Description of Work: This is probably one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.Cheryl came to my daughters house exactly on time,was very manorly and professional.The problem was my daughter and son had a major problem with ants.My son lives across the street so it was kill 2 birds with one stone.Cheryl found the problem immediately and set up an appointment to get it taken care of the following monday.My daughter needed the treatment done early.Cheryl set up and app for 7.30 monday morning.The tech was their at 7.15 and treated my daughter house and my son!s in an effecient time.I my daughter and my son are well pleased with the service.The price was amazing and the knowledge Cheryl gave us about Pest is very helpful.I will use economy exterminators again and will refer them to any one I know having these problems.Thank You Cheryl and Economy Exterminators.

He also showed me three other areas that were potential problems and fixed two of my vents(that were installed 3 years ago from another company) in my crawl space for free!!! This company is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE from Lou Ann who helped me set up my appointment to Cyndi the Manager who followed up on the service provided. This company is second to none, LOOK NO FURTHER H.M. Charlotte .

Description of Work: Cyndi Henry came to my house to help me with my mouse problem. Before she even got out of her car she noticed an opening underneath the garage door where the driveway slabs meet. She determined that this was the likely entry point for the mice. She told me to use some silicone to plug the opening. She did a brief walk around of the 1st floor and felt comfortable that her original determination was correct. She didn't charge me anything and even refused when I insisted on paying her gas to come to my home. She was punctual, professional and honest. I am keeping her card and will contact Economy Exterminators for any pest control need.
