From the moment we contacted the company we were met with amazing customer service and professionalism. They provided a prompt estimate and scheduled the work shortly thereafter. The technician Trevor arrived on time. Not only did he work efficiently, but he was very persoable and cheerfully answered all of our questions.

It was very pleasant. I hired them for the rental unit and I will hire them again for my own place. That is how good they are.

Pros: Quick turn around response. Spoke with the tech Tim (he is nice) and specifically asked if our gas stove will be pulled out because we suspected the hole was behind the stove. Tim said "yes". I read the contract and understood all minor patching of gaps will be performed by them, anything major, they'll provide an estimate. I related this information to my husband since he was going to be at home with the inspector. Tim did bait the house and inspected the attic confirming he believed the pathway for the pest is isolated from the kitchen. The pantry, lazy susan, diswasher and under the sink...no holes. Cons: Tim only pulled the broiler tray out and slid the glue trap towards the back of the stove, it's parimeter, and outside the pantry since doppings were noted inside. When my husband inquired about pulling the stove out, he was told "that wouldn't be nececessary". Well, it is necessary because you CANNOT see the back/base of the wall to confirm if this is the entry site. When I arrived home, my husband and I revisited Tim's work within the kitchen. What WE inspected was droppings all over the broiler tray. Yes, the same tray the inspector pulled out. WE PULLED OUT THE STOVE and clearly seen a hole and all the work from our uninvited guest to create an entry point. If WE did not do what was SUPPOSE to be done, Economy Exterminators guarantee would be null & void as mice would've continued to have access. I do not want to wait 30 days to see the results of the poison or play, how many mice can be caught on a trap. Ratings: PRICE = F, because what was stated was not done which was vital to getting a handle of our issue. QUALITY= D, same as above RESPONSIVENESS & PUNCTUALITY = A, The office rep heard my concern and expedited our request to be addressed. Tim was accomodating to fit our restricted schedule OVERALL = C, I would've given all A's but to come across our findings from our assessment, it's a compromise

Very informative and detailed evaluation of my home was done.

Very good communication, instilled confidence. I'm replacing my old pest folks who did a decent job, but the price creeped up and I wasn't convinced by the way they tackled more complicated pests. Economy is more expensive, but had a clearer strategy for dealing with field mice that were getting into the house, with better traps and bait stations.

Kevin and Will went beyond my expectations providing excellent service. Honest and eased any concern I had about pest around the house. They didn't even try to sell me extras I didn't need because of my fear. Thanks again Guys...

Very well. Good price and punctual and prompt service

There were a few complications with a kitchen garden near the house (no edible plants can be grown here after the extermination process). We had just planted that garden and were not told it wouldnt be safe to use. However, the young man helped me pull up and re-pot all the plants. They also had to return a second day to complete a one day job. The only reason I gave them a B rating above was for the clean-up after they left. It wasn't horrible... but they could have done better. Despite the few issues, I would recommend them to anyone who needed termite help. They were all very kind and professional.

Great! The team was very friendly, professional, explained everything that was going on as well as potential options but weren't pushy at all. The quotes for termite prevention did seem a little high but I'm sure that's the same anywhere.

Great! Called and a representative was out the next day. Very polite and efficient. I requested a non toxic strategy for removing the mice so at my request, traps were chosen. Took care of the problem in as humane way as possible. Great company. Took time to listen to me in order to come up with a strategy that worked and that I felt more comfortable with. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend to others.

The mouse extermination is continuing and the ant extermination was 3 weeks ago. I am on a plan. The ant extermination was about $100. They were wonderful. The price was fantastic. The quality was superb. I had not even hardly gotten of the computer before the company had called me. I knew within two minutes that that company had called me to set up and schedule service. For professionalism, the whole team was A plus. I would use them again, I am on a maintenance plan.

I purchased one of the deals Angie's List shows & was called almost immediately to schedule. The inspector, Dan, came right on time and we walked through the townhome & I pointed out areas of concern. He gave me some options and was super courteous and before leaving described the next steps which were that the exterminator visit would need to be scheduled and that I would get a call. All that happened very quickly and the exterminator showed up on time and completed the work in the time Dan had described. I was very happy with the service and would recommend.

It was good. I thought they were very attentive and very nice. He's very nice, professional, and on time, which I love. I'm scared of mice, so they didn't treat me as being a little whiny. They were very in passing. The worst part is that I was not able to retain any of they're service because it was a little too pricey for my budget at this time. It was a good experience. They have the ability to put you at ease.

The young man they sent was new and left some things under the house that I had been told would be taken away. When I asked about this, they came out the next day and completed the job. Very nice. I would recommend them.

I bought to deal for EE through AL and they contacted me a few business days later and sent someone out the following day to evaluate the situation then sent a technician a few days after that to complete the work. The evaluator and the technician both seemed far more knowledgeable about our problem than our prior pest company did so we signed an annual contract with EE. Since then, we haven't seen any sign of the mice and only one live roach. We called EE after seeing the roach and they sent someone out immediately to spray to ensure total protect between a scheduled appointments. Very happy so far.

It went very well. The service people were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I did not have termites but did have ants trying to get into the house. A combination of exterior spray and granular bait did the trick and sufficiently discouraged the ants from trying to get inside the house.
