He came early Tuesday morning and spent several hours drilling holes around my house and pouring pesticide in them to treat the termite problem. He was very friendly and polite.

As I stated above! I gave her name to my neighbor because they had called another company who was willing to find the site of entry of the rodent but refused to seal the site. If necessary this company gives you a start to finish job. I am keeping their number on hand for when the rodents come calling again!

Economy Exterminators and Cyndi where just great, professional and honest and provided a wonderful customer service. I will recommend them to everybody. They saved me lots of money that I was going to waste of a problem that did not exist!. Best of all, Cyndi brought peace to my home and for that I am very grateful. I will sure to use their services in the future.

We just bought a foreclosure and to our surprise we had termites, rats, fire ants, black ants and black widow spiders. Cyndi arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection and Q/A with me about the house. I explained we recently discovered termites and had addressed the problem with another company but wanted a second opinion. She put our concerns to rest by inspected the exterior and interior. She spotted some sealing issues and explained their services. She phoned Taylor (the technician) of what services were required to treat and seal our home from insects and rodents. Taylor arrived soon after Cyndi left and he began spraying the exterior. He then dusted the overhangs with a product that keeps spiders and the like out. He then made his way into the interior and sprayed. Taylor also had some foam sealant (Great Stuff) and sealed around 7 or more areas that were exposed. He then went into the attic and spot sprayed all around. I also showed Taylor a spot where we had termite activity. He examined the area thoroughly, pinched the mounds, poked, prodded, etc. I have had 4 people look at my termites and he was the only one to do that. Good work. He explained that since the mounds were dry that they must have moved on since they like moist areas. Both Cyndi and Taylor were knowledgeable and courteous. I'm very pleased with their service. They were thorough and put up with with my 101 questions. They were concerned about my dog's safety and suggested we don't let her out around the house until an hour after the chemicals dry on the walls. The company seems very customer centric and willing to stand behind their work. Taylor went over some future service plans and provided information should I decide to go on a bi-monthly treatment schedule. I thought their prices were in the ballpark and I am confident if we went with them they would take care of our pest control needs. Overall an excellent experience and the Angie's List Big Deal was a great value.

Buying a home and the inspector noted that there appeared to be mice activity under the home. Called Economy to set up date for inspection and remediation. Nick showed up right on time, did a GREAT job inspecting the entire home, sealed potential entry points and put out several bait stations even though there was not evidence of current activity. Made great suggestions about future care and even pointed out things he noticed that I hadn't paid him to inspect. Highly recommend!

We called the company due to hearing rodent scratching noises in a wall. The company had offered a one-time service call coupon and we used it. We're very glad that we did. Taylor Cook is the company representative who visited us and he took care of the problem not only with bait trays in the area identified as the source of the problem but also did a thorough inspection of the entire house inside and out. He then foam sealed a number of ports of possible rodent entry both interior and exterior. Great guy, very professional and informative. We would recommend this service at the HIGHEST level!!! GREAT JOB!!!!

Heard mice in the attic. Saw an Angieslist "special" for pest control & purchased it. Economy exterminators came out and reviewed the house - advised me to seal an entry point in the garage, put glue boards in the garage and baited in the crawl space. Unfortunately, about 10 days later I still had mice in the garage eating the dog's food and could still hear noise in the attic. I put a glue board in the crawl space myself and caught a mouse - I then sealed the crawlspace door which is where they were coming into the crawl space (I was surprised the initial assessment did not tell me to do this). Anyway, Economy exterminators came out again and did a more detailed examination of entry points & sealed them and added some more bait. They checked in the attic and could not find any traces of mice. Two weeks later - I could still hear what I believed to be mice in the attic - This was now exactly one month to the day after the initial service. I called them again, expecting to have to pay, but Economy exterminators insisted on coming out one more time to make things right for no charge. Their technician came out and did an extremely thorough examination of any and all possible entry points and sealed them and then did an extensive search in the attic. They stated there were no signs of mice in the attic & it probably wasn't mice up there. A few weeks later the noises stopped - this was just as it started getting really hot for summer. All summer no noises. Life was good! Last week - over 3-4 months after working with Economy Exterminators it started turning cold and the noises came back!!! Since Economy Exterminators had sealed the house and had not seen any signs of mice before, I wondered if it might be some other type of critter. I called the number 1 animal removal company on Angies list. Their inspector put his head in the attic space and I kid you not, 5 seconds later said "its mice" - 15 seconds later he was able to show the remains of what they had been eating. The "tell tales" he was looking for were obvious & clear once he pointed them out. I have no idea if Economy Exterminators missed these tell tales or they were not there 3-4 months ago... Economy Exterminators were easy to schedule, showed up on time, and went beyond expectations in the work they were doing. They were also really nice people and had excellent business ethics. The mice did disappear for 3-4 months over summer after the work Economy Exterminators did, but I wonder if the mice just left as it was too hot in the attic over summer...

