+ -1 moreHowever, I had to follow up with them a couple of times to find out what they discovered. I called again a couple of months later to have them come out and maybe start a program with them and never received a call back. I might use them again, but their normal pricing isn't cheap and I don't have time to spend calling to try to make appointments. (Don't remember exact date of service and packed bill away).
Description of Work: Had them come on one of their specials. All went well but had been having a problem with a couple of different kinds of bugs and still had problem when they left. They came back promptly. I was impressed with their courtesy and cooperation and apparent desire to keep their customers happy. They resprayed and took a dead bug I had saved to have analyzed to see what it was.

They went out of their way to accommodate our situation whereas our garage is full of stuff. So, they drilled under the house and outside of the house to work around it.

Description of Work: Taylor performed an inspection of our house to determine what we could do to reduce the potential for the occasional field mouse getting into our attic. He was on time, very friendly, very professional. He examined the house thoroughly from crawl space to attic. He made several suggestions about things we could do on our own and gave solid reasons as to why they would be good to implement. He did not give us a "hard sell" on their services, which was very refreshing. I inquired about their services and he promised to send me more detailed information.

The one caveat: the business isn't licensed to spray anywhere but the house, so any yard needs had to be taken care of separately. This wasn't the end of the world, but I wish I'd known up front - I might not have selected this particular deal.

They came out to do the work within the week that I purchased the deal. They were definitely prompt and I thought they were very professional. I was not with them the whole time so I am not sure that they did everything they said they were going to do. I still saw some spider webs that I thought had been removed.

They even came back a few months later after had done some exterior landscape regrading and retreated without cost. Most recently the sent Taylor out for our annual inspection and we had a great experience with him as well. So far so good with no new critters
