Description of Work: Came on a Sundy afternoon to look at job. A new handlewas needed in our Master Bedroom shower. After looking at it, he said that he had a handle in his truck, but that did not fit. So . . . he wend lookin for the handle and xame back about 3 hours later and fixed it in 5 minutes. Description of Work: They came to measure and were very nice and professional and then contacted me to let me know they received an overwhelming response to the special and can not handle the volume of business requests. They said they would refer me to another company and I could request a refund since they will not be able to perform the service.

Description of Work: Shane began an initial consultation to design the requested deck. However he was unable to follow up with the request due to the large volume of customers who purchased the deal. As a result we did not recieve a project quote and instead was contacted by a lower rated company offering to complete the work.

Description of Work: I can't say enough good things about my experience with Shane. I am an out of town owner of rental property in Charlotte. Shane visited the property, at no charge, and provided a written estimate for the work that was requested. He was prompt for all appointments and responsive to phone calls. The work was well done and he emailed photos of the completed projects. He also sent photos of receipts for materials and actually reduced the final cost when some of the materials were not needed. He gave full credit for unused items. I will definately contact Shane for future work. He is truly a professional as a business man and handyman.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for a 3D Deck Design from Eager Beaver Handyman Sercive. After 2 weeks with no estimate I received an E-mail from Eager Beaver stating that he could not give me an estimated and recommended another company. I contacted Angie to get a refund because nothing was done.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced old caulk around shower, bathtub and kitchen sink.

Description of Work: He totally cleaned out old caulking in two bathrooms and replaced with very neat and complete work. Used clear caulking in certain areas to help the appearance and then use white to match other caulking around it. I would use them again for sure and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I bought 3 hr worth of kitchen or bathroom caulking on Angie's List Big Deal I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for kitchen and bathroom caulking. I phoned Shane at Eager Beaver Handyman Service and set up a date convenient for us both... two weeks ahead of the service time. Shane responded promptly and arrived right on time with all the materials needed. He worked swiftly and carefully, taking out old caulk and replacing it with new (better than the original job!) We are very pleased with the result.