I called Economy Exterminators based on the favorable comments on Angie's List. Cyndi Henry came to our home and inspected for mouse activity. Cyndi is EXCELLENT. She found where they were entering and where they were "hanging out." She didn't think we had an infestation, just a mouse or two that came in. She provided tips on how to keep them from coming in, placed some glue boards in key places and showed me how to clean up the mouse droppings and odor so that they won't be drawn to those same places again. She also left me with a couple of extra glue boards just in case. There was no charge for any of this. I couldn't have asked for better service. I would definitely use Cyndi again and would recommend her to anyone.

I checked Angies List, found Economy Exterminators and because of all the positive reviews, I gave them a call. The secretary that answered the phone was extremely polite, informative and accomodating. She scheduled an appt with me and told me that Cyndi would be out to see me in the morning. Cyndi arrived a few minutes early and from the moment I opened the door, she WOW'ed me. She was extremely polite and personable and truly concerned about my infestation. She looked in my pantry and told me that the mouse droppings and the holes in the bags of food were evidence of A mouse, not mice. She asked to see my attic and I warned her there were "colonies of mice", she went into the attic and found nothing!! She told me she would put down some glue pads that I could check to evidence there were no mice in the attic, she wanted to be sure I would sleep comfortably without wondering if there were mice in the attic. She then went under the house into the crawl space and said that the mouse was probably coming in through a crack next to one of the vents on the house, she told me it required nothing more than some caulk and my problem would be solved. I asked her what I owed her and she said she couldn't take any money from me and she was sorry that I had to throw away $140 to the exterminator that came before her. How many times does that happen??? I asked her if she would please add me to her customer list and treat my house for all pests, I told her I wanted a contract. She was so fair and honest, she charged me $99, treated my entire home and told me if I liked her service, call her back in a month or two and we'll sign a contract then. She was unbelievable!! She was everything that ALL of us should be, honest, considerate, kind and genuine. While treating my house, she noticed that one of my gutters was clogged and that the water was then draining down over a window. She asked me to come outside to see what she found and she told me to get it taken care of before I lose my window frame. She was even kind enough to recommend a handy man that would take care of it for me. This company is top notch. You'd be silly to look any further, you won't find any company better than Economy Exterminators.

They are very punctual, very friendly and helpful in any way.

They are very prompt. If I had any questions, they answered all my questions. They told me exactly what I needed to be done and they did it. They did a great job and it was very nice. The price is good and I have no complaints.

Cyndi Henry, the Regional Manager for Economy Exterminators, came to our home to see what kind of mouse problem we were dealing with. She was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. The night before she came out, we actually found a dead mouse in the ceiling after desperately looking for the stench that was stinking up the place. We just knew we were probably dealing with hundreds of offspring scurrying around all over the attic. After her walk through the areas that we had seen evidence of a mouse or mice, she told us that we did not have an infestation and we probably only had one or two mice tops. Futhermore, since we had found and removed the dead mouse ourselves there was nothing more at this time that they needed to do for us. She did place some traps just be sure. If we ever encounter the slightest problem I will definitely call on Cyndi Henry with Economy Exterminators. She was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and provided my family with peace of mind!

She did a complete inspection of our home and offered to come back each year, free of charge, for another free termite inspection.

I had called several companies from Angie's list. When I called Economy Exterminators, LouAnn was the most knowledgeable of all the companies that I called. She answered all my questions and made an appointment. Cyndi, the Regional Manager, came out right away. Cyndi was fantastic. She called her technician and said that he was to come out that same day to take care of my wasp and bee problems especially because of my dogs being in the yard. If you want excellent service and knowledgeable people to handle your pest problems, then you need to call Economy Exterminators. You will not be disappointed. I had just moved to Charlotte three months ago and I have not been able to find a job. Cyndi gave me a generous discount because she is such a nice person. Where can you find people like that? Evidently, in North Carolina. Cyndi is the best!

They did a great job. They were very good and efficient. They had excellent service all the way around.

I haven’t had any pests so far. The company itself is great and they have accommodated me. I had some issues with some of their employees but they don’t send those people here anymore.

The contractor that came to perform the work did a good job in cleaning out the crawl space and removing debris.

They were very good with everything, and I received a special deal on their rate from Angie’s List. They came on time, they explained everything to me about the work, and it was very good.
