest, knowledgeable. Showed up on time and worked until the job was completed. Everything looks fantastic. The installers went above and beyond in my opinion.

Pest Control: The previous pest control company I had (a large nation wide company) came out once a quarter for service. Every time they came for service they said they treated the crawl space. Recently we saw some roaches in the house, so when I went to check in the crawl space, it was clear that the crawl space had never been treated. After terminating service with that company, I had a couple of other companies come out for an assessment. One salesman promised to clean up (de-web) the crawlspace, but the technician who came out said he would not enter the crawl space. This seems to happen a lot with pest control companies i.e. the technician never follows through on promises made by the salesman. Taylor Cook from Economy Exterminators clearly laid out what they would do in the contract - in writing. The price was about 30% more than the previous company but they are supposed to come out 6 times a year (every 60 days) instead of every quarter. This may be over doing it, but they do cover 44 pests including carpenter ants and mice. This is more than what most companies cover. Kevin Hagan, the technician who came out per schedule a couple of days later did everything that was agreed, which included de-webbing the crawl space and treating it and thus adequately met my expectations. Foundation Crawl Space Automatic Vents: I ordered for this along with the pest control agreement. I had previously got quotes for this from 2 other Angies list companies. Economy Exterminators gave the best quote. While talking about the vents, Taylor said the vents came with a lifetime warranty. However, when I received the copy of the contract, it said 1 year labor & materials warranty. So when I asked about it, he said he will revise. However, the revised version said 5 year warranty, which is what the manufacturer offers the company. I understand that Taylor may have misquoted when he said lifetime warranty. However, I just did not like the way this went about, so I cancelled the order. The next day, Taylor called me back to tell me that he asked his management to make an exception and keep the initial promise and provide lifetime warranty. The revised contract this time had the lifetime warranty clearly written out. In the meantime, I verified from the manufacturers website that they do indeed provide only a 5 year warranty. So the extra mile (or more) that Taylor and Economy Exterminators went to earn my business is remarkable. Hopefully, I will never have to avail of the warranty and the vents will keep working fine, but my experience so far with Economy Exterminators had been exceptional.
