Excellent experience. Cyndi was extremely honest and offered her expertise (free of charge) for a retaining wall that I was concerned may have had termite damage. Unlike others that I had come out to inspect, Cyndi assured me that the damage was primarily caused by moisture and provided some advice on how to remedy the problem. She also inspected the house and gave us the all clear.

I never heard back from them about the estimate and when I did call them they informed me that I had a bill from 1998 with them and the information they had didn't even match my records. They didn't call my renters or me, I had to call them. The lady I spoke with on the phone was pleasant. They just didn't seem to have their act together.

The company made two appointments. A person came out to inspect the crawl space and then an appointment was made to do the work. The company called immediately to make the second appointment. Mo, an company employee, arrived on time, was polite, friendly and professional. I appreciated the work that he did.

They only came out once. Their estimated price was a little over $500. Overall, they were excellent. Their responsiveness was fine. If I decide to get any pest control work done, I might have it done by them.

Excellent services. Economy Exterminators worked hard to find a solution to our problem and are working just as hard to resolve it.

I called Economy Exterminators on Sept. 22 and explained the ant problem I saw. The young lady I spoke with explained to me the difference between an ornamental license and a structual license for treating ants. She advised they would be sending someone to check to see if the conditions at my home would be treatable under the confines of their license. She gave the inspectors name, her description including a description of the car she would be driving. She also checked to see if I was in the service area and finding that I was made an appointment for Sept. 26th. The inspector showed up at the appointed time and we walked around the areas were I had seen the ants. She also checked other areas close to the house and under the house finding different types of ants and explaining what each one could do to the property. I signed a contract for one year service (I am in a wooded area with unkept lots on either side of me.) The cost is $75 for the first treatment and then $84 for every other month. The gentleman showed up on Sept. 30th at the scheduled time and treated all areas including under the house. He also found a nest of yellow jeckets and treated that area as well. I've already seen the demise of many of the ant hills but a few new ones have developed in nearby locations. Hopefully with the continued treatments my property will in the near future be ant free.

We had an Angie's List discount for $89 for one time treatment. Economy Exterminators have a 30 day warranty and I called them because the ants came back. They came out 3 times and sprayed at no additional cost because the ants kept coming back.

An appointment was made to evaluate a problem and a few weeks later they came and performed the work. Everything looked great.

I needed an exterminator to get rid of ants in my house. My first experience with Economy Exterminators was terrible, earning the company an F in my initial report to Angies List as the company failed to show up for an appointment or call to explain the delay. But following that experience, Economy Exterminators apologized, asked for another chance and offered a free treatment. So I agreed to the appointment and the company's representative showed up early. I was told getting rid of ants required treatments every two months. I agreed to a one-year discounted contract for $336 and the company representative showed up on time to spray on 8-16-11. So far, so good, but it's too early to tell if the treatments will work. I can't say I'm completely comfortable with the one-year contract when I initially sought only a one-shot treatment, but we'll see how it goes.

They did great job for us. They have been super nice and very responsive and did a very nice job.

I spent $1800 on that work. The work turned out fine. I think they are very friendly and are interested in pleasing me. They are efficient, on time and do a very thorough job.

Kurt was right on time and very professional when he introduced himself. He asked me about what sort of pest problems I had and was thorough. He notified me of any additional pest problems he spotted and treated. He also cleaned up all the spider webs/cobwebs inside and out. He was very friendly and gave me some pointers to avoid spiders in the house. He gave me his business card and told me to feel free to call with any questions or concerns.

Cyndi came out to inspect the house, and Curt did the job. They were both professional and thorough.

Took advantage of an Angie's List special. They were timely in coming by to assess the situation and then again the next day to actually do the work. They were very professional and did a great job.

The salesperson had called and let me know that she was running late due to traffic issues, which I appreciated. She was professional and she pointed out where the ant trail was. The gentelman came out May 4 and sprayed and I haven't seen any ants since.

They seemed almost like some sort of a franchise because the person's wife answered the phone to make the appointments, but they were professional. They did a satisfactory job and were trustworthy. They told me that I had to get my pets out for a day which I did. They were very thorough and nothing was damaged. I would use them again.

After contacting many different exterminators, we choose Economy Exterminators. They did an awesome job and were very thorough. Even better was that their advertising was true...they came in economically in the estimate to do our whole house (1700 sq feet) and provided detailed documentation on how they treat the house. It took a day, but it was well worth it! The technician, Moe, was fantastic, showed up on time, and I felt very satisfied with the service.

They are wonderful, absolutly excellent. They come right on time. Their price is fair. We haven?t seen a bug since. We have called with special request before and they are always most accommodating. They are very accessible. When I call their office, I always get through to somebody.

It is fine. They come out every other month. They are very prompt. They always come on time. They have been coming for years. We haven?t had any pest problems. We had a problem with mice for a while. They helped us out with that and we got it under control. They do what they are supposed to do at a reasonable price.

You can make appointments within a day or two. They give very personal service both by phone and with the techs. The price is per month.

It is fine. I don?t have to think about it. They come and do what they need to do. If I have any bug problem at all I can a call them again and they will come out. That has only happened once. It is nice to not have any bugs.
