It went good and there was a little bit of a delay, from the time I talked to him and he came out, it was a couple of days. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would use them again.

They came in and took care of the mice. I haven't seen any since.

Taylor was great! He was punctual and professional. He explained what he was going to do, what product he was using and the results we should expect. We were so comfortable with him that we referred him to one of our neighbors on the spot. We haven't seen a spider or bug since he left.

Taylor came out and inspected our home in an area where we suspected we might have termites. We certainly did! This home is new to us as we had just moved in. We were really upset to learn that we indeed had termites. Taylor did a very thorough inspection and answered all of my questions. We set up a time for the work to be done. It took 2 1/2 days to complete the termite treatment. Moe, who did the work was just excellent and very personable. He went about the business of drilling and filling and did an outstanding job. I am so happy that we chose to go with Economy. We had found them on Angieslist and relied on the other great reviews they had received. I am confident we chose the right company to help us with this issue and am sure they will stand behind the work they did. I plan to use them for pest control as well.

Interactions with all staff members were cordial & professional. Treatment for inside & outside of the home.

The two gentlemen exterminators arrived on time and consulted on problem. They sprayed the garage and outside of house, but we did not have them spray inside due to kids/animals. They were on time, very responsive and professional. If needed we would use them again.

We called because we had millipedes on the floor in our house and bees were under the siding and entering the house. We were told they could spray for the millipedes but the bees were honey bees and they could not bother them but would give us the name of a beekeeper. Well the beekeeper came out and told us they were not honey bees but yellow jackets. He charged us another $200 but I am still spraying for the bees. Economy exterminators sprayed but I still have millipedes in the house. So I will spray myself from now on. Unhappy customer.

very good. didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need. even recommended i wait till i "see a problem" before spending money to have them come out and service my area...really appreciated the honesty. will use them for sure

It went good. The only thing with them is I asked them couple of times for a quote and they never returned to me. The work they did was good. I wanted to get a quarterly service started and they never came through with the quote for that service. I would use them again.

All of the employees were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, no surprises. It rained after I had the pest treatment so the person that installed the moisture barrier also took time to address some remaining trouble spots. I have a very large crawl space and they even covered the ground under the front porch which is hard to access. They are very focused on customer service. I will use them again and continue to recommend them.

The service provider Taylor was great! He arrived a little early due to an earlier cancellation and patiently waited for me to greet him. He sprayed the entire house including the attic and basement, checked for termites and walked the back yard with me so he could rid the yard of a couple of very large anthills. Taylor was very professional, polite and I felt he really knew what he was doing. Everything about this experience went well from calling the office to set up the appointment to Taylor explaining the receipt and the products he used around the house. I will certainly use this company again in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was all good. I did not pay any extra other than the price for the Big Deal.

He was very punctual and very polite. Did the upstairs and downstairs rooms, including the walk-out attic. Then did the exterior of the house.

They sprayed house inside and out for bugs. Also gave free estimate for termites and vapor barrier.

We've used Economy in the past with a good experience but I haven't been able to get them to contact me for new service. I talked with their answering service and was told someone would contact me but I haven't received any communication from them. This could be a problem with their answering service, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Extremely pleased with the service. The professional was extremely thorough in going all around the house including the crawl space. We mentioned problems that we were having with certain flies, and that we have small children in the house. He didn't want to spray on the inside because of kids, but he did a thorough spray on the outside and said that should take care of the problem. He mentioned if we were still having a problem in 2 weeks to call back and they would come back out at no charge. But there was no need to call because we haven't seen any pests since. Excellent service and very helpful and professional.

They came out and sprayed the entire house. We called them back the next day because we still had some ants in the kitchen. They came the next day and found that there were ants in the wall, so they addressed the problem and we haven't seen any ants since! Very professional. I recommend them.

I do not remember the price of the service but they were very professional and sent two people out to provide services. We would use them again. I also don't remember the exact date of service.

He was very professional, seemed to do a good job and he was on time. He did a thorough job and we haven't had any problems since then. Overall, we were pleased. He was relatively economical compared to some of the other providers.
